Great Chinese food very nice freshly cooked.With very friendly delivery guys I had a wrong meal delivered they were so apologetic and brought me the right meal with no argument nice people

Food was absolutely disgusting, never had a Chinese so bad. The meat was like rubber, the rice was really weird & had huge chunks of soggy vegetables, chicken balls greasy, just gross! avoid!!!

Food here is amazing and even though I’d made a mistake when ordering the staff didn’t make things difficult or berate me but quickly amended my order without issue. The server Alison I think with a very quiet voice was lovely as was the other lady! annnnnd they do battered Mars bars!!!! 😱😱😱😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤 this was 18th March in the eve! Massive shout out to the chefs u guys are magic!

I’ve been using Willies Kitchen since Willies Kitchen has been there, and you cannot beat their chips! They are the best in the south.. maybe even the UK! I always get my Chinese food from Willies and it’s delicious!

Will not get delivered again. They delivered 35 mins after their delivery time. Everyone was hungry and waiting. Had to give someone some toast. Food arrived Luke warm. I know they get busy on Friday but it took 1:40 mins. From order time. And they said what Normally food is great.

This is our favourite takeaway. They do Chinese and Fish and chips in the same place! They deliver! What's not to love? The portions are generous, pricing is fair and we've never had cause to complain anytime we've used them. The delivery is quick and the staff are lovely.

Homophobic staff !!!! It’s 2020 I mean 🤷🏽‍♂️. Walk in and some teenage boy thinks he funny by clearly talking about me to other staff but won’t say anything to my face. I mean at least man up and say what you gotta say. Won’t be going back a shame as lived around this area my whole life always eat from there. Not any more absolute joke !!! Ow and I even said to there girl serving me is there something funny or I need know and it got blanked.

Visited because my local was closed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again. Portion sizes are huge, but the problem I have, is that whatever fish they’re using and listing as cod, quite obviously isn’t cod when you get it home and taste it? By the flavour, which was quite strong, I would guess that they’re buying and using Pollock as a cheaper alternative. That being the case, they shouldn’t be listing it as cod. False advertising springs to mind. I have never liked the flavour of pollock and as such the fish went in the bin. If this doesn’t bother you, by all means go along. You’ll love the size of the portion you get. But if you want cod as your fish, go somewhere else.

They got the order wrong when delivered and didn’t put it right. You can tell the worth of a business when things go wrong and I’m fully aware they do but to not put it right is awful customer service. Not even credited for the mistake, you can keep the extra money as you obviously need it! All I can say that after many years of using them I can say I will think twice next time, a real shame that the standard of service has deteriorated so much!

We go there for fish and chips all the time which we cannot fault as it is lovely and they give huge portions. However, for the first time we decided to order a chinese from there and I wouldn't recommend it. I ordered a duck dish, which when my dad and I ate it, we were convinced it was beef and not duck, and we wasn't keen on the flavour of the sauce (I have had this dish elsewhere so maybe this one just wasn't to my taste). We also ordered egg fried rice, but it was more like boiled rice as it had no egg in it. We will return, but only for fish and chips though.

My family and I order from here at least once a month. Generous portion sizes and really tasty food we love ordering our Chinese meal from here! Home delivery is offered so great for a movie night in!

Take your pick, english Gish and chips or Chinese. Small portion of chips is enough to feed 2 people and the chips are great. Fish is a good size too, Very friendly lady front of house.

So you may be thinking, 'Oh! this takeaway isn't good!' from all of these other people who know nothing about the takeaway. The food is good and the people who work there are extraordinary. If you won't take my word for it, then go ahead and miss out. And If you're going to take the other people's words for it, then I guess it can't be helped. Have fun being absent on this good food. Just more for the people with actual intellect and the ones who don't stir up complete bulls, I'll stop there.

I have used this place a few times in the past, about two years ago. I stopped for a long while, because of the young chaps serving. all they did was sit , playing games on theirmobiles, not good customer service, I also see one of them spit in the bin , in front of me.I have recently gone back and used them again. The young chaps are no longer there , nice polite lady is now serving. Food seems much better, and someone commented on the hygiene-rating being 1, I checked, It's now a 3. this place has improved a lot, I will continue to use them.

I order the takeaway and said it wood be around half an hour . Took an hour to be delivered and When it Turned up the delivery driver stunk of cigarettes and it was cold I phoned up to complain and all they did was argue with me which customer service was absolutely Rubbish will not use them again

Unhygienic and staff that don't know their menu, customer service is also terrible. This is not a place to buy food.

We use this takeaway a lot mainly because of the quality of the food. The price is good for what you get and the staff are always polite. If you want a delivery on the weekend book early as they get very busy

Estoy parado en la tienda mientras escribo esto. El tipo que no me reconocer como entré. No tome mi pedido hasta que servían para una familia de tres en frente de mí que tardó 10 minutos en total. Todo lo que quería era x 2 grandes porciones de patatas fritas y cuando finalmente fui a realizar mi pedido, me dijo que estaban cerrando pronto y sólo tenían pequeñas patatas fritas x 2 porciones a la izquierda. Me explicó que si él había tomado mi orden mientras otros familiares (durante los bits entre orden viendo sus cook) se le podría haber preparado mi pedido y que había mantenido en espera. Me dijo que estaban a punto de cerrar de nuevo, pero después de que yo había sido exclamó esperando 10 minutos y él no había tomado mi pedido. Entonces, él me dijo que no había escuchado y que preparaban el extra de pociones para mí. Cambiar su declaración original. No es el tipo de confrontación que quería más de dos raciones de patatas fritas! Las patatas fritas eran bien pero recomiendo gente ir a otro lugar en principio.

Reheated rubbish I can honestly say it's the worst chip shop I have ever come across the food is awful

When Willies Kitchen was run by previous owner it was fab, but now it's awful. If you get there too early in the evening you get reheated food from lunch, over cooked, dry and flavourless food. Every curry tastes the same. Greasy everything. Just not very nice unless you are truly desperate for a quick dinner!

Hemos intentado varias veces Cocina Willies, tanto llevar y opciones de entrega, pero las dos últimas órdenes de entrega han sido terribles. Las patatas fritas eran frías y parecía que les habían dejado más de una re-climatizada desde el día anterior. La orden de entrega china era insípida y muy aguados con cada plato, aparte de la de arroz. Que realmente ha bajado últimamente y no lo nuevo!

Realmente hazte un favor y ir a otro lugar. Sólo tiene 1 estrellas de higiene del consejo local, y nunca parece limpio.

Yo uso este "fish and chips" cuando visite a mis padres. Las raciones son generosas y la comida de buena calidad. El personal es amable y también sirve un menú de comida china.

Muchos de los platos estaban deliciosos pero un par eran un poco de una llave (salsa amarillo de granos era demasiado dulces). Pero los entrantes eran geniales y más platos principales estaban deliciosos. unas costillas.
