Win Win in Dover

This was my first visit, So obviously we haven't tried very much from the menu yet ,, But I was sufficiently impressed to say I will be giving it another go .. The two of us were not too hungry so we decided to get a portion of Sweet n sour chicken balls and some rice to share between us. .. The portion were very big and we did not get through it all the shop was clean and the lady serving was friendly ... The only down side was no cards accepted, which must affect their trade in this cashless age .. The food was excellent and service was quick .. I will be returning

I have been a regular customer of win win for the past few years. I use it when feeling Chinese for myself and when I am with my friends we use them too. The portions are always of good size, the half duck is a great one to share. They're always happy to swap the sweet & sour sauce to BBQ when I order chicken balls. The singapore chow mein is at the right spice level and the mini veg spring rolls are lovely and crunchy.

We visited family this past weekend and as there was 10 of us, we all decided Chinese was the way to go. We were told the food would be an hour at least, and it did take over an hour, (we even called to make sure it was still coming and we hadn't been forgotten) the food arrived hot, plentiful and was rather tasty. Best advice is, order early, they seem very popular

We rang up for a meal and was told it was an hour for delivery, they didn’t say at that point they didn’t actually have a deliver driver. We rang after an hour and a half and was told 15 minutes, it’s now been over 2 hours, our kids have fallen asleep and I just wish they had been honest. DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE

Having eaten here in the past thought we would order as our normal takeaway was closed. . Prompt phone order and collection but can honestly say, with no exaggeration, that the food - all of it - was virtually inedible. Goodness knows where they source their produce. We will never order again and currently endeavouring to eliminate the foul taste from our mouths!

great chow meins, curry sauce and rices; lovely flavours and nice and hot once delivered, we have ordered from many of the takeaway chineses in Deal, but Win win are the best.

As a newbie to the area , finding places that are open in these challenging times will be interesting This place is not well advertised and am surprised that not listed on trip advisor before. This take- away is located of the "tourist" trail or sea-front situated in a side-road of a residential area - not the easiest place to find. They do offer a free delivery service within 2 mile radius for orders over £16.00 - charges do apply for delivery for orders under £16 or over 2 miles. Another point to note is that this place is cash only. Appearance wise, the place does look a bit shabby, but having said that they do advertise a 5 star food hygiene rating. Having explored the variety of Chinese take-away's in Hemel Hempstead recently, I decided to follow the same format and ordered the same option to be able to compare, namely Chicken Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls. Telephone order was ready within 1/2 hour for collection. Chow Mein at £4.40 was good value, a decent sized portion. The chicken was from a variety of cuts, was fresh and the overall dish was flavoursom. Likewise the Chicken balls @ £4.50 for 12 was good value. Chicken was breast meat, good sized and well proportioned to the light coating of crispy batter. Chicken appeared to be freshly cooked, the sweet and sour sauce had a good flavour The meal was accompanied by a pack of complimentary prawn crackers as a bonus! Overall : £8.90 this to me was good value and a very tasty meal. I did note from the menu that there also appears to be a good value meal for 1 @ £8.50 consisting of: Sweet & Sour chicken balls (6) Chicken with mixed vegetables Egg fried Rice Crispy mini spring rolls(2) Happy to recommend and will return.
