Busy busy and great to sit outside. Ok we waited to be served but that tells a story in itself. Food was fantastic....

Dean and his team have been very supportive of the Analogue Music Club nights we hold at the Windsor. AMC started life in 2014 at the Windsor and it's been good to return there.

Lovely friendly pub near Penarth Town centre. Great range of cask and keg ales including some locally produced by Brains brewery from Cardiff. Bayside & Barry Island IPA are my favourites.

There is a warm welcome for Welsh speakers on the first Sunday of the month / Top boozer, has BT Sport for the footy which is handy after Dinas Powys (over 40s!) training on Thursday nights

Nice atmosphere here, even on a Monday when we visited. Good selection of nice beers and whiskeys. Neck oil was a particular favourite!

I used to love this pub but recently it has gone steeply downward. The landlord doesn't seem to care and is just sitting around every time I see him. It's also got very clique. Another pub bites the dust!

Very disappointed. A very limited menu to choose from. No Sunday roast option. Child’s meal arrived with out pizza, when it did arrive it was a microwave pizza. Steak was nice, not enough sauce. Wasn’t busy.

Pleasant atmosphere, excellent beers, I come back often.

Poor service and dull food. Went there Friday with 4 family and were watched by 3 staff who were laughing and joking with a table of their friends before they got back to their phones. Waited 10 mins then went to the bar to ask if there was table service and was told "no because of the covid". Asked could I have a menu please and was given some tatty print outs of a very limited menu. Not a patch on the previous excellent meals and service we've enjoyed there and can't recommend going back.

Roast beef dinner was so tuff thought it was horse meat frozen carrots pkt yorkies was the worst dinner ever had sweet not very good micro wave apple pie 1star for service

Went for Sunday lunch. It was ok. Took some time to get vegetables to table , plates not heated so ingredients on plate got a bit cold. Not awful.

Had Sunday lunch not booked so was happy they could accommodate, However beef was fatty and nothing to talk about the rest of the food, only two staff on shift which was appauling they were busy and staff did there best Thank you wish I could have given a better review I've had better before here Sorry

Had the vegan burger. It was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Able to answer allergy questions quickly and with certainty. Children's menu was good.

First of all the staff are very helpful and polite. The beer was very good. The food was standard pub grub, ok. Covid 19 protocol was very evident. So to sum it up all good on my estimation. I will revisit.

My partner and I had 2 meals here today. Quality tasting steak and service was top notch. Very friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend a visit to this establishment. Unbelievable.

This used to be a lovely gastro pub!They have now changed the menu into something with photos of meals with chips etc similar to Wetherspoons but more expensive. We left without ordering.

Reading some of the reviews of this place are ridiculous. The food & drink are great quality and VERY reasonably priced. The rapport with staff behind the bar and Mike and Alex is very welcoming. Absolutely love this place.

Recently hosted a work Christmas meal. The staff there were fantastic and were so accommodating. Service was prompt, food was great and a really lovely atmosphere with live music. Everyone had a fantastic evening. Thank you to all the team!

Went for a bite and a pint Saturday evening. I wasn't impressed with the chicken jafrezi. More like a spiced chicken stew than a curry! The beer was good and priced on par with similar bars. Too disappointed with the food to go again though.

Wasn’t worth the hour wait for just a main course! Roast potatoes were like rocks! Rest of the food was ok but there are a lot better places in Penarth! Only three staff on, the lad was ok but other two really couldn’t care. Thought Sunday lunch was easiest to prepare so why it took so long who knows.
