friendly environment, busy cafe but food is fresh and staff helpful. large cafe so lots of room, but its a local favourite place!

The brunch is plentiful and fresh but the coffee is the real winner here. Absolutely Delicious alongside wonderful swift and friendly service!

Cosy little cafe, with good choice of brunch/ lunch options. Service was a little slow and the cafe was very cold. Good quality food and coffee.

Stopped for a coffee this morning with my friend, and the person who served us was absolutely great and the coffee was very good, but the room filled up very quickly and it was apparent that it was too much for one person to serve, make coffees and run the food for twenty people. As an ex hospitality worker I felt super bad for the guy, and it's not the first time I saw this happening in the wolffox chain. Dear owners, please! Don't be stingy and get more people in! It will benefit your business more than having a constrlant turnover of burnout staff.

The cappuccino was luke warm and the flat white was almost cold. Both were served in small cups. The pancakes bore little resemblance to pancakes - they tasted like soggy white bread with a floury taste. When I queried this with the waitress she informed me that they were made with gluten-free flour. I said they were awful but she offered no refund and I left most of mine!

Been a few times with our doggy, lovely reception, sometimes very busy. However, always lovely food. Beautifully decorated, food is presented well and very tasty. Great options for allergies etc.

Needed some brunch after visiting the Royal Pavilion and found this wonderful place with outdoor seating. Waiter was extremely helpful. Ordered pancakes and brioche with organic bacon and maple syrup. No problem in ordering extra syrup and butter. All very good and of course top class coffee.

We had a lovely breakfast which was greet when catering for allergies! All staff were friendly! Lovely atmosphere. To add they do the most amazing coffee!

Early dinner (5.30) before theatre so understandably quiet - but the restaurant has a lovely ambience with some street side seating and on-trend decor so really pleasant to visit at this time. The menu is not too long (important!) and nicely varied so could have been happy with lots of options. Fried tofu bites starter properly crispy without being frazzled in a slightly piquant sauce (not quite the `jam' described but no matter). Stone bass delicious, lightly cooked and beautifully presented. Dinner guests suggested a more extensive selection of beers would be welcome. Thank you for the attentive and friendly service. Hope to visit again and that the excellent service and food can be sustained in the busy hours!

We popped in on the off chance we could get a table for brunch and were accommodated immediately. We couldn’t fault the staff who were all really lovely. The coffee was top quality and brunch was unreal! An absolute gem, do not miss out!

We have been several times here and today we hand another lovely brunch. Well made strong coffee, pancakes for the kids and we had the Farm brunch. We came here NYE as a table for two. We were greeted with the most friendly and welcoming staff who made such excellent first impressions. The front of house and waiting staff were the stars of the show here and deserved to be commended. Nice touch to be given flutes of Prosecco on the house to “see in the 2023”. We ordered the scallops and poached hen egg to start. The scallops were cooked perfectly, presented meticulously and the flavours were delectable. However, we were quite disappointed with the hen egg… it wasn’t necessarily bad but we found the flavours a little unimaginative and more of a breakfast vibe. We accept it’s a reflection of our own choice rather than execution and quality. We ordered 3 large plates. The lamb shoulder and stone bass were outstanding. The crust on the stone bass and beurr blanc were delicious. The lamb was super tender and all accompaniments to the dish were flavoursome. The pork belly was good but one or two edges were a little hard/dry. The only minor negative I’d highlight was the chef’s obsession with using micro cilantro (coriander) to garnish nearly every dish. I love it but even I thought it was excessive. The special of banana tarte tatin with salted caramel ice cream stole the show and was a cheeky mic drop to end the meal with. Overall, I’d highly recommend this restaurant. The service was outstanding, staff super nice and friendly, food generally excellent, decor/vibe also perfect for a relaxed meal for special occasions. Food 9/10 Value 10/10 Service 10/10 Decor/Vibe 9/10 OVERALL 9.5/10

Went for dinner and had a lovely starter of fresh bread made by their bakery, followed by a super main course. Desert and drinks were amazing too. Amy was very diligent in asking if we wanted anything else and checking in on how we were getting on. Will definitely go back again.

We had two chai lattes, one with oat milk. When they came they were luke-warm so we had to ask for them to be re-heated, which the very nice waitress did (or possibly even made them from scratch). Nice eventually, but at £9.13 very expensive.

Ran out of data and needed to use some wifi. I was hesitant to go in but a server called Becca was at the door and asked if I was alright. I bought a single espresso but before that, they kindly gave me the wifi password and seated me straight away. Probably will be coming back sometime! :)
