We visited this restaurant whilst visiting friends in Camberley.They had been a few times and recommended it.We had booked a table online.Ths service was great.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was beautiful.I had tiger prawns for a starter and then roasted sea bass.The others had lasagne and garlic stuffed mushrooms and calamari all of which were cooked just to our liking.The restaurant is really nicely decorated and the atmosphere was nice.The prices were not bad either.It's well worth a visit if your ever in the area.We will definitely be back again.

Lovely staff at Camberley branch, always working hard to look after their customers. We had a lovely meal and given a great discount. Only negative is no option to tip if paying by card and having no cash On us, we had to leave without tipping the wonderful staff. So sorry as you all deserve it and next time I will ensure I bring cash. Many thanks again Camberley

Visited as a last minute decision to dine out. Good covid safety measures in place with T&T and sanitiser at the entrance. Tables were spaced out. Was only given one menu to share between 2 of us (not sure if that was covid related)Staff were friendly but feel they could have done more as they only seemed to be waited the tables on the far side of the restaurant so was hard to get anyones attention. Waited about 45 mins for our meal (buttermilk chicken burger x2 and sausage and Chips for my daugther) burger lacked flavour.. needed some spice to it I think. Ate it all as was really hungry.Dont think ill be going back but seems like a good place to go and have a few drinks as some of the cocktails that were being made looks good.

Chose Wildwood today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not busy, friendly staff and a nice menu. Saying that had to ask for the "express menu's", always ask as you never know that what you fancy maybe cheaper that way and "discount" on drinks as well. Started with Calamari, like the coating and nice dip, not a large portion but ample, then the cheeseburger (unusual for me to go for a "burger" but fancied one today), nice, well cooked good size and plenty of fries. Washed down with a couple of glasses of Grenache (one cheap form the menu). All in all a nice lunch. £18.

We visited the Camberley restaurant on Tuesday night and we were really impressed with the excellent food, service and how safe we all felt that the Covid rules were being adhered to so thoroughly. I've been here a few times now and the Manager is doing a great job.

Booked a table for two people for yesterday evening (Monday 21st September) and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely young lady wearing a mask who escorted us to our own private booth. Instantly she asked us to fill out a track and trace form online which we did and we were completely social distanced in a booth away from other tables. It wasn't that busy at all, and even when taking our order, the staff were in masks and keeping their distance where possible. We had the pesto garlic bread and chorizo carbonara, which were both fantastic. Great to see that they were still doing the eat out to help out, which allowed us to get 50% off. We will definitely be returning, and are very pleased to see how well they are doing with Covid restrictions. We both felt very safe, thank you.

Myself and 5 friends had a lovely meal this evening . The food was really good. The staff were fantastic and all were wearing masks and adhering to the rules of covid. Our waitress was attentive and very polite and courteous. A lovely evening will definitely be visiting again . Well done

I have visited this place loads of times so I thought about time to review it. I have had steaks in here and pizzas this place does amazing food. Great customer service also can’t wait to go back for another pizza.

Lovely - starter was gorgeous as ever. Ambience was nice (music a little loud and modern for my liking) drinks served quickly and steak was cooked very well to medium. A little salt and pepper as a pre seasoning would have given you 5/5! A tip for my next visit! Thank you for a lovely evening

This was my first visit to a wildwood restaurant and I was impressed with the whole experience. It’s definitely Covid secure with all staff either wearing visors or masks which really made me feel at ease. We visited on the last Wednesday of eat out to help out so we did expect it to be a busy lunch period but all of the tables were distanced and appropriate tables were cordoned off to allow for social distancing. The food was lovely but huge portions so couldn’t finish it all ! They offered gluten free pasta which is always a welcome sight in restaurants and I believe they have a good veggie and vegan menu too. Would definitely visit again and use my student discount to get 50% off - it makes a very reasonable meal for the price with the discount. Will definitely visit again !

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever ordered! ... I should say service was excellent in the most part despite waiter offering no audible explanation for how 'artisan' pizza differed from the general pizza!?? However we were delighted to get a table considering Zizzi and Pizza Express fully booked on a Wednesday lunchtime given 'Eat out to help out' but so unbelievably underwhelmed by the food. Half toppings missing from the Prima Vera as advertised on menu, all pizzas served (3) were dry, cold, tasteless and substandard ingredients. We were literally gobsmacked at how appalling they were ... would have done better in the frozen aisle in supermarket! We left 3 not even half eaten pizzas ... this has never happened to me before !!!

Still a restricted amount of restaurants open but getting better. Was looking for a restaurant participating in governments 50% offer, there was a good selection. Decided on Wildwood as not been here for a while. Good covid protocols, friendly service, nice menu. Sat outside in the sun, lovely. Started with Ciabatta Loaf, nice liked the dips. Followed by Spaghetti Polpette, meatballs, really nice, good size, sweet tomato sauce. Washed all down with a large house white. With 50% off good deal £14.

We visited today after not being to wildwood for a while and in these new challenging times we were really well looked after by Elliot and a blond haired lady. We were informed before coming that the pizza oven was broken, which we though was really good service so we decided to go ahead with it. And it was brilliant, food very good, especially missed prawns in garlic butter starter and all five of us ordered it, delicious. Service was superb too, would definitely recommend it. We felt all safety measures were in place and tables not too close to each other, just great overall so we will be back soon!

