Chicken chow mein is one of my favourite meals but this was lacking a sauce so was very dry .

Great food, hot,well cooked and delivered quickly. will use again.

Brilliant Chinese food every time

Large order. 4 items missing however got items we didn't order. Seems as if there was a delivery issue and wrong bag given to wrong address. To then be confronted when correct order was delivered to hand back wrong items. it was all packed up ready to give back but due to the confrontation and rude staff the wrong items went in the bin. Everyone makes mistakes, just don't be rude about it though. Won't be ordering again which is a shame as this was our favourite Chinese

The food was awful tonight , the chow mein tasted old and greasy and the prawns were off and funny. Really disappointed and will never order off this Chinese restaurant again

Unfortunately we had one item missing (New Years Eve so probably very busy!) because this was the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Won’t let it put me off ordering from here again in a heartbeat

Haven’t ordered from here for a while ; not sure why after today’s order. All cooked to perfection . Absolutely the best prawn toast and salt and peppery spare ribs. Amazing .

Always love it. I would say recently the Lemon Chicken has become way too salty… it seems to be the batter. So I do need to try something else. But the honey chicken is delicious!

Delicious food and came in 20 minutes on a saturday night, they mistakes my fried beef for mixed vegetables but they sent out another portion not a problem and although it was 30 minutes later than the phone call, i am very pleased, 100% would order again, my favourites 💗

A very tasty take away experience and easily the best out of the chinese take away meals we have tried so far. The food had flavour, was piping hot and some kept back for today. 😋

This is undoubtedly the best Chinese takeaway in Folkestone. Trust me the pork ribs and curry sauce is next level. Every week I had to have their curry sauce ribs with rice. I have tried neighbouring Chinese takeaways which I found some too sweet or too spicy, meat being chewy hey ho no one can beat new wok express. Trust me you have to have it to believe it! Price is reasonable. They do delivery. Service is quick too. Food hygiene is good. What I genuinely feel is they need to change the sofa in waiting area coz it's worn down, looks shabby and smells bad so does the water in the aquarium. Atleast change the water in aquarium tank or remove it. It smells of molds and weed eeww 🤮. They need to change their menu list that lies on the top of the counter. It looks old and unpleasant. They seriously need to focus a bit on aesthetics as well.

All the sweet and sour balls and sesame toast was burnt/over cooked. All other dishes were perfect.

we phoned twice and was told its on its way but nothing and we was worried as on status it was saying delivered enjoy your food so there was a bit of a problem

This has got to be one of the worst Chinese meals I have ever had ,I'm really not happy as I gave come up from london to see my mum and was really looking forward to a good bit of food . A complete waste of money , if I wasnt with my family I would have gone back to the restaurant for a refund .

The food was really good. I got it for my mum's birthday. I don't even like or eat Chinese food but liked this one a lot. The only reason it gets 4 star not 5 is they always forget the sweet and sour sauce for prawn balls lol.

First time of ordering with you. asked for ASAP. the app said 18.40. they arrived 5 minutes early even though they had to find us. Great service. food was great. hot and tasty. thanks

loved the chicken and sweetcorn soup really loved the crispy shredded beef just the way I like them

have used the new wok for a while and love their food but the sweet and sour sauce has been inedible in our last 2 orders. Has the chef changed? we're now considering trying other resturants because its so horrible and feel very sad about it as we love everything else.

Over hour late even though I preordered in the morning but was Xmas eve so busy. I wouldn't have minded but they weren't picking up the phone either so also couldn't check the time which was annoying as had children waiting to eat and go to bed..they could have extended delivery time through just eat machine just to keep people updated. Food was very good though when it did finally arrive and I'll still always use them as best Chinese in folkestone

Spring roll too chunky. mixed balls not as expected.

Curry was congealed, the Chinese style vegan chicken was flavoured with ketchup- really overpowering ketchup, went in the bin, the chow mein was just ok, salt & chilli chicken was alright but I wouldn’t order it again, vegan chicken rice was dreadful, reminded me of cat food in smell. Very upsetting when it’s a monthly treat.

Must be a different chef on today. Was oily and lacking in quality. Real shame as all the others were really good. The vegan chicken tasted like pure cheap ketchup- completely different from other orders. Also a literal entire onion in each dish & so much oil. Has put me off unfortunately. Would be keen to hear from the restaurant if they have made drastic changes and why.

First time using this Chinese and was really impressed. Food arrived a lot earlier then planned (although the original estimated time wasn’t that long. Ribs excellent got wrong main dish but this was replaced with ordered dish from takeaway without even asking top service thank you, lady delivery driver was very pleasant and polite. I will recommend to friends

Waaaay too much garlic, like an insane amount, Dracula couldn't be in a 10 mile radius of it. Mouth was on fire.

This food made me so happy! After a few bad takeaway experiences recently I was nervous to try a new place but everything was amazing. Not ridiculously sweet or 95% onion. Sauces were spicy and well flavoured, it was crispy and freshly cooked lovely food. Found my new regular

Outstanding crispy duck, nice amount of meat and well cooked. Lovely Kun Po and Peking Beef. Would have given outstanding if it wasn’t for the Lemon chicken, which was a bit dry and not like we’ve had before, the sauce also was a bit sour. Unfortunately they forgot the rice but were quick to come around with it and was good because i forgot the satay sauce. Still our go to food Chinese food.

If collecting they give you call to check time of pick up, very polite. Service is good. Both partner and I dishes tasted good and we enjoyed our dinner.

Only reason for low food quantity is it really wasn't very nice not normally like this but considering the amount I spent I feel let down only by the quality
