A relaxed space with quiet music to enjoy a drink, meal or a game of pool. We enjoyed the live acoustic guitar on Saturday evening. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. Free WiFi and plug socket access.

A chilled place for the campers to come. Free sockets, Spacious, Pool table and we ate some grapes that were growing in the conservatory! Oh and a nice pint! 😃

We have enjoyed coming to Valley park for nearly two decades now. It is a wonderful family run site. The bar/ clubhouse used to be very good too. However, the bar/ clubhouse is no longer being run/ managed by Valley Park. It has been sub let. And the new proprietor? APPALLING customer service. She is at best disinterested, and at worst, plain rude. Nevertheless the young bar staff are excellent. Perhaps she could learn from them.

After a lovely morning of golf we had a wonderful lunch, using good quality produce, in a beautiful environment. Coffee, however was extremely disappointing. Young fellow serving coffee had absolutely no idea what he was doing and tried to ignore me when I requested the type of coffee I would have liked. Good coffee is as important as anything else on your menu, gone are the days when coffee was just a milky tepid drink with a bit of flavouring if you were lucky, it has now become an art all of its own. Barista training, at least once a year, is of paramount importance for anyone serving coffee and your coffee supplier provides this training free of charge to all staff (if they don't, change your supplier). So an unfortunate and unnecessary let down.

This restaurant is attached to one of the most welcoming and friendly golf clubs I have visited. The meat comes from local farms and is cooked by chefs who know what they are doing, I have never had a bad meal here. They are able to cater for allergies, and are able to make a decent cup of coffee. The is a fairly challenging and scenic 9 hole golf course, a covered driving range and a par 3 pitch and putt. There is also a well stocked pro shop, locker rooms and toilets including an accessible one. well worth a visit.

don't be put off by it being on a Golf Course, the delightful views make up for the check trouser wearing customers!!!! I have enjoyed their cooked breakfast on many a leisurely weekend , good portions with quality sausage that has been cooked under the grill rather than deep-fried, and decent thick rashers of bacon. All in all top quality.

Visited for Sunday Lunch. Choice of four meats. Plate came with meat and roast potatoes on the plate and plenty of vegetables in dishes to serve yourself. Very fresh and excellent tasty food. Sweets home made and large portions. Booking highly recommended. Very spacious and lots of room between tables
