Jollibee in City of London, Westminster

Normally a big fan of Jolibee but tonight’s experience was the worst! Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for 4 meals and if it wasn’t for me complaining how long I’ve been waiting who knows how long I would’ve waited. After finally getting my food the meal I had to as missing it’s main ingredient (I ordered the burger steak and rice and it didn’t have gravy) and the soft drinks were warm and flat!

Jollibee Leicester is my go-to spot whenever I miss eating Jollibee. The food brings that familiar, comforting taste, making it a must-visit for fans of the brand. However, the taste is still different from the Jollibee in the Philippines, especially the Chickenjoy, which doesn’t have the exact same flavor and crispiness. The place is always crowded, and the space feels too small to handle the number of people coming in, especially during peak hours. Despite the crowd, the staff are kind and accommodating, which makes the experience better. Since it gets really busy, it’s a good idea to be mindful of your belongings—just like in any crowded place, pickpocketing can be a concern. The location is convenient, near Leicester Station, making it easy to stop by. Overall, I’ll definitely keep coming back, but be prepared for the crowd!

If you have time to wait for over 1hr to 2hrs then this is your place!

If you like good food then yes, if you like waiting hours for the food then this is the place to be

Jollibee is a must-visit for those who love flavorful, juicy fast food. Their spicy chicken is tender and addictive, the fries are crispy, and the special sauce adds an extra kick. The cosy ambience and the sight of fellow Jollibee fans make it feel like home. While the chicken may not be exactly like in the Philippines, the rest of the menu stays true to its roots. The customer service is excellent, with staff remaining friendly and patient despite the crowds, and the cleanliness is top notch. A nostalgic and satisfying experience definitely coming back! 🍗

We are here just now for family dinner, our drinks was forgotten and my daughter’s chip too! Ube ice cream taste like more on ube flavouring only, and the worst part is their toilet! It was so dirty! No tissue and broken! What happened to jollibee? It wasn’t like this before. As a filipino most foreigners salute us for cleanliness but entering the jollibee toilet is absolutely vile and says otherwise, this isn’t true filipino morals at all.

Food is great although not a lot of variety and preparation is fast. Toilets were smelly, no toilet rolls, door locks are not working, and bins were full. What a disgusting sight. Tables and chairs were not maintained. Additionally, as Jollibee is "proudly" Filipino, why can't they play Filipino music instead? 🙄

Service extremely slow waited 40 mins for the good. So if your coming for a quick burger n chips this ain't the place you need 20 mins in the queue to use the self service. The wait 40 mins for the food. Nothing special about this food either Replying to the reply. What more would you want from me. 1 hour wait in total. I'm glad you don't call it fastfood. I'm not emailing you for you to offer a free food voucher. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was for free.

Crazy environment, super busy coz of popularity and taste but unfortunately health and safety is chaotic in this place , no space to sit down , Super long waiting times ,waited for the order about 30 to 40 mins . Manned tills closed only self ordered open which are new barrier to order for people who are not digittaly and English language confident. Ordered the food for dine in but then up and down in the shop to find the table and after 10 mins gave up and took away the cold food . No offer was made to resolve the situation apart from take away solution. Lady was apologetic and seems like understood but manager wanted to insist that he can't just send people away . Buisness model and ethics along with health and safety need to be visited . Portion sizes need to be addressed and need to increase the Portion size, spices are great .

Fast food chain Philippines burger, but above all a wide range of fried chicken, and a few other Filipino specialties... the opportunity for an exotic fast food break for us French (the chain is not established in France)

Terrible . Absolutely terrible. Basic food available. All the meal deals where not available so you had to pay more for the same meal. Slow service.really slow service. 45 mins at least yesterday. I noticed the guy at the front of house who's suppose to clean the tables only cleaned them for the Asian customers. Tasteless food I wanted spicy chicken and there was nothing but basic chicken. Pepsi coke didn't taste like pepsi coke

We had our usual chicken and spaghetti, which was absolutely delicious as always. However, I was disappointed by the state of the restroom. It had a strong, unpleasant odor, the toilet was clogged and there were litter on the floor. This was upsetting and not a nice way to end a very enjoyable meal. I hope this is something that can be addressed. We visited on the 21st February 2025 at approximately 2000hr.

Great meal at Jollibee! The Chicken was crispy and juicy, and the Spaghetti was sweet and tasty. Service was fast, and the place was clean. Always a happy meal here!

Shocking experience today, ordered to find over 100 orders to be processed ahead of ours. Waited over and hour. The service was disgraceful. Orders being served not in order, other customer clearly known by the staff walked in, placed order and got it served ahead of everyone else waiting. Disgraceful service and will never return.

Chaos. LQ Branch cannot handle busy period. Over 1 hour wait without knowing when you're food is going to come. Orders being handed randomly which only adds more frustration if you're waiting. Worst experience from a fast food places. Serious systematic issues and need improvement immediately!

