It was delicious and it was absolute authentic Chinese food. I love the beef chow mien and the salt and pepper chips those are my go to when I visit. The customer service was impeccable definitely would try again. 🤩

The service was great with a welcoming cashier and the best dish that I recommend to order would be the salt and pepper chips along side the egg fried rice. I highly recommend this Chinese food.👍

The owners of this shop are amazing and extremely nice!! The service never disappoints giving quick and delicious Chinese food 😍😍. They serve absolute authentic Chinese food - my GO TO is salt and pepper chips, hot and sour soup, chicken chow mein and egg fried rice 🤤. I really recommend this place I have it weekly - cheap and delicious!!

I always look at Scores on the doors for eateries and this place has a solid 5 star. So decided to try tonight. Mixed bag really, ordered vegetarian curry and vegetarian noodles as can't eat too much rice and they gave me meat noodles. Sadly left me with just a veg curry to eat with some beansprouts, not the best meal choice ever! Partner had pork sweet and sour balls, said nice flavour but the batter rather stodgy and undercooked, which he then ate with my noodles, again said were a nice flavour. Nothing was too greasy which was great and a welcome change to most around in the area and the look of the takeaway nice indeed, very clean. I'd happily try one more time to see if the order is right, even if a little expensive - but then everything is these days.

Great food, they accidentally forgot one of the items but that’s no problem it happens, customer service was quick & friendly and item was re delivered surprisingly fast with an extra gift :)

The food is ok but they will alter the dishes to suit you if you let them know how you like it. Not sure the staff are fluent in English so its not that they are unfriendly but haven't yet mastered the art of small talk or smiling.

Best Chinese in Harlow by far and the cleanest the only issue I had was the price of the beef chowmein which should come in a 650ml actually came in a 500 ml not value for money apart from that still the best

Food was good but I found a piece of metal wire wool in my chow mein noodles, I had the metal in my mouth and almost swallowed it! I have a baby 10months old and often give him bits of my food to just try and I am so relieved that I did not!! Imagine if my baby swallowed or choked on this piece of metal. Very frightening. I called them, the guy was nice but was only offered a discount for next order but who wants to order food from somewhere where this has happened. I do hope that this helps them to improve their business and make sure that this never happens again.

Been using wings for years , generally very good food , old fashion chinese without the just eat or deliveroo mark up . Just ring and pay on delivery the old fashion way that works .

Poor customer service! Went in to the takeaway and ordered my food and the lady said it was cash only, I went outside as I'd walked over with my Dad to see if he had any cash as the shop next door also had no cash in their cash machine and didn't do cashback! Between us we had just about enough cash but had to take my chips off the order. Got my order and walked home, when I got home some of our food was missing so I rang up and asked if they could drop it off seen as it was their mistake, the man said that it would take 20 minutes to deliver which I said it's fine I will just drive down and pick it up. Got there to be told oh no we've sent someone to deliver to it, I said but I told you on the phone I would drive down to collect it as you'd said it would take 20 minutes to deliver and you said ok. I was not offered any apology for the mistake they made and the inconvenience caused and despite saying on the phone that I would like some of my money back I was offered nothing and just looked at as if I was stupid! Also found them slightly more expensive than my local takeaway and you also don't get any prawn crackers with your order! Won't be using them again, sad as the food wasn't bad just a shame that the attitude of the staff was!

Been there for years... Same old menu that every other Chinese restaurant has... Can someone try something new?? So authentic Chinese or Cantonese food.. That would be refreshing...

Great service? Always earlier than expected. Fantastic food every time! We’ve tried other takeaways but this is far the best.

Made my delivery at 9:45 and the the restaurant did not deliver! Called them at 10:45 because I knew they closed as 11 and they said that the driver was on the way. Nothing was delivered. Very poor service

We have been using this Chinese several times a month for the last 10 years for delivery and really cant remember a time when we have had any grips or Issues. The food is always delivered fresh and hot by polite drivers well within the generic hour quoted on the phone. The quality is always good and tastes delicious we will continue with this establishment for the next 10 years. Thank you.

I've been using this takeaway for years and the food is great

Ordered this takeaway on Monday night when 4 friends came over. ALL 5 of us today have been seriously ill and been vomiting all night and all morning. This is disgusting, I can safely say I will never order from this Chinese again, and would advise any one thinking of ordering, to order from one of several other Chinese in Harlow.

