Such a fabulous place to stay. Irene is fabulous and her B&B is wonderful. Can not recommend this place enough. The best breakfast I've had in a long time. Comfy bed and really nice and friendly atmosphere

Went to Market Rasen to see Plan B and stopped at this wonderful B & B. Irene the proprietor/landlady was delightful, very helpful and informative. Lovely clean room with tea and coffee for all tastes. Breakfast was beautifully presented local produce, and was really tasty. If you want a homely family run place where nothing is too much trouble this is it.

Irene is the owner of this charming B&B and we were delighted by her warm welcome and the comfort of our rooms. The full English breakfast we had was excellent and featured local ingredients. It really was perfectly cooked. A range of home made jams , WI marmalade and very local, absolutely gorgeous honey made a fine finish with hot toast. The rooms were spotless and inviting with a very well provisioned range of teas and coffee, very nice biscuits and even chocolates. The towels and bed linen were of very good quality and the beds and pillows were fabulously comfortable and made for a very restful sleep. We have a dog and it is not always easy to find accommodation. Our dog was made as welcome by Irene as we were. She is also a dog owner and so understands the needs of guests with dogs perfectly. The situation is stunning: we were blessed with a lovely late October day and the Wolds were particularly beautiful. The B&B is well signposted and has plenty of parking space. Irene keeps her Gardens and outside space immaculate and is constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of her guests. She is a treasure and we very much look forward to staying with her again. We can not recommend her highly enough! She was a contestant on Four in a Bed - she was runner up but we think she should have won!

My sister and I with our partners have just returned from a two night pilgrimage to Binbrook, staying at the Woldview B&B. We had a most enjoyable stay, thanks mainly to the hostess with the mostest Irene. She was just perfection, the accommodation she lovingly provided...,the 5 star breakfast was delicious , served with such attention to detail. Her infectious sense of humour, all in all a truly wonderful experience. We certainly look forward to another visit next year, having already made a reservation.. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic Full English Breakfast at this fine establishment just this morning. Irene was the perfect hostess, very attentive but not overbearing. Everything was cooked to perfection and the amount was just right. The setting is beautiful, sat on top of the Lincolnshire Wolds with stunning views across rolling fields. We'll be back!

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon with my mum, I had a Lincolnshire Poacher and chuntney sandwich which was lovely. We shared a portion of chips which were proper hand cut & home cooked - delicious! The service was great, I'll definitely be going back.

I ordered a full breakfast, but got what looked like a small portion for a child, no beans and one tiny sausage, cheapest tescos bread for the toast.

Before I had seen the menu, I was already satisfied. The welcome from the staff & the owner was so beautiful ... (Genuine too) I arrived early, 2 coffee's later my 3 friends arrived ... The owner came to serve us, lovely lady , we all ordered drinks & main. Dessert , none of us could make a decision so it was suggested that we have a selection ... (bit of each) ... The food was delicious, the staff are delightful ... Taking my sister & her husband next sunday, too nice to miss ... Do visit the shop round the back , some lovely crafted pieces to view.

This is a great little tearoom with very friendly staff. The food was great, I had and afternoon high tea and hubby had the seafood platter. Both were excellent. I would definitely recommend trying an afternoon tea here.

We hadden dit gekozen als b&b. Omdat het slecht weer werd besloten we er ook te eten. In no time werd speciaal voor ons als enige gasten een uitstekende maaltijd bereid. Daarna heerlijk geslapen.

Well worth the journey where ever you are in the county. Called in for tea and cake and what cake it was. The proprietor helped with out choice by serving two half portions each. Large pot of tea and some of the best cake I have ever tasted. Made most welcome and will definitely call again. It really does serve some of the 'best of Lincolnshire'. Notice views over the Wolds too.

If you are looking for a lovely traditional English Tea Room with a fantastic view of the Lincolnshire Wolds then look no further. This is a fully licensed Restaurant/Tearoom which now does B& B. I can only review the Restaurant/Tearoom which is excellent. The best local Lincolncolnshire produce is used throughout the menu and it is absolutley delicious and Irene, the owner, offers good attentive service with a smile and cooks each dish to order. There is an outdoor seating area with panoramic views for miles,if we ever get any sunshine this year it will be a superb place to be.

A group of 18 of us met up for a family Sunday lunch at this delightful family-run pub. The food was absolutely delicious - the main course roasts and other dishes, as well as the homemade desserts. Every one of us was happy with our choice. The customer service was excellent too. Lily and Matilda, our waitresses, were attentive without being overpowering. Publican Donna has definitely got to be the most organised publican I've ever met. It's easy for things to get complicated/go wrong at the point of paying the bill with a big group like this. Donna made it simple though. We each pre-ordered our starters and main courses. I sent her the orders in advance per family group. She offered to set up a tab for each family in advance of our arrival. It was therefore very easy for us to order drinks, desserts etc. and just give the name of the relevant tab for them to be charged to. Lily and Matilda were organised and conscientious in implementing this system. The ambience was very pleasant and there was a car park. I certainly recommend this lovely pub and will certainly be back next time I'm in the area. Huge thanks to Donna and the team for making our get together so easy to organise and pleasant on the day.

New year's menu was really disappointing. The entire venue closed around 11pm on New years eve, so no celebrations were had. The menu stated it would be small plates and main menu available. The main menu was not available and the small plates were average at best. We have been coming to the Advocate for 15 years since Dominic was in hand and I don't think we will ever return now. The service was incredibly slow and took over 2 hours for the dinner service, which wasn't an issue as we weren't in a rush but was a long time either way.

We had Sunday lunch here and it was beautiful made! The roast potatoes were delicious and the parsnips and carrots cooked beautifully. Every part of the meal was well cooked and the seasonings used for each one made them delicious on there own or together. The beef lovely and pink but pull apart tender. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. When we asked if we could have cauliflower on its own and without cheese as one of us can’t have it, they were so lovely and arranged it for us. The price was more than reasonable for a delicious fresh meal and good drinks. Thank you. We will be back for sure
