Not informed in advance that there was only an “all you can eat” option. So paid a lot for two dishes. Luckily we didn't have to pay for the tough prawn crackers in advance.

Incredible food every time! We have been going to China China for years and it never ever disappoints. The staff are also really friendly and make you feel so welcome in the restaurant or even when you're just collecting a takeaway.

As ever the food was amazing, the service friendly and helpful. The price is excellent too! Can recommend this place enough!

It was Tues evening, we were given neither menu nor cutlery. The only option was fixed, £26.00 eat as much as you like. The meal started as it was to go on, a scrappy amount of crispy duck for 2 people, just crisp, pre- processed pancakes cold with the packet left in the steamer and limp cucumber. We will not return. Definitely not recommended.

Food was plentiful as it is an all you can eat restaurant. It was delivered warm and quickly from the time of ordering. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We left very full!!

The young Chinese lady that usually takes the orders and payment for the take-aways is so friendly with a warm smile, it's always pleasant coming to collect the food, which is tasty with a wide range to choose from. We've tried others in and around Canterbury, but this is the one we've decided to stick with!

Absolutely awful, went there for a birthday dinner last night and the gentleman that works there was so rude giving us next to no food, asked for more prawn crackers for 3 of us he gave us 2, he charged £80 for 2 adults and a child under 2 too eat, 1malibu and 1 coke absolutely disgusted with his service

This is the worse place we have ever eaten in and we are foodies and eat out 3 times a week. £122.00 for 2 adults and 2 children who we did explain at the beginning one didn’t eat Chinese, but they failed to mention that because he sat with us at the table he would be charged £26.00 The food wasn’t great, tasted like it was all pre cooked and heated up. The dumplings was so hard you could have took the window out with them, they was in the shape of a vegetable somosa didn’t realise I we was in the Indian. The food was shocking! We have a better Chinese round the corner where we live and have more food for £45.00 and the quality is spot on. When we questioned the bill and said he didn’t eat she said because he sat at the table he was charged £26.00 The service and food was not great wouldn’t recommend and definitely would never go back. The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant is dated and dirty!

China China is expensive by many Chinese restaurant standards, but the food is as good as you will taste anywhere. There is a set price menu where you can order up pretty much anything on the extensive menu. Cooked fresh for you rather than sitting on hot plates like most buffets.

Dine here regularly. Excellent food served in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Customers are treated as guests, not as a business.

Very nice food. Nice service, but it 🙂can be slow at busy times or be asked to order more food in on go when they have a big order come in, which we did not want to do. Atmosphere could be better. But a nice meal and nice place to eat. We will try there again.

Booked ahead for an all you can eat banquet. Smallish portions - but I prefer that. You can choose more dishes. Everything was excellent, and I thought very good value. We were served promptly and we had everything we asked for. I will be back!

Utterly Disgusted and will not be returning. This was recommended to us by one of our friends, so we thought to give it a try. After arriving we were greeted and seated, in what was like sitting in a strangers conservatory. No music, just a silent coldish room with no warmth or sense of even being in a restaurant. Having arrived it wasnt busy at all, we had to wait 30 minuets for someone to take our drinks order then another 20 for the drinks to even come. We ordered the first part of our meal after being there for 40 minuets. to our disappoint a side plate of duck arrived enough for 2 pancakes and no more. Had eaten all the veg to go in it before the duck had even arrived. They then after being there for an hour took our starter order, which took a further 30 minuets to arrive with things missed of. I had ordered tap water when we arrived... 1.5 hours in still no tap water. We ordered the chefs special prawns... 2 come out. we ordered chicken balls with our starters... again never come asked 2 times for them. then after having been there for 2 hours enough was enough I had lost all appetite and wanted to leave the weird and cold place I was in 2 turn up. I went up to the front to ask for my water instead of waiting any longer to find the man with his hands full of cash and no care for the fact that I was and had been waiting over 1.5 hours for my water. This place is obviously family run maybe? but with only one thing in mind which is money. Portions are pathetic. waiting times ridiculously long and service at an all time low with 2 young girls who has zero experience or idea. Money grabbing and that is all I have to say. dont go there is you are hungry.

