A hugely popular Filipino fast food chain that is found throughout Asia. It is known for its burgers and decent fried chicken. However, this is an extremely busy branch and it can be bedlam at the service counter. I have been given incorrect/incomplete orders here and had to return to the counter for the correct food, so check your order at the counter. This eatery regular serves balls of rice with many types of orders which many customers waste; it is better to decline the rice balls at the counter if you will not eat it. Halal.

It's been 1 hour we still couldn't get our order

i have been waiting for 45 mins still couldn't get my order. I can understand it was too crowded but most of the customers didn't know that they should wait this much and some of them have up and left even they ordered

I recently visited and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I waited for 40 minutes for my order, and the staff member in charge was far from helpful. Despite knowing I was looking for my order number, she repeatedly announced it over the mic without any consideration for me standing right there. To make matters worse, there were numerous takeaway paper bags piled up, and she didn't even bother to inform me which one belonged to my order. I felt completely ignored and left standing there without any assistance. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. As a person that loves and regularly has spicy food, the spicy option for the pieces and tenders is actually spicy unlike Popeyes. The gravy is decent and the sriracha mayo is great. The only issue was the terribly long wait between ordering and collecting. Otherwise, great experience!

Excellent food, would 100% go there again

If you’re hungry avoid ordering there, it took me nearly an hour to get my food.. this is on out acceptable if they actually got a live chicken and cooked it from scratch, not a few fried wings that kfc can give in under 5 mins

After planning to try Jollibee for a long time, finally visited the Leicester Square branch yesterday—just minutes before closing time. We were a group of 16, and despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. A special shoutout to Sony, who went above and beyond to help us make quick decisions and gave great suggestions on what to try. Thanks to her, we were able to place our order right on time. Although we couldn’t dine in due to the late hour, the ambience outside was lively and made for a great spot to enjoy our food. We ordered the chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, sriracha chicken fries, and the mango & passion fruit pie. Everything exceeded expectations: The chicken sandwich was juicy and tender, with an incredibly soft bun that tied it all together perfectly.The spicy chicken had the right balance of heat and flavor—crispy outside and succulent inside. The sriracha chicken fries were a real treat—crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor, making them a great side option. And the pie—absolutely the highlight! The mango and passion fruit filling was warm, juicy, and mouthwatering. A true must-try! Also worth noting—the toilets were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. It was a delightful first visit. If you’re curious about Filipino fast food, Jollibee is highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Tenders and the fries were cold. Tenders was not easy to bite and it had a funny smell. The drink I ordered (7Up) was in a room temperature. The only good thing was the ranch and garlic sauce dip. Never ordering from here again!

Good if you're nostalgic for Jollibee or curious about the unique fast food offering. Not worth your time if not. Unless you want the pie - I gave one whole extra star just for the fantastic peach and mango pie. As for the rest, the signature spaghetti was watery and overcooked, the fried chicken tasted funky and too much of uncooked flour, and the chicken sandwich was just okay, nothing special (to see one done right, go to Popeyes, also new in the UK!). Although it was nice, the gravy couldn't save it. Also, I don't think it's just this location - the time I went previously to another branch in the UK it was similar (Liverpool a few years ago), so this is on purpose. One thing I liked was the pineapple juice, and the deep fried peach and mango pie. I will absolutely be coming back for just the pie - it's magical. On the price - like all fast food it's gotten way too expensive, a meal costs about £13 - I paid closer to 20, as I wanted to sample the fried chicken as well. Not great for something that sells itself as simple comfort food (banana ketchup and frankfurters in spaghetti) Also - don't let the busy entrance fool you. The upstairs is cavernous, with lots of seating and a welcome skylight at the back. One note - they need to stop piping the 'order up!' intercom upstairs to the dining area as well as the lobby, it's really offputting. The bathroom is also easy to nip into, immediately to your right as you go down the stairs. Also fully accessible, with a disabled lift upstairs (the accessible toilet is on the ground floor but locked, so ask a staff member).

For those who are thinking of coming, I recommend you look elsewhere. The food came out a long time ago and is piled up in the back and getting cold, and it is not being delivered at all. I have visited all kinds of franchises, but I am amazed at how they maintain such an inefficient system. If you want to eat chicken, don't wait for hours to eat it. Instead, go to another chicken restaurant or KFC nearby.

Amazing place for everyone and every occasion

We were really looking forward to our meal at Jollibee, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It took over an hour to get our order, which felt excessive, especially for a fast food restaurant. The food itself was okay once it arrived, but the long wait really overshadowed the experience. Hoping the service improves, because the food deserves better support from the operations side.

If you're up for injected spicy yet juicy and crispy fast food chicken that's proudly halal and in Central, this is you're go-to spot. Grab a seat (this place is popular!) clean, plenty of levels to eat on after a long day of sight seeing or grabbing a bite with friends - though wait time was long. I had just the spicy chicken (no meal) and pineapple juice. Was still around £10 without any carbs sides but great combo to burn your tongue lol. A sink is also available in main dining area to wash your hands after digging in. Definitely would recommend and return to try other options!

