Food here was again on par. Ordered Singaporean stir fried vermicelli. They did use thinner rice vermicelli, but the frying style did not have yellow ginger powder. The hot spicy was added by addition of hot chilli paste. The Portuguese styled baked pork chop rice is better. My son likes it. No need to say, any BBQ styled duck and pork is not real Cantonese style. Good for table of 4 and not too pricey saves it. Milk tea and Yin Yan are also considered good in Britain.

Chinese broccoli Gai Lan was fresh and is worth a star. Roasted duck and BBQ pork were dry and rough, and also with too much soy sauce. Wonton soup's wonton pork and shrimp meats were spoiled. They offered to replace it with another wonton soup but we instead settled with another dish - soy sauce stir-fried noodle. It turned out to be watery like pouring soy sauce over the noodle. This restaurant's name TPT is super misleading.

The food were not really taste like hong kong style and it was quite poor to be honest. I refused to pay for the tips and asked the waitress to remove it. She keep asking questions and not willing to sort it for me. After that, she asked her boss to come and do the same thing. The boss said their waiters will not be happy about it and paying tips is like a must. I strongly feel like it is emotional blackmail and got threatened. This behaviour is very rude and disrespectful. I won’t recommend you to try this restaurant as they misuse the tips culture and disrespectful to customers. There are quite a lot of options in china town but NOT TPT.

TPT = Street Hawker Stall This busy restaurant in Chinatown is a good weird fix when craving Malaysian/ Singaporean food. The black hokkien noodle was spot on. Morning glory with fermented bean was tasty. Not sure about the la-la soup - very weird flavoring in it, like it’s got Indian influences. Disappointed with the butter prawn.. it had cornflakes inside of egg floss 🙁!! The Tofu pudding was the highlight of the night. So smooth, unfortunately you have to pay the overly price for it!!

cozy place to eat; service is friendly, nice; the food we ordered are quite tasty, especially Beef Chow Fun (Fried Beef Ho Fun with beansprouts 乾炒牛河) really good(by the way, 乾炒牛河 is the dish to test if a Cantonese style restaurant is good or not). Other dishes we ordered are good too, including Won-Ton soup, fried vegetables, and crispy pork. Only if they could serve crispy pork with sauce on side would be perfect, instead they served with sauce pouring on it, which I don’t like it, but it is just personal preference. It's a rubbish store with average taste. I ordered with the waiter, I wanted lemon tea, and checked again and again to see if it was the same photo online. The waiter said yes, it's lemon tea. But their menu also includes frozen lemon tea, frozen lemon tea and many other products with different names and prices. So they deliberately changed my drink. After I discussed it with them, they didn't apologize and claimed it was the same. The prices on their receipts are not obvious either, they are all handwritten. Priority is given to serving foreigners, and Chinese guests don't care at all. The service attitude is very poor and they ask for service fee. Deliberately collecting money randomly, I won't come back again.

Wasn’t expecting much after reading the negative reviews, but Cafe TPT gets the job done. Food and service was decent across the board. The 3 mixed roast meats without rice is pricier than the with rice version so be aware of that (you do get more meat). Meats were good but nothing exceptional. The veggies with fermented bean curds were tasty. Wonton noodle soup was okay. Couple a Hong Kong style milk or lemon tea with some imagination and it kind feels like you’re in a cafe in Hong Kong. Going to bookmark this place for late-night eats when I come visit this amazing city called London. Closes at 1AM daily.

Good food in a no frills setting, basic and everyone packed in for a buzzy atmosphere! Crispy duck really good, as was the chicken dish we ordered. Ordered the prawn stuffed tofu sizzling pot which was presented differently to what I was expecting but was quite nice. Rice came out quite a while after the 2 mains but I’ve seen from other reviews that this can be the case here. Prices were ok for central London. When you get the bill it clearly says service not included, but stapled on the top is a piece of paper with 10% added on and this is what you’ll be charged unless you ask for it to be amended to suit what you’d like to leave.

To be honest, based on the quality of the food, I could easily justify giving only one star. I ordered their wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice, thinking that surely both couldn't be bad. But I was shocked. Firstly, the Hainanese chicken rice was quite baffling. I'm not sure how they prepared the rice, but it was unlike any I've had before. Normally, the rice is cooked or mixed with chicken broth, resulting in either a white or slightly yellow color. Theirs, however, was oddly greenish, and the taste was really not up to par. The chicken was mediocre, but I could tolerate it. The second dish, the wonton noodles, left me speechless. Having been to Hong Kong numerous times and sampled wonton noodles there, as well as in many Hong Kong-style restaurants in the U.S., it was the first time I saw someone use cabbage instead of the traditional kai-lan. The soup lacked the necessary flavor, almost as if it had none at all. Despite the disappointing food, I quite liked their staff. They were polite and didn't engage in idle chatter, so in the end, I'm giving it two stars.

Near Chinatown. The tables are so close together that the space is very narrow. But it didn't matter because the food was so delicious. All the staff are friendly. Chirashi don, beef udon, and two cups of green tea cost 44.5 pounds. I canceled one dish because my order was missing, but they gave me free green tea mochi ice cream. It's so delicious that I think it would be a good idea to order this separately. Chirashidon is really delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sushi. I ate a lot of sushi during my trip to London, but regardless of the price, this was the best. I recommend going with your parents and not in that kind of atmosphere, but going for a quick lunch with a friend.