Great Chinese, sometimes a bit slow and longer times than stated, but just because they’re always so busy

The night we went was a quiet Sunday night... We had a lovely welcome, and show to our seats. Where we indulged in their menu... Now! The food has got to be in the top 5 we've ever tasted! Full of flavours that blow your mind, and obviously very fresh... order as much as you want too... This place is very highly recommended, and we will be bringing family and friends back to dine...

Food gorgeous as ever, service wasn’t great, Waiter didn’t come to table often at all, no atmosphere and could hear the waiters YouTube or whatever he was loudly laughing at over the very depressing classical music- 10/10 food as always. Unfortunately 1/10 service & atmosphere would recommend for food but with service and atmosphere on a weekday probs best stick to weekends. Shame really as best Chinese food around, we drive a way too. Very good prices for quality and variety of food.

Awful experience… minimal food on dishes took two hours to serve two courses then charged us £26.50 adult price for my 8 year old daughter who was a fraction over the height range due to her shoes.. all she ate was 15 chips.. the manager was rude when I questioned the bill. Won’t be going back!! £106 for 4 people and 9 tiny dishes of food..!!

Takeaway always top class and tasty

Hidden gem of a restaurant. Free car park just across the street, honestly doesn’t look much from the outside but beautiful decor inside, lovely atmosphere, great price for all you can eat menu, quick and friendly service and really good food. Highly recommend.

We went for a meal, nothing wrong with the meal or the service BUT the price !! On the website and on info. at the hotel where we were staying the ‘eat all you can buffet’ is listed at £15.95 ! The printed menu we were given showed £23.50 ! Too slow to raise it at the time, but future diners should know !

We always get our takeaway from here! They never disappoint! It's always fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend having dinner here. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dishes are reasonably priced too!

We enjoyed a lovely meal here in Lyminge . Situated opposite the Folkestone bound bus stop. The service was good and our waitress helpful. Wide ranging menu with something to suit most diners.

went here with my parents the food is good i know its eat as much as you like but portion sizes are very small! you ask for chicken satay on sticks for starters you get 2! you want chicken balls with your main you get 2 i asked for a chow mein for my main was pretty good but had to ask for another as it was so small!! i honestly cant say the food is bad its just very over priced £28 each on a Saturday night that not even with a drink! then i had a large coke which they poured out of a coke cola bottle which cost them probly £1.50 but charge you £2.50 i know the price of things have gone up but come on £28each they easy making 150%profit on just 1 customer don't think i would return again with these prices

Chinese New year evening we had some very tasty food delicate flavours and things specially served that we had not tried before. Staff so enthusiastically served and entertained us with Chinese dragon , fire crackers and fireworks . Never disappointed when we go ,highly recommend for eat in or take a way .

This was Chinese New Year special evening. Food and service excellent. In-between main course and pudding there was a dragon dance and fireworks outside. A good entertaining evening. Only criticism being it was a very noisy environment in quite small restaurant.

First time customers and without doubt will be returning. A busy Friday night, but that didn't stop a service with a smile and some cheeky comments from the lovely lady there. On average it took 10 minutes between finishing, ordering and receiving the next dish. Everything seemed (and certainly tasted) fresh. Nothing was left on our plates. Food was class. Perfect portion sizes. Mongolian Lamb was phenomenal. Quality evening out for £25 per head (eat as much as you like). Can't wait to return.

Went here as we were told it was really nice and that the food was great. Unfortunately we had difficulty with the menu as 2 of us wanted the eat as much as you like but as I have recently had stomach surgery I asked for just one item off the menu. We weren't allowed. The place was dirty, the carpet was horrendous. The food was nice enough but really basic, no better than an average take away. £79 for three of us and 2 drinks...definitely felt well and truly ripped off. Please don't bother with a restaurant experience but I'm sure a take away would be ok.

