We've visited previously and have bought some beautiful, well cared for plants and love the indoor shop. Its a lovely little garden centre. Today's visit included a trip with elderly relatives to the cafe. The member of staff behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful in the way she spoke to me, leaving me feeling a little humiliated. Won't be in a rush to go back again. What a shame.

Only went to get some plants for our pond so just literally walked through got the plants and then walked straight back out. What I did see looked lovely with loads of beautiful expensive items I'm sure I needed, but apparently my husband said we didn't need anything!!! They didn't have a great variety of pond plants but what they did was ok. Would love another visit to have a proper look around.

Went into restaurant for lunch saw a specials board at the entrance my aunt chose gammon steak with egg and chips and I had quiche and salad the gammon was priced at £11.95 but was charged £12.95 went back to complain and was given a pound back out of a tip dish which was not very professional at all and my quiche which was supposed to be cheese and bacon tasted like all egg with no cheese when I got my meal there was no chips either as it was advertised very unappetising need to have better choices for main meals instead of mostly pastry dishes

I went here with my grandfather who has dementia and my child for a day out. I must say overall the staff in the shop were excellent and the fish store was amazing and we bought our fish and a nice new plant. But the cafe for us just ruined the trip. The staff were rude and very unorganised. We were at the till ordering and before we even had chance to sit down because the drinks were taking that long to wait for they brought our food out to somebody else. I then asked which coffee was which to be told they did not know. I then told them at the till the customer service is not the best and tried to explain the problem I was facing in which they were rude and seemed to not care. I think something should be done about this as we love this garden centre but probably will not be returning now.

This is a lovely place to visit, the restaurant is always clean and tidy, varied choices for all choices - vegan, vegetarian gluten free, fresh foods, good selection for lunch and afternoon tea but the breakfasts are good value for money especially when compared with other local nurseries, try the Thursday evenings special excellent value . Often visit with my family and grandson, it is nice to see regular members of staff shows and they do recognize the regulars, table service and they do have wheelchairs available not many do that.

Only just started visiting this garden centre, lovely garden centre. My partner signed up for a loyalty card this month, which seems great for awards. Seen an offer on today for £5 off roses with the card. Went to pay at the till, the lady was lovely and explained the £5 didn’t come off as we had only just set up the rewards card. Asked a manager to override it. He seemed very rude and not happy about it. He said to the lady at the till that he will have to check our account as if we was trying to con them out of £5. Not really how you won’t to be made to feel. When we had just spent about £40 in the cafe plus another £25 on other plants. Management need some customer service training.

We ate at the cafe today and were disappointed with the scones, as they were extremely dry and crumbly and the only cream available was a small pot of double cream that wasn’t enough for one scone; also we would have preferred clotted cream, which is invariably served with scones.

More of a general shopping area than a true garden centre but does have a large range of plants and garden implements but some plants were neglected and in need of attention. Items were very expensive compared to other dedicated garden centres. Staff in the cafe need some training as they don't seem to know when breakfast service ends and lunch starts. Very disappointing visit and won't visit again. One plus for this place was that it has a large car park.

Usually, I am very satisfied with the food in the cafe. Not today. I ordered fish gougons with salad and paid £9.95. I could not believe the 3 tiny slivers of fish served on a large amount of bread! Having notified the chef, as I expected, I was told it is due to portion control where he has to cut 9 pieces of fish from one fillet!! That should mean that fish and chips must cost around £27 but, of course, doesn't! I urge customers not to order this dish so it can be taken off the menu and fewer people can be disappointed and disgruntled. Meanwhile, the staff are consistently great!!!!

This place has gone really downhill. Had my usual quiche and chips. The quiche was tasteless and rubber like in texture. The pastry overcooked and tough. Small portion of chips and salad. The coffee and walnut was £3.95 a slice and was dry even though it was the first piece from a new cake. Large latte £3.30 for what was a normal cup and wasn't filled to the top. Definitely won't be eating here again. Such a shame as we used to live coming here.

The garden centre seemed nice, but the food was awful. It said a 45 minute wait which we had no problem with. I ordered a Cajun chicken with crossed chips (i think they called them), which sounded nice. The chips were fat normal chips and the cajun chicken was just dry chicken from the roast dinner without even any seasoning on (even salt/pepper), let alone cajun.

Nice garden centre. Odd items on offer at great prices, but things in the shop mostly pretty pricey tbh. Actual plants are averagely priced. Nice cafe, though my idea of a regular sized cappo isn't exactly the same as their's. Good coffee though. As was the Americano. If I could level a constructive criticism though, praps add the inside faces of the Dyson blade hand driers to the cleaning regime for the toilets.

We visited World Of Water who are establishing themselves very nicely after moving from Thorley Lane in Timperley. As always the help and advice was expert and professional but put in terms you can understand. Lee who took care of us made sure we had everything we needed and took time to listen to our requirements before trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need or understand how to use. Matt who runs World Of Water has retained the feel of the old place and the expertise needed and made it work in the new site. I highly recommend a visit for all your aquatic needs be it indoor or outdoor.

I didn't really feel welcome. Just a complete lack of sincerity. We left as soon as we could. A real shame as the place could be okay.
