Amazing food and service! Been to a skewer place in central, but this one is certainly the best. They have lots of options, I definitely recommend the lamb skewers and cucumber vermicelli!

The staff was very rude to our children they mentioned more then 8 times don’t bring your children even though we paid £250 bill . They was very unkind to our children. They kept complaining about the noise even though we had asked for the room at the back, which was available! We have always visited wu di’s with our children! It’s always been an amazing service when the elderly staff has been there. The lady staff also mention I will never have kids or if I do will never bring them out which was a discusting comment.

This place serves the best skewer in London with no doubt! Prices are also much more reasonable than central London. Their meat is very fresh, cold dishes are delicious tastes exactly like what I've tried in China, tho they are also expert at Korean dishes which is unbelievable!! They have just finished their renovation so the interior is more modern and clean now! Really happy with my visit, will come again tomorrow:)

You got this review because of a very rude female waitress. I have been to this restaurant four or five times. I love the food there, the male boss was always very friendly and polite. However, we came across a female waitress who always stand in the cash till who were very unfriendly and rude. We were talking after we finish all the dishes and she came to us asking whether we finish the food, we said yes then she just print the bill and put on our table. It was so rude we should refuse to pay for the service charge. Never put the bill on customers table unless they asking for it. This waitress should get fired. And I am not the only customer who had the same issue after read the previous review.

I have always liked the food and atmosphere of this restaurant, and I often bring friends here. However, today there was a waitress at the cashier who had a bad face the whole time. She had a very bad service attitude. The food was unpalatable because of this bad face. Got it! She won’t come anyway, even though she is very close to home, and she won’t worry about having an unpleasant dining experience every time in the future because of a bad face!

My favourite lamb skewer restaurant in London😋 I can recommend almost all dishes here taste amazing and good prices. They have additional sitting area in the back garden but not recommend when the weather is too hot or cold.

Best lamb skewers in London!! A must go!! We come here every other week, and the price is very fair and quality always A*** very authentic even in comparison to places in seoul. Other dishes are also extremely delicious. I recommend lamb soup and korean sausage. Servers are always friendly and kind, and service is always most welcoming :) . HIGHLY recommended 👌

Got about £10 worth of meat and a couple beers and was utterly shocked by the £100+ bill. The food is average. Service is non existent as you literally cook the food yourself.

Food is average especially the chicken and lamb, it is pretty tasteless. Sausage is from those cheap packages but sold more than £1 each, the fish ball is cut half and a stick has 1.5 fish ball also sell at more than a pound each. Worst is there was a lady waitress in her mid 30s with red lipstick, super rude, as if everyone owes her money.. I will not go back there again.

The food was okay, pretty average street food vibe.. the service is almost non existent. The lady with red lipstick was extremely rude..almost got up left the restaurant. Just to avoid ! Far better local restaurants are around. Over all experience -10!!!

Delicious charcoal grilled meat! It's more of a northern taste, not quite Korean style. Meat with better quality Cow tastes like cow, sheep tastes like sheep😂 Charcoal grilled, especially delicious Recommend the tofu pot, delicious! A-Zhu's mom's service is pretty good, and she seems to be able to speak Chinese. But the seasoning is a bit lacking, it would be nice if there was cumin.

The mutton kebabs are too small and too expensive. Poor environment. The decoration environment and price do not match.

Very delicious lamb. 35pp. Children high chair available. Lamb soup, lamb belly meat, dried shreds are recommended.

Fantastic little Korean restaurant. Staff really friendly. The skewer starters were delicious and cheap. Definitely recommend the dry hot tofu salad. Definitely be going again.

It was pretty popular long before this type of restaurant (Chinese lamb grill) in Korea. And we found this restaurant in New Malden from my Korean friend. The price was reasonable, and the food was excellent. I recommend you go there during winter because you will be in front of the fire the whole time you eat. The meats were fresh and tender, and you could choose between lamb, beef and chicken. I wouldn't say I liked the chicken gizzard and liver. In fact, I don't prefer those parts. We also tried grill menus such as bread, cheese stick, and fish cake. My favourite is fish cake and bread cum condensed milk. It was quite an exciting experience. In addition, we ordered peach soju - Korean fruit flavoured - which has some sweetness in the alcohol. It is generally consumed by women who don't like alcohol a lot. Kimchi, peanut and mung bean sprouts were complimentary.

So far never been disappointed. Lamb soup is so good, the best. The spices that goes with their bbq is out of this world. I crave their food every week.

Great simple Korean style food. You know it's good when the restaurant is packed with locals. Lamb was delicious, staff was friendly and need to try out the gizzards where tasty, would be a lovely experience in a group or as a couple. I bit pricey but hopefully that is for the quality of food that they provide.