I’m so sorry to say we had a terrible meal Starter dish came without the source and then waited 15 minutes. When it did come out it came out without the chicken. 10 mintues later the dish with the source came out. Then I ordered soup that was great. The mains I ordered a beef dish this wash stone cold, we asked the waiter to feel it. He offered another one I declined as was put off. Then the rice came out warm at most followed by my sweet and soure chicken. I asked for no batter guess what it came out with batter!!!!! So this time I asked the young lady for it with out batter. This then came out by this time the rice was cold…. So £26 for soup!!!! Very high price for a not great service. The total bill for the two of us was £60+ with 3 cokes and a warm j20 I feel very disappointed and would not return again….so angry

Disappointing first time. Service was very slow. We waiting 55 minutes for our food. When we went to order a few more dishes we was told we need to finish the one we already have. By the time we fished those dishes we was still hungry and could of done with some more, however we didn’t fancy waiting another 55 minutes as time was getting on. By the time we left this restaurant it was 21:45. We didn’t order any dessert. So for a 2 corse meal that took forever to arrive at our table was very pricey. In short I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. 1) services very, very slow. 2) dishes very small 3) very pricey 4) this restaurant advertises you can eat all you want for a set price. This is not true as it was impossible to order. So for this reason I am writing this review. I hope the reader’s experience will be better then our.

Food is really nice! I come here often when visiting family and I always look forward to grabbing their beancurd in black bean sauce! Highly recommend.

Quite expensive for what it is, but a lovely meal. All cooked to order which was fresh, hot and delicious. A few blips with not having cutlery, mains took a while, wanted to reorder drinks etc but otherwise a good experience for our first visit.

Excellent Chinese! Honestly some of the dishes that come out of here are cooked authentic and on point, and they always have a all you can eat restaurant.

Excellent food and service as always. Its the only Chinese we go to for an eat in meal. We don't use it for takeaway purely because we live too far away otherwise we would. Lovely friendly staff. Have been coming here for many years now and always have a very nice time.

Arrived here and had drinks served quickly by friendly staff. Our seating was located very close to another table so was sometimes uncomfortable speaking to my partner as we could hear eachothers conversations clear as day. We had 5 starters to share which were quick and hot however it wasn't a lot and you only received 2 of each thing which wasn't really enough however we ate it all and moved into mains. Our mains we had a rice dish and 3 other mains but they were the same size as the starters and wasn't overly filling so luckily with it being all you could eat it was a good for some however by then we was feeling pretty full. The food overall was satisfactory and in my opinion I feel like it was very basic Iceland meals. I probably wouldn't come again however it was a good experience.

Tried for first time. Egg fried rice was ok but miniscule amount of egg present. The tofu in black bean sauce was ok. Tofu quite soft, the sauce had a nice flavour but a sweet after taste and lacked umami. The chicken in yellow bean sauce was oddly dry with no usual sauce. The vegatable rice noodles very very bland and lacked seasoning. Possibly won't use again as a bit out of way for me for the quality.

I came with my partner Friday 22nd October and after waiting nearly 3 hours for our meal to be served which they didn’t tell us it would be that long we ate all we could as our hunger had worn off a bit by the time food came but left a few prawns and rice as is our right to do so being the paying customer and it’s down to the chef to portion it, my partner is a qualified chef and knows this then we went to pay and the chef was waiting for us and said in an extremely rude manner don’t order as much again as it’s not good for our business! There was no apology for the ridiculous wait just aggressive abuse which he only aimed at us we presume because we were 2 young women and he thought bullying us was ok and he didn’t bully any other customers that left food they couldn’t eat.. if I order a meal and can’t eat it all that’s NONE of his business especially as the 3 hour wait had put us off by the time it finally came. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a chef & I’ve reported it to trading standards too and will never go there again and will tell my family and friends to avoid it too

This is a small restaurant in a small village, but it is big on good food and value for money. The pace in the restaurant is fairly slow (as befits a de-stressing meal in a village setting) but the takeaway function is fast and efficient...

Dined here earlier this evening. It was delicious. The two young waitresses were friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic. We were asked numerous times whether we wanted to order more food. At no point we’re we made to feel like we had ordered too much....

Place recommended by a few people so tried a takeaway. Ordered came to £60 what a disappointment half ordered not there, when given thought it a bit light since ordered feast for 2 and 5 dishes and sauces which filled 1 bag with 2 trays in another. Not accustomed to checking food as nothing on lids indicating content. Don't recommend or will use again, use at your own peril. Have since checked and found 4 of the 5 dishes absent amounting to £21, feel well and truly conned.
