I'm not sure why but our last 2 orders in March were cancelled. We can't get through to them on the phone either to see if they are actually taking orders. Great food but if you don't want to take orders, don't be available on here as it takes a weeks for JustEat to return your money.

Best garlic bread I’ve had in a while, not soggy and undercooked. Really really nice. Burger was really nice too. Samosas were perfectly cooked. Donna meat wasn’t overly greasy and tasted really nice. Everything was so nice and I’m really happy I ordered as it’s my first time. Will definitely order again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Worst food I’ve had in a long time and it cost me £60. Do not order any food from this place, it is disgusting. Rubber reheated chips. Solid think pizza base, greasy kebab and greasy horrible stale chicken nuggets. It all went in the bin

Please please please take notice of this review before spending your money herThe food is absolute rubbish and the delivery driver needs a brain cell. £60 for Soggy cold chips, pre made soggy pizza base (not thin crispy at all) kebab and naan soggy AND the chicken nuggets need a health warning. I thought my daughter was being silly but I tried a nugget and it was foul. Nasty stale cooking oil taste and just really greasy. There is absolutely no way I will ever buy another thing from this place.

Its the first time we have tried Pizza Works, the food was delicious. Delivery on time, delivered hot and value for money. Our new go to take out for sure. Keep the standards high guys. Thank you

Over an hour late! But food was nice. Only thing I will say is don't put the paper under all the food, it goes soggy and you end up eating bits of paper.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever ordered from anywhere. Base was like a dry scone mix. Chips were undercooked and soggy. Will not be ordering again.

Over £7.50 delivery outrageous. Then the driver tried delivering to another place. Pizza tasted like it had been cooked the day before. Ordered from here before but this was just awful

Ordered and confirmed straight away. Confirmed delivery was 30 minutes before the earliest time given but called when latest time was 5 minutes passed to be informed the driver had left and was delivering to the other side of Halifax and was on the way, presumably with my food also. Food was delivered just over 10 minutes after the latest promised time. Pizza was the only thing that felt slightly warm. Once boxed opened it was clear this had been sat waiting to be collected or had been in a car for a while. Chips and donner were soggy and wings wrapped in foil but were still only slightly warm. Opted for this takeaway instead of the usual for something different but safe to say I will not be ordering from here again. The issues here clearly were not the drivers fault but the restaurant for not prioritising making meals fresh to order and grouping orders to similar locations. Would like to say the driver was very polite and friendly but doesn’t excuse cold food that’s had a tour of Halifax prior to my doorstep, especially when delivery cos £3!!!

The food was unedible it smelt like dog food the chips and the samosa’s was dripping in oil didn’t eat a thing! tried to ring restaurant no answer and to top it if prefer two urn brus and gt one 🤣you can’t right it I would like my full refund !!!!

Nothing like the description, “mixed meat” was all Donna, naan bread was obviously microwaved and chewy.

Asked for a thin crust, came as a thick crust, was very stiff and cheesy

This was THE BEST kebab I’ve ever had and I’ve had mannnyyy! The sizing of the food portions is absolutely brilliant. The time for delivery is spot on food arrived HOT! I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this place! Defo my new favourite take away! If I could rate it higher than 5* I defo would!!!

Food oK. However said on site 15% off if you ordered over £25 but no code offered and not applied at checkout. Phoned for 10% off code for online orders but the code was no longer available. As we had a big order, I rang up and the bloke working there said he didn't know anything about the codes. As we had spent ages faffing around we just ordered but cost £5 more than it should have done..Dint offer codes if you can't honour them

Absolutely the best pizza we have had in years! Gave up on Pizza Hut,Dominoes and Pap John's due to mass produced mediocrity at best.Pizza Hut especially became atrocious.I think this restaurant's pizzas are fantastic.It's great that their menu is fairly limited compared to other places because it makes it more specialised and less like a conveyor belt. Crispy,fresh,fresh,fresh base,great quality toppings. We will be back!

Horrible. I asked them to not put any donner or pineapple on my pizza. They still went ahead and did it. Pizza didn't taste too good either. To make matters worse I was violently sick that night - throwing up 4 times in the night. Premium priced fodder best avoided!

Not good ! Quite possibly the most greasy & flavourless takeaway food I've tried to date. The grease ran through my fingers and past my wrist whenever i picked up a slice, almost like everything was pre fried in oil before being placed on the pizza base and the garlic bread was just as bad. Also didn't get the extra toppings i ordered and my drink order was wrong....Pizza Works, more like Pizza needs some work !

Ordered from here twice and both times the food has been amazing. The second time I visited was in store and the customer service is absolutely fantastic.

Ordered a variety of things off the menu as couldn't decide...pizzas, chicken strips & sticky wings. Loved every single thing. Cooked to perfection. Will definitely be ordering again. Will try the parmesans next time.