The staff are very friendly, especially the owner, who is always cheerful. Although I am a regular, I always visit for fresh green onions or special occasions. When making a reservation, please be sure to confirm. I had a delicious meal. A taste that never disappoints! Especially after eating lamb skewers, the corn onion is so delicious! It was good~ At the end, Yangtang Teiko Way ~! I think it has become a required course. Thank you for eating well!! I’ll go again~^^

Wow! Most authentic Chinese style lamb/chicken skewers place in London(New Malden) ! No smell from lamb skewers! Skewers are obviously really juicy and tasty, they have this auto-rolling bbq system which is a cool way to cook skewers 😋 🍢🍡 I also recommend their jjigaes (찌게) both kimchi jjigae and dwenjang jjigae are very good! It’s relatively a small portion tho. Overall, highly recommend Wudi! 👍🏼

Service is friendly and quick, price is reasonable, the setting is nice, bbqing meat with charcoal grill is the best way….however, the quality of meat and seasoning is very mediocre and I was a bit disappointed with this 🙈

Lots of seating with both the main seating and outdoor garden areas. Lamb skewers were particularly delicious. Waitress was run off her feet on a Friday, felt guilty having to call for her attention as she sprinted up and down the room. Would recommend and come again.

Menu is very very simple, but the taste is good.

It is the only restaurant in the UK, a taste that will not be available again in London. This is the best new restaurant for Koreans, Chinese and all Asians. Not only the British, but all Europeans will never forget once they taste it. The reason is the real charcoal grill. It is a way to experience the best taste, a choice for health.

Great little restaurant! Simple menu but enjoyable dinner with good choice and friendly service. Update 30/12/2021 - hand written bill always worked out £10-£20 higher than expected. Tonight we caught out waitress and it appeared £17 was added 'by mistake'. We will unfortunately not return.

Every time I go, they often miss my order. I was told that a new charcoal grill would be put on, so I waited and it didn't come out when another table ordered, so I asked to check, but there was no answer, so I called again and asked, and they said it wasn't ready, so should I cancel it? It says so. I went to eat and the food came out in 40 minutes. I think there needs to be improvement.

Really enjoyed this, lovely food

We went at Saturday lunch and had a good experience. The skewers were excellent and it was great fun to see them cook over real charcoal. The main dishes good but not stand out, you really ought to fill up on skewers. Value seemed decent at the equivalent of £1-1.2 per skewer for the regular lamb or chicken.

Food was good, but this was too expensive. £67 for a few skewers, portion of dumplings, bowl of soup, potato cakes, one beer and apple juice. These are Zone 1 and 2 prices, not the price that a restaurant on a main road (not high street) in zone 4 should be charging. Visit Jin Go Gae or any other Korean restaurants on new Malden high street will be cheaper.

This is the place where you can eat the most delicious lamb skewers in New Malden, London, England. Baking flower bread and eating it dipped in condensed milk is also a delicacy. Try eating different amounts of each part.

I did not expect that there would be charcoal kebabs in London. I personally think that it is not good to find such a delicious kebab shop in China. The shish kebab and various side dishes and staples are fresh and delicious. The owner aunt is also very kind! It can be said that it is a hidden gem in London new malden. google chinese translate 没想到伦敦还有碳烤羊肉串，个人认为在国内也不好找这么好吃的羊肉串店。羊肉串和各种小菜和主食都很新鲜美味。店主阿姨也很亲切！可以说在伦敦新莫尔登（london newmalden)的隐藏的瑰宝。

This is probably the best restraunts ever. The staff are amazing and will always be ready for your requests. The food is the best and is probably one of the only restaurants that you can get an experience like this. You should come here. If you don't you are missing out.

I had lamb skewers, lamb soup, cold noodles, cod soup, and rice noodles, and I was all satisfied. The cod stew was good because the seasoning wasn't too strong and it was light, and all the other menu items were cleanly delicious. Yangtang is a stew made from boiled sheep, so it has a slight smell, so please keep that in mind if you don't like the smell of sheep! The staff (owner?) was really friendly!

Grilled lamb kebab was cooked at my table by a rather sophisticated little coal grill that automatically turns the skewers. Owner/manager was proud of her food, especially the Korean cold noodles which she mixes herself, even eats it in winter! Everything we ate was fresh, tasty, wholesome and not overly seasoned. The lamb soup was clearly slow cooked from naturally good meat, not rushed in time or synthetic like so many other places offering meat broths. Good food, good service and reasonable price. What more could we have asked for! Can’t wait to return. Possibly the best Korean restaurant in the area - certainly so in my opinion. A little unassuming place to warm your hearts and souls.

People come here for BBQ, quite small restaurant. Only one person takes order and serving table. So you may end up do some DIY as i did: took source from front desk, take a cold drink from the fridge, brought back tea pot when it was refilled...Portion is quite small, but the best is the attentive service. You can see miles away a few women working in kitchen are not trained as chef, but they were doing their best. Overall, we had a good experience.

As a local, i love their Fried Beef Rice to takeaway, just hits the spot, so filling!
