Good food but always hard to get a table .

Arthur served us and he was amazing and the food was great!!

Awful.... long queues, no system whatsoever, no drinks apart from bottled water. Not worth the long wait waiting to collect our food. More like slow food rather than fast food. Give it a miss. Much better at Popeyes or KFC.

I had an amazing experience at Jollibee London Leicester! Despite how busy it was, the staff handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. The food was delicious, and it brought back a real taste of home. I would like to give a special commendation to Kuya Arthur, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His friendly and attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jollibee team—I’ll definitely be back!

It was super crowded and we waited at least 45 minutes for the food. The spagjetti was great, the chicken too... it's a shame it took so long

On a busy new years eve, it took a while to get food. Staff were nice even though they were obviously under pressure. Food was good.

Better ordering system in place but half of the items and meal deals weren’t available!

Their jollibee sauce burgers and fries are really good, our go to in the area. It is quite popular so the wait time is the only issue, expect atleast 20-40 mins during peak times.

We waited over an hour for our food.. They have run out of Peach Mango pie twice in my visits in the last month (30.11.2024 & 30.12.2024). Cleanliness could be so much better and there are chairs missing from tables.. Who knows what the toilets looks like.. Even one table has not been fixed as it still remains broken on both visits (top floor).

More than 1 hour of waiting for a piece of chicken 👎🏼

I ordered the chicken sandwhich & Chickenjoy combo meal. My partner ordered one with spaghetti. It was incredibly busy, luckily we manage to get a seat. I liked the pineapple drink and the peach mango pie alot. The pie was so warm and flaky. The burger was alright and the piece of chicken was sadly dry. The gravy couldnt save the chicken haha.

I do love Jolibee but unfortunately this place was far away packed, however they have plenty place to sit. Just there was a big problem that the tables must be controlled or cleaned regularly. Unfortunately some people were irresposible enough to leave their leftover on the table, but also the bin was full upstairs on the 2nd level especially, so the bin was spilled out and dirty trays were everywhere. But despite of that, ofc the chickens were amazing as usual and I love the sweet spaghetti.

Far from Fast Food. Came here Boxing day with family. How did it take 1hr 20 min to get our food, then another 15 minutes for drinks 🤦‍♂️The worst service ever. Manager should get fired. Then the workers want to tell us they are closing so they can clean. 🤬

Got diarrhoea after eating it. Bad experience.

If you go, I recommend that you find where to sit before ordering. My partner was standing and I was sitting; It was impossible to find a place. Also, they didn't open the other floor for seating. In relation to the food, it was good, I liked it... but the issue of eating standing up was certainly not the best; you're tired of waiting and just want to sit and rest while you eat.

The food is good but the service is poor because we waited for ages to get our food but it was worth half the wait but the order numbers did not get served in order

Worst experience ever of a food chain. Worst customer service.. staff getting annoyed when we asked for help and then didn't give us fries as part of our meal.. Not worth the money at all.

The best fried chicken EVER, it's not oily but is very tasty and perfectly cooked, my grandson loved it and the pasta dish he chose to go with it....Every time I'm in London I'll go there?

Don’t bother ordering from here. This is my 2nd time ordering, spent £45 and they forgot £15+ worth of food and every item was WRONG. Surely this cant be accidental. No refund or nothing. Joke of a restaurant.

The spicy jollibee chicken is hands down my favourite chicken evererrrrr 10/10! It has just the right amount of spiciness and it’s so juicy! Anyone that tries Jollibee’s chicken will not be able to eat KFC’s chicken ever again! Just be mindful that the spaghetti sauce is a sweet type so if you dun like your spaghetti sweet your definitely not gonna like their spaghetti then.

We would like to say thank you to the crew of jollibbee Leicester square specially to their manager July for their customer service. They’ve been very helpful and polite every time we dine in and do our take away during our short visit to London. The chicken and gravy are excellent I can say that everything is super yummy and we’re all satisfied with the food and we’re satisfied with their customer service . Keep up the good work! Surely we will come back again.

Reading the reviews I was very excited to try this American Fast Food classic. Unfortunately it really didn't live up to the hype. My food arrived worrying quickly which instantly makes you concerned. Those worries were immediately confirmed, the fries were luke warm with no crisps but seasoned well. The fabled chicken sandwich was quite dry and stringy, flavour was good but I'll admit I didn't even finish it. Really disappointed.

Food and ambience make me feel at home. Everyone’s just so welcoming.