The best chicken curry in the world

Recently ordered the Bbq Ribs, beef chowmein & Prawn toast.... Unfortunately the Ribs were very opaque had no flavour and clearly lacking in ingredients as you can tell it was just thickened with loads of potato flour. The Beef chowmein was very oily and only consisted of onions, noodles and beef, no flavour and lack of soy sauce. With the prawn toast you can tell when you have a good spread of prawns before they are deep fry it but unfortunately this just Seem to have plain bread and sesesmi seeds cooked in old oil..... I wouldn't recommend if you want a quick takeaway.

Love the food here always hot fresh and tasty. Not that expensive especially on a Tuesday when they do a five dish special for £14.50

Wings Garden is top notch for chinese food. The one criticism I have is too much onion in the dishes, but that's just personal preference, so I ask for no onion. Good value food.

Food is ok but is bit bland needs more flavour. Only accepts CASH AND DOESN'T HAVE VAT NUMBER!🤔 But is cheap takeaway on Tuesdays only reason for not getting 1*

Love this place and the crispy shredded beef with chilli and carrot is lovely! As well as the chicken curry and any dish I've had tbh x

Food arrived within good time, about 45 mins. But one of the dishes was inedible, Mongolian King Prawn. The prawns were like mush, it was disgusting. They’d obviously reheated the food a number of times before dishing up. The sweet and sour chicken balls were old and had been reheated and so were rock solid before being served. The other dishes we had were insipid and we would not order from this takeaway again.

This is best food of I ate in the Harlow Town.

whats gone wrong for over 10 years the best chinese in Harlow .sweet and sour balls are so big they are just a under cooked gooey mess, chilli beef a good old favourite is now so tasteless and hard

Oh my gosh- usually ok; but me and my husband went in the other day; there was a new lady in their, she was as rude as hell! My husband and me spent over £10 on their food which is mediocre at best tbh- this girl had no clue about customer service OR even working in a chip shop. She had just fried the chips then didn’t double wrap the chips so they were actually burning our hands to the point we couldn’t even hold them, my husband POLITELY asks can you wrap them twice please? She grabbed our chips slammed them onto the counter and then closed them up so my husband said ‘sorry can we have them open? I just meant can you wrap them twice as they were burning our hands?’ She then got the hump and started being rude to him saying ‘Did you want them open or closed or what?’ I said there is no need to be rude; he just asked for double wrapped as they were hurting our hands; well her nose flared and she raised her voice ‘no you don’t tell me no be rude, he asked for open then shut’ but she didn’t just speak she shouted; so I replied no he asked for them to be open and then double wrapped like most places do them. She then slammed our chips down and rudely wrapped them twice to the point we could hardly even get a chip out! So I went back in 5 mins later after having the worst food; the chips had a green goo stuff oozing out and when we went back in I demanded she apologise and I want to see a manager however she refused saying there was no manager and that she will not apologise she said she would get the CCTV to prove my husband asked for them closed but when she realised she was in the wrong came flying into the restaurant and I’m not kidding THROWING herself at the counter like she was trying to FIGHT my husband! Who on earth acts like this!! Avoid this scummy place at ALL COSTS. Awful awful awful! Food shop staple tye is the best one!

Hit and miss sometimes but food generally ok

A really good Chinese Chicken Curry especially for the price. Chicken is poached and very tender which maybe mistaken for undercooked. Been eating here over 10 years and never had food poisoning

Got ripped off. Never got all that we ordered. Rang to complain but was told we got everything we ordered so ended up being expensive meal for the dishes we did receive. Will never use again, AVOID

The food is normaly ok. Today my kids got chips and the are cooked frozen chips. What happened to the fresh cut chips. Oil they fried them in tastes funny too.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive ordered from here for years, up until a few years ago it changed. If you still order from here DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN It is always undercooked. Ive complained once before and again tonight I basically paid them for £22 worth of food whilst waiting for them to bring the second lot of dishes round (Took 33 minutes) the rest of it went in the bin. I have managed to get £8.20 refund but they were saying that only the chicken dishes were under cooked. How can you eat rice on its own???????? Would not recommend.