I genuinely regret spending money on this. I rarely regret spending money on food even if its mediocre but i would have rather just gone without lunch than eat here. It took me and my partner over half an hour to get our food. And when we finally did, both of our orders were wrong. Instead of a spicy sandwich meal and ube icecream i was given 2 drumsticks meal and then i realised that the icecream wasnt there so i went down to ask for it and they told me their machine broke. Shouldnt you tell me that before i leave with my food?? But anyway they gave me the burger eventually and gave me a piece of chicken instead of the icecream. I thought that was the end but when i saw the burger it was so small. It was smaller than mcdonalds (the McCrispy is literally bigger). And the chicken was not tender at all infact some parts of the meat were hard and chewy. The chips were average. The only thing that actually tasted good was the gravy sauce that came with it all, it made the mostly bland piece of chicken taste actually very good. This was just my experience and maybe it was just that i ordered the wrong thing but i definitely wont be coming back.

What a shell of a place. As a standalone shop, it's passable. The food is good, offerings diverse. It's BUSY ASF but it's in the city center and I don't know what else you'd expect from the place. But given how busy it gets, the service equally deteriorates. Incomplete orders (mostly no cutlery provided for a very obvious order requiring it), dirty tables, appaling toilets. Legit, 2/3 of the offered amenities were out of use and the one remaining cubicle didn't even have a lock. If you've ever been to a Jolibee in the States or in Philippines, it's not even the same place. Same food, sure but not the same level of service and refinement of the recipe.

Really great Fast food But lot of people

The SLOWEST fast food ever! 55 minutes to get a meal. The chicken is soggy with oil, seemingly because they put the oil fryer on too low, so the chicken needs longer to cook and absorbs more oil. NEWSFLASH! TURN UP THE OIL TEMPERATURE AND COOK THE CHICKEN QUICKER - IT WILL BE LESS OILY AND YOU'LL SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS FASTER. IT'S NOT THIS SLOW IN THE PHILIPPINES, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO COMPETE WITH CHOW KING.

had to change my review as the quality of Jollibee in the UK has drastically dropped. For some reason Jollibee in London just doesn’t hit like it did for me in Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia and America. My food came out cold in the last three times I’ve visited (including the Ealing branch), and most recently the Leicester Square branch took one hour to prepare the food and it still came out cold. I have to say I think Wingstop is the superior fast food chicken place in the UK 😞💔

it was too overcrowded, and a man came telling us to scan a qr code and made us give them 5 stars for everything including the food which we hadn’t yet received or tried. After me and my friend wrote the fake reviews our food was magically ready after we had been waiting for it for a good 20 something mins.. weird

Can't go wrong with Jollibee! Super crowded so there should definitely be a better way of ordering especially for inside seating vs takeaway. You have a huge crowd at the register for picking up both food for takeaway and eating inside. Maybe a # system with someone running food to the table would be a better choice and just having a takeaway crowd at the register. This could prob help increase volume too because you don't know who's eating in or taking food away. Fried chicken delish. Filipino spaghetti - childhood memories Gravy - 100% delish

When you're very busy... Stop taking more orders.. we (me and many strangers) had to wait over 2 hours for our food.. that's a joke. Food was nice but over 2 hours? I will not recommend or be back.

The food is great but this is one of the worst run fast food places all-time. They need to take a class from Chick-Fli-A in how to be efficient and customer friendly. The people working and eating are equally as miserable in this place. It is only successful because of its location. Do better!

Chicken pieces were dry Spicy chicken burger patty was woody - bad quality chicken used Bun was cold! Fries were cold!

Not as good as the Philippines store unfortunately but we still really enjoyed the food and the service there. Still worth the visit when in London

Jollibee is average. The chicken was unfortunately cold, but the sauces had a nice taste. The place could be a bit cleaner, but the staff are friendly and clearly hardworking. I’ll come back at some point, though it’s not my first priority, not something you’d really miss, but worth a try.

It's delicious when you eat it in Singapore. The spicy fried chicken in Singapore is fried until it's crispy and juicy. But when you come here in London, it's not very delicious. The fried chicken is very spicy and the meat is hard.

Breathe deliciously from the Philippines

Came here to see if the British Jollibee is different from the Filipino one. The spaghetti is almost identical. The UK’s was a little spicier. Unsure if the chickenjoy is spicy by default? Or maybe I made the wrong order. But it still tasted great. They also had different sauces compares to the Philippines! Portions are definitely bigger too. Coming back to try that ube ice cream though I’ve never really been a fan of ube-flavored things. The atmosphere was also much, much better than the Philippine counterpart. This place is clean and well-decorated. Pretty cozy.

So so so good! Food was so nice, have been dying to try this. I think it's better than kfc and Popeyes! I had one issue, the machine I ordered broke down as soon as I went to payment so I had to redo order, no big deal, just a pain.

For someone from Mexico it is difficult to impress with food, of all the places I ate in the United Kingdom I can say that this one has the best value for money, fried chicken but properly seasoned, rich dressings, delicious potatoes, a little slow to receive the order, on the second floor there were several places to sit, good location and with a good price, I would eat there again to try other things on their menu.
