Will's Cafe in Wealden

first time popped in-most tables were already taken having breakfast; always seek decaffinated coffee(from machine-not sachet!!) and said to us-"no problem". 4 staff busying around in kitchen area to cope with orders. Few minutes later large cups duly presented to us with a biscuit-nice touch and without asking -a jug of hot water(rare sight) The coffees were excellent. worth going back for a meal someday.

Lots of delicious things to choose from on the menu - something to suit everyone. I especially enjoyed my poached eggs and smashed avocado with pomegranate seeds on proper toasted bread.

We’ve not long moved to the area, we’ve been trying out various eateries and so far this has been our favourite for Sunday Lunch. Roast beef with all the trimmings, so full of flavour, plenty of beef in rich gravy, vegetables etc and very reasonably priced. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, if you’ve not paid them a visit, why not 😉 We’ll be returning, thank you 👍

What a place. I didn’t even know existed yet passed so many times. I will be returning, many more times. The service, the food, the interior. The feel of the place soft and welcoming and it smells fresh not dated. I would recommend to anyone!

Popped in for a family meal. Food and drinks were served very quickly. The food was hot and delicious, the burger is a very meaty home made one with cheese and Chips, coleslaw and bacon and is most definitely one of the best ones I've had for miles around. Portions are generous too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive. It's a small cafe but very popular, about eight tables, a few outside in the garden I think. Dog friendly. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely worth booking a table in advance. We're looking forward to coming back to try other dishes from the varied menu. It has a toilet and FREE WiFi. A group of 4 of us went to Wills Friday mid morning. My first time there. It’s so much bigger than it appears from the front and has a nice garden area. From word go, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a selection of drinks and food us and we couldn’t fault any of it. Well presented, good portions and yummy! Reasonably priced too. I’d like to give a special mention to the girl who served us. The receipt said it was Beth, but in case someone else was signed on the till, she had reddish hair, working Friday 29th. She was so friendly and chatty. She knew the menu and was able to make recommendations. I’ll definitely be returning with my parents who I know will love it too.

We visited Will's for the first time, calling in for breakfast on a lovely Saturday morning. As such, we sat in the garden, which offers a quiet haven pretty much in the middle of the town, and a good view of this fine old building. The menu choice was great, the prices reasonable and the quality of our food delicious. Above all we were so very well looked after: the young lady who served us could not have been more helpful, and her cheerful nature made us feel really welcome. Highly recommended!

We chose Wills for a small Celebration of the Life of my late Auntie - and it was a great success! They were so kind and helpful - we were able to bring our own decorations and photo displays, everyone in our group of nine enjoyed the excellent food, the nice setting, and friendly but unobtrusive service from the lovely staff. This little cafe is wonderful! The staff are so friendly and helpful, great options for the kids, vegan options for me and excellent non veggie options for my husband. Also vegans, try the biscoff milkshake, it's out of this world! I live 100 miles away but next camping trip I'll make sure we're nearby so we can visit again!

Hailshams Gem - Absolutely love all aspects of Wills. This is my ‘go to’ place in Hailsham, the team are welcoming and friendly; food is fantastic.

I’ve been meaning to come back here for a while, and finally managed to! I sat in the garden which was nice and sunny. The girl who served me was really polite and smiley. She recommended the Korean chicken burger to me, and she was right it was amazing! The portion size was mega, but I’m not complaining!! I did order a side of sweet potato fries but definitely didn’t need them. The kitkat milkshake was also a big hit, by the end of my meal I couldn’t move I was so stuffed. A really lovely experience again and hopefully it won’t be too long before my next visit. Thank you wills!