It was busy enough but hadn’t thought much. instead I been waiting in line for over an hour for chicken and spaghetti for takeout. Even ice cream orders took 30 mins to get. Food wasn’t worth the wait esp for a fast food place. Order numbers are not called numerically in order either??? food gone lukewarm so itd been ready maybe 5-10 mins after ordering too

I ordered a meal deal but they forgot to give me the peach pie, I just noticed when I arrived home! And a lot of things were out of stock

Their chicken is tasty, it's 💯, but the service was very slow, and the customer's service was not pleasing. The food was served cold. I ordered a yumburger with cheese along with my other food. While having it, the beef tasted like it wasn't properly cooked, and it looked like they smashed the sauce on the wrapper. I was gonna ask for a refund, but none of the front staff bothered to assist. Had to throw the burger since I couldn't eat, like I just threw my money away. What a waste.

I have to wait for 70 minutes on my spicy chicken sandwich and sriracha loaded fries order. When I received them, they even got my fries wrong. They have given me gravy loaded fries. This is really frustrating for a fast food chain. Massive improvement required on servicing times. Crazy.

Ordered around 14:28 and it was my first time trying this restaurant chain. I understand that it was busy but they chose to do the orders with less things or either just came in than do large orders. When I got called out for 50 mins they said they ran out of pineapple juice and opted me to change when they have a new order with pineapple juice and other drink. Workers either ignore you or they are slow dont bother. Chicken looks dead as well

Very slow, food already cold when they serve because it's sitting in the counter for long not even touching and completing the order on the list I saw it. They prepare then left it on the counter. Don't have enough table and chairs for dining. They know it's busy they close the third floor for dining.

The chicken is yummy and delicious a bit pricy . I felt like every time we eat there we have skin boils. Itchy and redness . It happened twice . Kids got vomited second time they tried

I had Jollibee chicken in Malaysia, and it was amazing, so I was excited to find out they have a branch in London, Leicester Square. I visited on Valentine's Day (14/02/2025), but the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was incredibly busy and poorly managed. We ordered dine-in, and had to wait for an hour for our food. By the time it arrived, it was almost closing time, and they wouldn't let us sit upstairs to eat. Late at night, we had nowhere else to go, and the food had already gotten cold. After many request they let us sit upstairs and when we went upstairs we saw some customers were still there. After about 10-15 minutes, they told us we had to leave because they were closing. Fortunately, we had already finished eating by that point. It was clear the store wasn't properly planned or managed. When they couldn’t handle the volume of customers inside, they should have stopped deliveries, like other businesses do. Given that it was Valentine's Day, it was obvious it would be busy, and they should have been better prepared. The company should have hired more staff and considered extending their hours for the day to accommodate the rush.

Much better than my original visit, but there was still an unacceptably long wait. One definitely cannot call this a Fast Food place. The food is much better than KFC, but the awful service level puts one off. No seating available either, neither upstairs or on the ground floor meant we sat outside and, of course, it started raining. Sometimes life just sucks.

I went to china town with my daughter and niece and on the way back we were looking for halal food. Some of the halal places in china town and Leicester Square were jam packed and had long queues. We walked around and found Jollibee. It is fast food similar to KFC. Has loads of seatings both upstairs and downstairs. The food portions were massive and the spice level was good. You can also charge your phone there whilst eating. The vibe is ok - it is a fast food joint after all and not your typical la carte restaurant :) Would definitely go back and I recommend to others.

Last 3 times we ordered from uber eats. Zero gravy. Here eating our chicken without gravy yet again. Either packing not checking properly or the uber driver is drinking the gravy.

As much as I want to often remind myself of the Filipino palate, I hated coming into this very crowded fast food chain. On this note, it has lost its touch of being a fast food too, service is definitely not fast enough.

Do not order 3pcs chickenjoy here, u might be given 2 chicken whole wing and a piece of chicken breast the same size as the whole wing. In KFC, u only get one full wing. If they went out of chicken breast/thighs, they should take the chickenjoy down the menu.

The place is huge. There were a lot of tables and chairs but I think they need to expand because there were a lot of people when I was there and some were waiting for an available table. The food is delicious and eventhough there were a lot of customers, I got my food after 5 minutes of waiting.

Jollibee is great restaurant I came many times.Food is great here. Juicy fried chicken is the best choice to getting in touch here.

If you’re looking for a place to eat peacefully and enjoy your meal, this is not it. The atmosphere is absolute chaos. What’s worse, be prepared to wait at least an hour for your food. By the time it arrives, you’re more stressed than hungry. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Terrible ass service I waited 25 minutes for my food. People who ordered way after me and way bigger orders got theirs first. Staff are rude and walk away.

Someone started throwing up in the middle of the eating area. Ruined the food, honestly. Don't go here since it attracts the worst kind of people.

Went here today and ordered takeout - great food as always and got my order really quickly. Arthur, the manager was also there asking about the orders. I think I got my order within 5 minutes only!

Marwie is rude. In the middle of dealing with customers. He stops to speak another language with another customer(no uniform) and then completely walks away from you before you can finish your order. Use the screens, less interaction with the staff is best.

Absolutely terrible service. It was chaos there. Had to wait over 35min for my takeaway. Seems to prioritise deliveroo and uber eats more than their customers who actually bothered to come to the restaurant. Original chicken wasn’t even available. Spicy chicken was limited to 1 or 2 pieces on the ordering system. To top it all off they didn’t get my order right. They forgot to even pack my 4 peach mango pies. I’m out of pocket. You have a lost a customer. I’ll go elsewhere for my chicken now.

Some great food, but the slowest service I've ever experienced anywhere. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for a standard chicken meal with fries and a drink, the restaurant wasn't even busy.
