When we entered there was nobody waiting and so we got to order and pay quickly. However, rather than making our drink, the baristas stood around talking and doing nothing for a good few minutes. I felt very uncomfortable as they were clearly not doing anything and almost making a show of it. We'd also come to this store as we'd heard you could view fortunes but the environment felt far too hostile to ask and so we didn't bother. My drink was warm and average. Perhaps you just need to speak in their home tongue to get good service? Not the most friendly place for tourists, wouldn't go again.

I have had better, but only just, and this is still excellent. Had the brown sugar something? with fresh milk. Great boba texture and overall flavour at good prices. Definitely be back.

After hearing so many positive comments about the biscoff and brown sugar bubble teas, I gave them both a try. Both of the bubble teas I tried were terrible. They tasted only like milk and water and had no flavour at all. The tapioca pearls themselves were really difficult to eat because they had no flavour and were extremely stodgy. Spending money at this shop is not worthwhile.

I was really excited to try bubble tea from this place as I have always seen it busy with customers. I ordered milk taro tea, my go to for bubble tea and I was really surprised when I received my drink. I don’t know if I ordered wrong or if I maybe should have specified in my order but when I started drinking the bubble tea, I noticed there were clumps of what I presumed was taro at the bottom of the drink. It was really disgusting and I tried to avoid the taro bits but that meant that I was essentially drinking sweet milk. It felt like I had wasted money on a drink that I couldn’t enjoy properly as I would suck up bits of taro through the straw which was just flavourless and starchy in the drink. Maybe the fruit flavoured teas are a lot better here but ask I just wasn’t impressed with the drink I got.

Bubble Tea seems to be the latest craze; where you can get Bubble Tea at so many places in London, However, Xing Fu Tang, in the heart of Soho, really does offer exceptional Boba. Xing Fu Tang pride themselves on using traditional methods, & by using pure and natural raw ingredients; the stir-fry brown sugar gives a depth of caramel intensity that most others, simply cannot replicate. Whilst the menu offers many tempting flavour combinations, it's really their exquisite Brown Sugar Boba Milk teas that are standout! The art of drinking, the passionate staff, and the complete visual experience, really is reason to visit. I will certainly come again!

After hearing so many great things about this place I decided to make a detour here after dinner. Maybe I got the wrong drink (taro red bean tea added boba) yes the boba was probably one of the better ones but the actual drink itself was pretty tasteless. Disappointing.

I come here for bubble tea regularly. The tapioca tastes much better than most other stores - sweeter and softer. The brown sugar boba milk is probably the most popular drink and it can definitely be seen as to why; so rich and perfectly sweet. There is also a large selection of other drinks if you don’t like milk teas.

Most interesting boba tea I've had. Opted for a brown sugar coffee and a strawberry milk. Both amazing, the staff were very attentive and made everything fresh to order. Also fascinating to watch the boba get made in the window!

Best boba i’ve ever had! Tapioca was cooked perfectly and wasn’t overpowering at all. Nice and sweet but not sickly. If you’re looking for traditional boba then this is the place to visit.

My daughter loved this place and I noticed everyone outside taking pictures of what they had just bought as opposed to actually enjoying the drink itself. That all said, it’s reasonable priced, tastes nice and clearly is very in vogue at the moment. And I’m not knocking it. It’s made with care and attention to detail and to be fair lols fantastic when served.

It was a nice 24k gold brown milk tea. However, I am milk intolerant and there was no way of swapping the milk to maybe soya or oat. It will be good if there was alternatives

Fresh home made pearls or called Boba was made in the premises which you can see how it was made. The lovely distinctive taste and smell of brown sugar in Boba was the best I have ever tasted. Blow torch was used to burn brown sugar on top of Milk brown sugar boba fresh milk which is their signature. Another impressive drink was Grapefruit green tea as a whole grapefruit was squeezed in to tea. This place definitely take Bubble tea to different level.

This was by far the best bubble tea I’ve had, supposedly it’s comparable to the original ones you find overseas. Luckily we went at a time it wasn’t busy. Deffo will return

As it says in the title, this is the place to bear when it comes to authentic and deliciously made bubble tea. The service is always fast and I don’t think I can emphasise just how wonderful the drinks are. You get a lot of drink for what you buy plus there is just something special about the presentation of the drink and the way it is made that stays in your mind long after you finish the bubble tea. I particularly recommend the fruit teas, with some drinks it comes with fresh fruit in the drink that you can eat after! Always refreshing and sweet

¿Alguien vino a preguntarme qué estaba esperando? Me pareció extraño. Ella me preguntó si estaba esperando a la principal antes de empezar a comer. ¿No es extraño? Solo esperé unos 2 minutos. Vaya.
