Wingstop in Bromley

I ordered 10 pieces of boneless chicken. Half mango habanero and hickory smoked bbq alongside some wingstop style regular house fries.

Amazing customer service by Amber and delicious food. Amber was friendly and knowledgeable and just so lovely - Wing Stop are lucky to have her!

Thank you to dhayani, when she brought our food out there was 2 lots of chips and I only ordered one, she checked with the manager ans said that we could have them anyway. She was ever so helpful so thanks again.

Please deliver to Orpington like you did before . It’s really unfair that other chains in the same location deliver but you don’t.

Ordered 8 boneless wings, got normal wings. Once telling the member of staff who served us at the beginning that the order was wrong, they proceeded to shout in the restaurant and argue with us

£17 for cheesy chips 8 wings and a drink!! Even the person serving suggested I buy a cheaper drink from the corner shop! They want to clear your food away, long beforyou're finished. Expensive small portions. Never again!!

30 minute wait for a burger, deliveroo orders prioritised over walk ins. Food was average. Strange coating on the chicken. Wouldn’t visit again.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome by a very charismatic gentleman named Jamal, I had never been to wingstop before but he sure made me feel at home by explaining the flavours including the menu in fine detail as well as also recommending his personal favourite fries when I & my husband had thought the flavour fiesta was coming to an end!!! A full flavour is truly what was needed after a long day of travelling. 5 star customer service & quality of food was wonderful I just hope they get a bigger store or at least maybe some outdoor benches with some shade for the summer ?

Thought I'd try this place as my daughter has heard it's good. The employee who took my order was lovely. I just ordered a burger and ranch fries to go. Unfortunately 😞 the fries which were piping hot weren't ranch 😕 someone had tripped a bottle of pepper over them🤢 and the burger was as cold as🤔 never again waste of money🥴

Came in for a birthday celebration and the people that tended to us were very welcoming and helpful with order recommendations as it was our first time. It was pretty busy in there so service was a bit slower than I would’ve liked but we were warned this may be the case when ordering.. they made up for it with great hospitality and apologised several times. The flavour selections they have? Brilliant, I tried a mixed variety of almost all and LOVED THEM (didn’t dare try the atomic hot). Wouldn’t recommend getting the bottle drinks at £3.50 much better to get the bottomless with unlimited flavours to choose as well

Wish I could rate no stars. Popped into McDonald’s next door it was very busy. Next door they had 2 dinners. There’s a reason why it’s empty. The service wasn’t friendly at all. £8 for 8 wings £3.50 for a small bottle of coke. Quite pricey. Wings were deep fried and just a sprinkle of flavour powder. Hardly any meat on the wings. I have a suspicion that the wings were cooked before and just heated up in hot oil. Would I return sadly not.

I was there with my Girlfriend,we order a chicken burger chips and 12 wings, the burger was cold and very small ,all the food was cold,the chicken wing was cold and tough,also expensive for quantity and quality,I will never go again
