Wok&Go Noodle Bar in Leeds

i always want spicy noodles when hungover and this is a great place to find them. don't always feel perfect afterwards but i tend to feel better.

Must say the new veg box on offer was very tasty and good value and staff are really nice and always smiling

Cross contamination in plain sight no changing of gloves. Meat dishes cooked in the veggie pans and vice versa. Mates food was burnt. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT GO HERE.

food was good, served in minutes, friendly server, clean tables. two people keeping up with deliveroo orders and customers in store. great . will be back

Wow The food here its absoulty amazing i am a very fussy eater, i created my own box there was plenty inside and much to choose from. I will be defo returning.

I'd give this 0 stars if possible! £6.50 for a regular size box of sweet and sour chicken with noodles. If you've ever had sweet and sour then your know it should at the very least be orange in colour. There was literally no sauce in the box just loads of water which had a strange almost curry like taste. The chicken was just small cut up pieces of chicken. The noodles were amazingly bland and also very watery. The whole thing did not resemble sweet and sour in any way whatsoever but instead bland noodles and ordinary pieces of chicken in a watery soup. For less money you can get bigger portions and proper crispy soft sweet and sour chicken at Juicy Sushi on Britannia Street. I wouldn't normally mention another business in a review but in this case it is most definitely needed. Maybe the people that run Wok & Go should try it so they can see how it's really done!

I ordered my noodles specifically so that I don't get meat in it or noodles as I don't like either. What do I get? Exactly that. Not tasty, and products taste off. Don't go there!

always visit wok and go, it is great value for money not only does it taste great and you get so much for what you pay for especially with the meal deals for an extra £2.00 you can get a side of spring rolls and a drink. it will always be my favourite place to eat.

Service was great, really friendly. Chefs and staff were both smiling and being kind to one another.

This was one of the most awful meals I have ever had, topped off with raw panko prawns that I am dreading seeing again tomorrow. There are so many better places to eat in Leeds - I will never go back there again.

Popped in here earlier this afternoon for a black bean box. Service was fast and quick to order. Staff were super friendly and told them I had peanut allergy and carry a epi-pens and the manager serving was so friendly and explained which foods contain nuts and peanuts. Food was so tasty. Definitely get your money's worth coming here. I recommend this place to all the office. Ive also got a loyalty card and get free food after so many visits. 5 out of 5 for this place I'll be back thankyou.

I had a hot box from this store and it was lovely!!!! The service was excellent, i can have no complaints about this store and i will most certainly come again.

I would describe the customer service as being excellant and the food was delcious. I would recommend Wok&Go to anyone who enjoys Chinease cuisine.

Went to the one on Albion Street whilst in leeds. The service was slow, only one person in front of me and took 11 minutes to get served and then a further 13 minutes to get food. Hardly fast food. Plus a member of staff was arguing with a customer.The food came, a combo wrap - very small, lacking flavour/seasoning and no sign of the meat or shrimp that was meant to be in it. Our build your own noodle box was overpowered with sweet chilli, the noodles were mushy/slimy and again lacking in chicken ( 3 small pieces for the extra £1.50)Ended up throwing the majority of our food away.

Got these before I got on the train home, not too far from the train station so easy to pick up. Great value and delicious!

I don't have these very often, but when I do it's a great treat. The staff are always friendly and if you're uncertain on what to have they will happily go through the menu with you! I normally get the regular veggie box with rice and a side of veg spring rolls, definitely fills you up for the afternoon and evening! Fair prices and tasty food.

Noodles are always comes to perfection. Never a never wait on food. Place is always clean n tidy. Best noodles in town

I do like the food here and it is good sized portions even for the smallest box but it is expensive for a fast food place but you do pay for what you get and what you get is flavour. It is really tasty and I would recommend my favourite which is the Hot Box.

The Menu is great with great prices the food is outstanding especially by chef Rio , Quick service not waiting for long even in mad rush hours , It's always an enjoyable experience eating there.

Sweet and Sour - Not really...Rice soaked in sauce could barley taste anything, Not how Sweet and Sour is suppose to be as far as I know. Literally paid £6 for rice soaked in sauce could barley taste and touch chicken.

Hands up, from our office we use this a lot for lunches, I always order “Hot Box”, I know that might be boring to order the same thing, but it can be fantastic. The problem is its not consistent, most of the time its very good indeed but I would say 30% of the time its nothing special, as someone from our office goes to collect I don’t know if it’s down to staff or how busy it is, I am still not put off as most of the time its very good indeed.

I am currently suffering horrendous early pregnancy sickness and have found the only thing i fancy to eat is my old trusty faithful Wok&Go - the food is delicious, fresh, tasty and never disappoints. I must highlight the outstanding level of customer service i recently received by one of this branches employees. I phoned the store to see if they delivered to my postcode, and the employee on the end of the phone, Rose, informed me my postcode was outside of their deliverable area. Sensing the obvious pregnant lady panic and disappointment in my voice she surprised me with not only a very friendly caring telephone nature, but then to my absolute shock (and delight) she said she lived only minutes away from my address and that if i was comfortable with it she would be happy to drop off my order after her shift had finished on her way home. I cannot begin to explain just how kind and thoughtful this offer was. You should be exceptionally proud of your level of customer service provided by staff like Rose, and i will continue using your establishment for many years to come to say thank you. Excellent service 5*

I've visited Wok & Go on a number of occasions and the standard of the food doesn't change - it's excellent. For a quick and easy, freshly cooked and relatively healthy lunch there are few better in Leeds. My personal favourite is the Hot Box, plenty of meat and veg, not just bulked out with noodles, and a decent kick in the sauce. As a piece of advice, the regular size box is more than enough for a lunch. It can get busy at lunchtime but the longest I've had to wait was 15 minutes, so don't be too put off by a queue - if anything it's a sign of a good restaurant. I will definitely continue to visit, and having read some of the other reviews on here, I've got a number of different boxes to try.

