Wyndham Park Tea Rooms Limited in South Kesteven

Ive been here many times over the years it always been exceptional. It’s a lovely place to stop for refreshments a food while enjoying Whyndam Park.

Hi. I asked for green tea & was given green tea with mint. Took this back to the counter to query this & was told ‘it is green tea’. I asked to see the box of tea & it clearly said mint green tea. I asked if they would consider changing this to camomile tea instead, which they did. I said thank you but absolutely no response from the server when this camomile tea was placed in front of me. Disappointing customer service.

Have used this cafe for a number of years and unfortunately on our visit on Friday I was spoken to by a customer who was having a go at me about a family matter that is being dealt with by the police ,we had a meal in there Friday in which I found a hair in my salad but not wanting to make a fuss spoke to the member of staff who didn't replace the whole meal just the salad !! We popped into there again for coffee but was refused to be served after the owner had decided we wernt welcome there anymore due to the argument with the customer who was shouting at me also ,the owner then continued to follow us out and was still shouting unprofessionally at us ,having been a restaurant owner for 14 years how unprofessional are you, hope you also ban the other person in question but perhaps not as she is friends with a member of your staff !! Wish now I'd made a fuss about the hair on my plate ,Absolutely disgusting behaviour by you in front of so many customers

Such a lovely experience. Great service. Lovely range of cakes, sandwiches, baked potatoes. And they will do their best if what you want isn't on the menu. Great family run business

Love a breakfast/brunch and this is simply the best in Grantham and we have done our research! Super friendly, great service and fabulous food plus a great location to walk of the calories afterwards!

Great place for food and drinks. The best is their breakfasts I like coming to the cafe because its well kept and the staff and customers are friendly.

Good food served by friendly staff. A "no frills" cafe with a fairly extensive menu, all at very reasonable prices. The cafe is clean and obviously well-managed. Overlooks the bowling green. Ideal for a lunch after a walk in the park.
