Really enjoyed my visit here, friendly staff and a great atmosphere!

Had lunch with my family and the food was out really fast, drinks came included in meal deal prices and another drink or two didn’t break the bank at all. Really nice space and let’s a lot of light in. We sat on the sofas and was nice and easy with the buggy to get around

Reserved a table to watch the woman's world cup final. Location of table good. Disappointed to find out the kitchen was closed, even more disappointed to find out that they were producing food as a takeaway for uber eats etc, but not for their local, dedicated customers that had actually booked a table for an advertised sports event that they were showing.

Always come into the pub and always have excellent service, from paige, Tyler and max. Great pub!

I always have a great experience at The Clockhouse, all the staff are amazing. Today Max went above and beyond, he not only served me speedily he also made myself and other customers laugh. He is always energetic and enthusiastic about his work!

The food was exceptional, offering excellent value for the high-quality dishes. Furthermore, I must commend Max and Emily for providing exceptional service.

Came for the Dj on Friday night! After a bad day at work, it was nice to see a pint and Max and Tyler’s smiley faces! Will definitely return!

Really lovely atmosphere to watch sport! Food was really nice too, recommend the wings and the cheese and bacon burger! Came back again recently on a Friday night as they were open until 1 in the morning, Max made me a really nice sex on the beach!!!

I meet up with some friends here and always feel welcome. I haven't tried the food so I didn't give a score but what I've seen looks really good. It's a child friendly pub during the day so great for families. Being in the town centre it's a good place to take a break for refreshments and food.

Started coming here before the pandemic started for the weekly TCG nights every Wednesday, and I've gladly come back now that it's all back open inside to sit in. Food is top notch, staff are extremely friendly, as well as fast and efficient. Interior is COVID secure and cleaned regularly, and has a fantastic atmosphere, especially over a night time with a football game going. Would recommend coming any day of the week, manager Cooper is brilliant and friendly, if you're coming to any pub in Harlow make sure you're coming here!

It was my first time visiting the Clock house but I will definitely come back. I was greeted with a big smile by Cooper ( I had to ask for his name because he was so outstanding) and was treated very well during my lunch. The lunch was delicious but I believe what sets this place apart from the rest is the great customer service- I have to emphasize Cooper here again for being very polite and welcoming . Thank you xx

First day reopening after lockdown and went for brunch with a girlfriend, we were seated and served straight away after signing in. Cooper who served us was very helpful, polite and friendly. I'd definitely recommend trying the clockhouse. The staff are attentive and there are enough of them so you don't have to wait.

I had a lovely breakfast/lunch today with a friend of mine. A much needed catch up. The food was lovely and value for money l. It was made even more lovely by our waiter, Cooper he was so polite and friendly and 100% professional made us both feel very welcome and safe with all the new rules. I would definitely recommend a visit here and cannot thank Cooper enough for serving us today.

I arrived and we got seen, taken straight to the table and sat down. The atmosphere was in high spirits. We then got given our pre-ordered dinner. The food was excellent. The only down side was I only had one Brussel sprout on my turkey dinner. Many thanks to Sophie, she made us feel very much at home and very welcome. Overall very happy with my visit.

Good beer and food, very reasonably priced. Decor is modern and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I'll be back time again.

Aaron was on table service and was so efficient. Always there when ready, observant, and so polite while working and helping. Please reward Aaron from the clockhouse in harlow town centre.

The staff are great however they really need to sort the people who take up the outside seating area who are not customers but just use it as a place to hang out and do their deals. Its intimidating and off putting. My guess is that if they could move on these people then more paying customers would be inclined to visit. As it is the constant shouting, arguing and aggressive behaviour that is ignored by the staff really needs to be addressed - Don't let it drag down the town centre more than it has already

Went here for a birthday drink with a few friends Drinks are reasonable price music ok but the young lad tyler behind the bar needs to teach the rest of the staff some manors and to smile The larger bar staff member we’ll she comes across very rude constantly spent the evening giving dirty looks and outside with the bouncers Won’t be going here again

Oh my god they have tables outside again, I’m well happy. I have just read a review about this place saying about being homophobic, this is a load of bollox when a pub is busy and a bar maid says who is next when starting a shift how are they to know what customer was at bar first!! Did the fellow say I’m first and I’m gay!! I don’t think so!! People have always been made welcome in my eyes.

I read an earlier review and I felt the need to add my comments. Kat is the furthest away from an homophobic person you will ever meet, if you knew her you would know exactly why. I have never had an issue in this pub

Always a good place, to have a drink. Acknowledged when you walk in, and amazes me when they remember a regulars drink without asking, it’s ready and waiting.. be that a pint, soft drink or hot drink.

Earley part of Feb 2019 my old workmate and I went to the clock housse In Harlow town center for a chat and a pint, we decided to have a meal with a free pint.

Working away from home. Went to the clock house looking for food and football. The service we received from Tyler was heavenly almost god like. I believe he is god of the bar staff overseer of waiters. An absolute life changing experience thank you Tyler. Legend

The Clock house is a great place to meet up with Friends at the weekend , variety of things going on all day and night from live sports to Music and/or Karaoke in the evenings. I have have frequented this pub for a while and I am always made to feel welcome by all the Staff , Claire, Sherri, Tyler and Kat in particular. Looking forward to the World cup in a good atmosphere.

The new revamped Clockhouse is definitely worth a visit. Music, sports, decent food, pool tables, DJ and Karaoke on selected evenings, and a great selection of drinks. Fun friendly staff who you make your visit a good experience

traditional breakfast was served all items hot and was ten out of ten for value. nice staff. the layout of the premises is good and location handy for shopping centre.

Visited for a cheap and cheerful lunch with my parents. We thought that the service was really good, especially Sherri, who seemed to single handedly run the bar, wait on takes and make sure that every customer was welcome. Food was cheap but tasty, drinks were a steal. Looks like it could be a drinkers pub in the evening, but these guys know how to make everyone feel like a regular. Thanks team.

The pub is run down and full of day drunks, but you don’t mind. The beer is cheap, the food is exactly what you pay for and there is football on the many TVs scattered around the building.

Hadn't been here since it was Yates, hoping it was an improvement...but NO. Ordered Sunday Lunch Special-- wanted top side of beef but only had chicken breasts and ordered sweets at the same time to get the deal. Finished our mains then waited and waited for our plates to be cleared. Went to the bar to ask for them to be cleared and get our sweets. Barman cleared the table and we waited and waited. Got so fed up waiting we put our coats on and went to the bar and asked for our sweet money back. That's it, never again!!

Si ordina al banco e si riceve al tavolo. Fish and chips ottimo e lo stesso vale per la birra. Locale pulito e ampio. Forse troppi monitor in giro. Personale gentile, tuttavia il servizio è lento.

Popped in for a quick pint before heading to the cinema, had not been to Harlow for ages but use to frequent it a decade ago.

The food here is excellent with generous portions. However the time between orders and service is painfully slow .

Pleasant food but slow service on an evening when the bar was not very busy. Had to enquire about when main course was going to be delivered half an hour after finishing the starter