Fancied noodles since the prior day and got to have them in Leeds. For the first-time goers, I recommend to take the Large one, trust me you won't regret.

Just came back to the office with my noodles that the blonde hair lady advised me to get. She told me to let her know how it was. I have to say this was amazing. I usually get the hot box but wanted a change i was told Singa box was great instead of shrimp she aloud me to have tofu as I wasnt aloud to swap seafood for meat but was still great so thank you this is now my new favorite and yes I would definitely recommend to come here.

Just been to wok and go as I fancied the seafood box. I'm quite fussy and for reasons of my own I wanted the pan to be clean. I got in there and asked the girl on the counter Beth I think, if it was possible for the chef to properly clean the wok and pan prior to cooking my food. I know they wash it out with hot water but sometimes it's just not enough and I didn't want it that pork and other meats were cooked prior in the wok and the pan to have only had a quick rinse. Some ppl don't adhere to these requests but the chef was more than accommodating and actually properly washed the wok and the spoons before making my box. I went home and had the box and it tasted great. Deffo recommend the place but mostly the service. Thanks guys x

Came here today (15.06.16) after trying the one in York centre. The food was, again, delicious! Counter staff were friendly and recommended the panko prawns, excellent choice!

Always come here when in Leeds this is amazing. I always get the combo box and it's spot on continuously the staff are kind and welcoming always wanting to help. Lovely atmosphere thank you wok and go :)

came here yesterday with the family as my mum said it was good. im not to keen on chinese food but this is 10x better. i had a combo box which had meat and seafood in and it were just lush. i will come here with my family every week when they do. plus its 2 for ten pound on a tuesday :)

Came here a couple months back for something quick to eat on a lunch break.. I don't work a lot in Leeds so I don't get chance to try out many places but another colleague had told me about the Tuesday offer 2 regular boxes for £10. The boxes are extremely filling and really nice! A lot of lovely flavours and they are not shy with fillings. You do get a lot in a regular box but for the price you can not go wrong.

Came here for lunch the other day. Had a hot box as the staff recommended this to me with no chilli flakes. I must say it was the most amazing noodles ive had would recommend to anyone. The staff were pleasant and kind .

I visited wok& go for lunch today for the first time after hearing good things about it. I was not disappointed, all staff was great and very friendly. The box I had was a regular 'create your own' which was lovely! Plenty of meat and veg! I Would recommend this place to anyone And will definitely be back soon!!

My boyfriend and myself went to eat at this Wok&Go and it was amazing! The staff were very helpful and the lady on the till had blonde hair was very knowledgeable about the menu as it was our first time here. The food was out of this world. Can't wait to return for my next meal.

I ordered a small veggie box and shared an order of spring rolls; I have a hearty appetite and I couldn't finish it all. For the amount of very tasty food you get the price is certainly reasonable. The service time was good for a Saturday night, particularly given that everything is made to order and the food was well packaged and still piping hot by the time we reached our hotal about a ten to fifteen minute walk away. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something tasty and quick to grab and eat.

this restaurant specialised in cooking noodles , all kind starting from vege noodles to meat lover noodles , my favourite is the chicken meat and shrimp it one of there favourite noodles i i really recommend it , the location of the restaurant near morissons and costa cafe , the setting area is nice and they have delivery with is great for a quick order.over all its very good

After doing a bit of shopping in Leeds, we decided to get some food. I'd eaten at Wokon before and I love it so I thought hopefully it'll be the same as there. I was very disappointed, I wouldn't here again, I expected there to be more noodles than veg and meat but the ratio of noodles to veg and meat but this was just ridiculous, I had about 5-8 pieces of meat and a few bits of onion and carrot. I had ordered the Sweet and Sour and had I not ordered it I wouldn't have been able to tell, it was unbelievably bland and tasteless, the only thing that made it palatable after the 10th mouthful was the amount of soy sauce I used. The deals are ok there but not worth it for the taste. Would not recommend or eat here again.

Tried this place for the first time today and all I succeeded in dong was wasting an hour of my life. Ordered the food in what appeared to be a busy place full of people eating. A closer inspection would have revealed a lot of people waiting. And getting angry. At no point when I ordered was I warned there would be an hour long wait. Nor were any of the customers before or after me, if the audible complaints were to be believed.There was no communication, no apologies and after about the 10th person I saw demanding a refund, the guy behind the counter was just slinging the pen at people for them to sign the refund receipt then dismissing them.The food may have been wonderful, but I'll never find out as a place like that with rude, unhelpful staff does not get a 2nd chance in my books.

Terrible food not in the least authentic and not that good value either. there are probably 50 much better quick food joints within 1000 metres.Dont bother.Staff indifferent at best-service appalling.I really can't be bothered to write any more about this place.

I went on my lunch break from work. The service was slow and I had to wait a 15 mins for the meal to be made. I had a 50% off voucher so the meal was cheap, but without the voucher I would say that the meal was expensive. The meal was cooked very well and the flavours were amazing. I would go again but only if I have a voucher for money off.

Been here a few times, and have had really nicely cooked, well balanced flavoured food that is fresh and very tasty. Yes you have to wait a little while depending on how busy it is but it's worth the wait.The spring rolls aren't fantastic and a little bland in flavour and not enough filling in my opinion. Overall definitely one of the better establishments of this kind, hope this place is here to stay!
