Food is always hot and delivered on time, portion sizes are spot on and the food always tastes bang on! Never had any issues and this place has become a regular when ordering chippy, highly recommend.

I had a large mixed meat and chips on a tray with salad..Only thing that i didnt like was the chips at the bottom..Think the fryers need a clean as they had a taste am sure we have all done it ourselfes at home..

Delivery driver arrived but took a full 5 minutes to get out of car and deliver order. Fish was over cooked and rubbery and chips were very dry

I have used this fishshop a few time , taste is consistent, potion sizes are bit hit and miss, particularly fish. I was slightly disappointed today as not really any fish after batter removed despite what I paid was over £14+ . I will use again but hopefully they will check sizes more carefully. the Delivery driver is female, always polite.

Beautiful food, will definitely be getting our fish and chips from there again. We had it delivered and it was piping hot, usually when we have food delivered from other venues it is never hot only warm at best. Well done Wilkinson Road.

Reasonably priced, decent food, pleasant staff.

We’ve ordered the same thing every Friday for the last 8 weeks and it’s always amazing that’s why we keep coming back. Food is great, cooked to perfection and wait times are quick!

onion rings only 4 in my portion you expect around 7 in a portion, chips were undercooked, fish was funky tasting.

Kebab was not in tray. It was rapt in paper 😠 Fish and chips was brilliant

Tasted like it had been cooked in oil, was very oily and all you could taste was the oil, always tastes way better if cooked in dripping

Took so long for the driver to cover the 2 miles from the takeaway to our property the whole order was cold. Unwrapping the batter was a soggy mess, chips were hard and the fish was grey. It was all dumped in the bin!

Food late due to car troubles but food was nice.

Chicken all burnt so my daughter couldn't eat it and it was pink inside.

Very long delivery time. Unfortunately quality of food very poor. Old chips and the fish was a deep fried frozen type, just not good quality. Very dissatisfied overall

On the whole food was okay but chips were very poor, dry, hard, as if they had been recooked. Shame because rest of meals were fine.

Food was delicious but it was delivered 20 minutes after the driver on way notification. It was my first time ordering so now I know how long delivery takes I can bear that in mind.

The food didn’t taste fresh…it tasted like yesterdays chips and batter reheated. It was not good

Just had a delivery of supposedly LARGE fish n chips, £17.90 for 2 lots, never seen large, more batter than fish n I would say the fish was frozen not fresh, never again will we order from here 😡

We found this chippy by chance one evening. We live around a 10- 15 mins drive away and thought to pop in for a chippy tea. We put our order through, paid and patiently waited outside whilst order was cooking. Although do all sorts of food from burgers, kebabs, fried chicken etc, our order mainly was fish and chips and battered sausages etc. I did pop in when the member of staff was starting to wrap up to make sure git salt and vinegar on everything. The chips were absolutely delicious! Best chips I've had. I have ordered from here via just eat one lunch time in school holidays as was poorly and I didnt enjoy that experience. Food was late arriving, chips were cold and found it more expensive. I wouldn't order fir delivery again. We are not local but even we can get the food home still hot. We would visit again for a chippy as chips were lovely

Usually nice here but the garlic bread was rock hard, it won't stop me from ordering again because their fish and chips are gorgeous.

Chips were burnt and inedible, fish batter was so thick it was undercooked and the fish tasted like cheap frozen fillets. Kebab was nice partner said

Didn’t receive gravy, you sent 2 curries instead. Delivery is always slow compared to everywhere else

1 hour 30 mins fir a delivery. When it finally arrived thr chips were like warm and sausage was wrinkly and old. Won't be ordering again

Love it first time ive tried the chippy

Fish was inedible, soggy and undercooked. More batter than fish, in fact I’ve seen more fish in a birdseye fish finger. Chips and peas ok but nothing to rave about.

Batter on sausage was chewy and hard but the rest of the food was okay

First time we’ve ordered will definitely be ordering again. Good lovely and hot and here within 30 minutes. Only criticism prefer the batter on the fish a little crisper but apart from that it was the best I’ve had for a long time

Despite notice saying food delivered it was another 20 mins before it arrived. Batter inedible and food was cold. Usually have excellent service and quality but very disappointing tonight. Special request from our son too for his birthday

Ordered half pounders but only quarter burgers came. And chicken for kids was spicy with no warning on the menu. Kids don't like too much spice. But other than that it was okay.

No problem with late delivery, I know its a busy time. I have ordered before and food was excellent, but this time it was poor. Chips were good, kebab meat was great, but fish was like overcooked birds-eye portion. Battered sausage and potato cake inedible as batter and coating so overcooked that I could'nt get a knife thru it. Hopefully just a blip.

I've ordered from here quite a lot and it has always been nice, apart from the chips being thick and chewy, but this order was terrible. Both fish were soaked in oil, the batter was thicker than normal and was damp too. We were unable to eat it this time unfortunately.

Took over an hour from the expected deliver time, app said food was here but took another 40 mins to come. Food was flat cold when they said it will still be warm, and overall quality of the food was shocking.. mushy and rubbery..not impressed

Nice food but on the cold side, chicken kebab was beautiful but was missing salad Fish and chips (regular) very small fish looked like a child's fish. Disappointed usually order from here and much better normally

Poor service, asked if the donner kebab came with chips and the lady serving me said yes, but the kebab came with no chips? Very poor portion size even for a large and extremely overpriced for where it is located plus the portion size and the flavour all together. Very unimpressed, poorest service i've had in a while.

Superb fish cakes and chips the staff are friendly and all of the meal from this fish and chip shop have all been lovely I would highly recommend this fish and chip shop to anyone wanting to have some really delicious fish and chips

Best fish and chips I've ever had.

Food was really cold, fish was dry and soggy, chips were really greasy and a bottle of pop was missing which I paid £2.10 for.

Lovely lady serving, clean and tidy. The chips were huge, crispy and plentiful. Mushy peas were the best around here, normal green like they were made at home like I had as a kid soaked overnight. Excellent, will definitely go back.

Asked for salt and vinegar got none, peas were watery and 5 mins late other than that it was alright.

Collected from Chippy. On time, so hot it was still piping when we got it home. Batter on fish wasn't fluffy, more like what you'd expect on a battered sausage but tasted good. Not too greasy, large portion of chips.
