Been here before in July thought I would give it second chance since back down on holiday but as soon as we sat down it was frozen as big doors were open asked if could close them told no so everyone that had jackets put on them ordered 5 mains of which 3 were not good at all 1 was macaroni chese which had Been overcooked and burned my dad so called gammon steak looked like it had been scalped from someone and my cajun chicken fries had alot of chewy bits and then when tried to redeem them asked for desserts and told limited so as far as me and family concerned not worth wasting your money on such a pitiful place

After a wait at the door to be seated, good Idea but maybe one of the disinterested staff may have at least spoken to us, it was very quiet in there too. A nice polite lad served us. The breakfast bought out was large good sausages and everything cooked well. The chilli was ok nothing spectacular. Prices reasonable.

Three family members visited on a Saturday early evening in August for a hot meal and a coffee. Had we known how bad this experience would be, we'd have sat outside and eaten our own shoes. The welcome was nice but the table we were taken to felt as if it had been coated in evo-stik. Touch any part of it with a sleeve and you had to peel yourself free. Asking for the table to be wiped almost helped. The sauce bottles on the table were encrusted around the lids with ancient ketchup and HP sauce. The menu sounded quite appetising but creating an interesting menu and actually cooking a reasonable likeness are clearly far from the same thing. We should have taken a warning from the people on the table next to us whose children had hardly touched their chocolate milkshakes and who were now enthusiastically adding vinegar to it! Many uncleared tables containing largely unfinished meals might also have been a clue as to just how bad the food was. Two of us ordered mac and cheese with garlic bread, one, the chicken maple waffles (both priced at £12). I had a "tea" and the others, "latte". To their credit, service was very speedy but on reflection was probably another clue as to how much 'love' was devoted to the preparation. Mac and cheese... Truly awful! A puny stainless dish with a pathetic, stodgy portion of macaroni which surely hadn't been within a mile of any cheese, accompanied by a piece of garlic bread which, far from being garlic flavoured, tasted of grease. Chicken maple waffles were described as "buttermilk chicken strips" but appeared and tasted like deep fried breaded Bernard Matthews offerings. My friend tried her best to get through it but half way through was defeated when the waffles solidified. The extra bacon she added was sparse. The grey water masquerading as tea did not taste of anything (own brand tea bags maybe?) and we had to ask for more milk and sugar as that given was insufficient. Earl Grey tea was Twinings and good. Latte was not. The overall impression of this was an eatery which was cynical and shameless in it's delivery of seriously substandard food at rip-off prices. I would heartily recommend that NO ONE patronise it and the sooner it goes bust, the better. I can't remember the last time a dining experience made me more angry! BEWARE.

Popped in for a quick burger, we were seated quickly and had the chance to look over the menu. I chose the smoky pulled pork and bacon burger, the whole meal was spot on. The burger was succulent and the pulled pork was really tasty. It came with some really nice coleslaw and crispy skin on fries. The whole experience was enjoyable and will be visiting again soon.

Went to take my son for a post festival fulfilling breakfast and we got it. Sausages were so tasty and eggs spot on. Music was just the right level for a chilled morning.

Went here with my friends for pancakes, firstly he said 5 on the menu but we only received 4. The pancakes themselves lacked flavour without the syrup. Overall quite mid. Since the pancakes didn't it tbe spot we ordered bacon and sausage baps. The sausage was exceptional-one of the best I've had. The rest of the bap was good. Overall pretty mid. Also they can't work 50/50. Meaning the bill is spitting in half.

Attended Wills tonight had dinner. Menu, (as seems is the norm was packed with loaded this and Mac and cheese on that) . Many items not available, no chicken or bananas available. There were lots of burgers but no simple burger. The ambience was loud and echoey making conversation difficult. It seemed there was only 1 person serving and boy did he work hard. I’m worried for this restaurant as this is before the school holidays begin and I’m not sure they will cope. Dinner was passable it the best, but not the worst. Not sure if I would dash back. Shame as it’s in prime position and could have a lot going for it.

Poor service and average food. We're expecting alot better as our local friends suggested it would be better now that it was no longer a route restaurant. Manager was shamefully uninviting and unwilling to admit any faults.

This was a chance find on a walk through Wadebridge. We were seated quickly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our order was fairly priced, simply prepared and - most importantly- tasty. As it turns out, there aren't many dining options in Wadebridge on a Sunday afternoon, and me and my family were glad to happen upon Wills.

Great food and excellent service! We were greeted by Lisa, who couldn’t be more accommodating. The venue is well set out with plenty of room. The food was good too, with great portion sizes. Very happy to visit again soon!

We were looking for Route 39 which I understand is now Wills. Took a look at the menu which suited my 18 year old son down to the ground. Friendly staff. The chicken strips to start were very dry and overcooked but the burger was really tasty and huge, we had the Cure. Nice chips. No room left for desserts unfortunately as they looked good. Table could have been cleaner and it was very quiet so no atmosphere but it was midweek. I am sure it is great in the evening. Would visit again.

WILLS is a new eatery in Wadebridge. The five of us decided to try it out as I an ceoliac and the menu was printed GF for a good few meals Including fish and chips. We lined up with the orders and I double checked that the fish and chips were indeed gluten free .They asked me if a was ceoliac only to tell me the fish was made with gf batter but cooked with the chips in oil they did fried bread in !!clearly not gf then ipicked rack of ribs which I was told was gluten free but could only have a brown edged salad with it . Apart from the gluten free problem (no chips with anything) .The mac and cheese were clear microwaved and tasted gritty. The chilli was made with cheapest mince and tortillas were stale.Burger was mediocre and chicken dish lacking in flavour and everything was exempt of culinary finesse. Disappointed doesn't cover it . Wadebridge has some great eateries, fresh local ingredients and good customer service .This one unfortunately doesn't.

This has been demolished which is a real shame. No doubt to make room for another franchise “nothing special” . A really devastating and unexpected blow that this place was closed we we had been going for years and years. Huge portions of American style grub and lovely decor. A real loss

Myself and a friend visited for a drink. Bar maid was nice and friendly, quick service although I think we was the only ones in there. Tried the strawberry daiquiri and I have to say it was probably the worst cocktail I’ve ever had. Strange taste and more brown in colour than red? Make your cocktail menu smaller and perfect the ones your serving…

Mixed. Cocktails were yummy. Muchano was so lovely, friendly & funny! However my partner ordered a pint of Korev, it was flat, asked for “a live one” got told by Ed it would be fizzy in his mouth 🤣🤣 He just wanted a fresh, clean glass. After 10mins was handed back the same, now warm pint…. Sooo we bought a bottle of beer & more cocktails.

I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn when I ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app for collection. As I wasn’t in a vehicle and the place was shut for walk inns it took an age to collect my food as they said they would only bring it to the click and collect bay if I was in a vehicle. Madness. Finally agreed to place my order on an outside table which they had to walk past to get to the click and collect bays. Shouldn’t have bothered. Food was awful and cold.