Yummy food , play space for the kids. Great service , small cutlery for the little ones and a cute spare plastic plate to share. Kids cups with straws . Bought the cake out with serviettes and spoons too. Really enjoyable evening with a table of 14 and nice food .

Wanted something different and had not been here before. Good menu, friendly service, well cooked. Started with rosemary and garlic pizza, provide a dip, nice touch. The wild boar and chorizo burger was lovely. Nice large glass of red ganache. 40% voucher so very reasonable. £14.26. Will be back. Not many people eating for such a large restaurant.

The food was great. The service was fast. The young lady who served us was on her own but she managed to serve everyone quickly and was very helpful and attended to all our needs

Food was good value, we had 2 for 1 mains. I had mussels in a delicious tomato sauce and it was a very generous serving with fries. Only downside was that the restaurant was chilly. Outside doors were left open meaning there was a freezing breeze every time the inner door opened.

I have been to this restaurant in camberley quite a few times with friends during the week and having their special menu.This time it was with my husband his first visit and is very picky.The food was livley .prepared and presented beautifully. Lots of it and their brownie desert is heaven. Will always go here as first choice. Husband was impressed about choice and taste of food.

Had planned to meet a friend for dinner with our three girls, aged 4-5, usually take colouring to keep them entertained while we catch up. Remembered Wildwood had a play area so thought we’d give it ago, Waitress put a table together for us near the play area, the girls were happy having somewhere to go to play instead of being confined to the table! Food was delicious, we had the Hoi Sin Pizza, Chicken Burger, Chicken Nuggets and two Pasta Bolognese’s, all of which were tasty. The girls dinners were served on a monster plate and their drinks were in glasses that had monsters in the bottom- they were very impressed! We had kids chocolate brownie for pudding and clean plates all round! We spent a lovely evening catching up with friends in a relaxed environment with great food, doesn’t get much better than that for a Friday! Will be returning with and without the kids

Been here a few times for lunch and occasional dinner’s as well The staff are always friendly and the food is really good! My favourite is the risottos !

I arrived in England on the Sunday and as per my African tradition, we are used to having a loaded hearty Sunday meal, so this place still had their Christmas turkey lunch special available and that’s what I had. The serving looks small, but trust me it’s not. The Turkey was paired with delicious crunchy root veggies and mash. I didn’t try out their dessert as I was stuffed, but I’m sure it tastes great as well. The place was recommend by my friend and her husband, so I can image that the rest of their menu is worth it. Only bad thing about them is that their water jar was dusty and unwashed, that’s something they need to improve on, clean glassware please!!!!

Had lunch at Wildwood in Camberley yesterday and had a very good meal. My partner had the large vegetarian pizza and took half of it home with her! I had the set menu with calamari and then a large pepperoni pizza. Food was very good, service was excellent and we will return!

Really nice restaurant, lovely atmosphere, great service. Wide variety of menu choices so something to suit everyone. Food was excellent, really delicious and for about £30 a head for 3 courses and drinks, pretty good value!

A lovely department Christmas lunch, fantastic service beforehand and during the meal and the food was great! We will definately come back.

We had a lovely meal and were made very welcome by the fantastic staff. From the welcome drink to the dessert everything was served to us at the right pace. The food was piping hot and very fresh.

Booked early and asked for a table near the play area and got the best table. Staff very friendly, service good and food excellent. One of our party had an onion allergy and was well catered for. The play area was a big hit too.

This is a bit of a strange space and not particularly atmospheric. The food is adequate. The drinks list is quite good. The service was excellent. If food is not your main priority this is a good pace to bring children and for big parties.

We dined here and found the pizzas and desserts to be excellent. The staff were very polite and provided great service to our table of 5. I would certainly recommend a visit.

A last minute decision to get dinner out led to an unexpected visit to Wildwood in Camberley for a meal on Monday 2nd December '19. An excellent decision as it turned out, service was first class and the food really really good, highly recommend to anyone passing by to pop in!

My NCT group of 12 adults and 11 under 4’s visited Wildwood Camberley on Saturday 30 November, to celebrate our oldest children’s birthdays and we couldn’t praise the staff or venue highly enough.

Had a wonderful evening at Wildwood Camberley on the 30/11/19 for my birthday with my wife. I booked and paid £10 deposit online and I can’t fault the service and the food. The staff were really friendly. On leaving we paid our bill and walked out. We had been to the bank and as walking back past Wildwood restaurant a member of your team came running out. To stop us and tell me that they had forgotten to take the £10 deposit off our overall bill. So I went back in and he gave me the £10. Not only is the service good and food excellent but to then come out and own up to the fact that he hadn’t deducted the deposit from bill and then give me the 10 pound back is even nicer. I hadn’t realised and would probably have not noticed. I thought it was a really nice gesture as I do wonder how many other places would make the effort to run out and tell you they have not given the deposit back these days.

Unfortunately our experience was ruined after seeing the way that the managers spoke to their staff, it severely disappointed us. The food was average, however I could see the chefs handling the food in the kitchen with their bare hands and not once during our 2 hour visit did I see anyone wash their hands. Management needs to treat their hard-working staff better

Great menu, great ambience, great service great value for money*. All the food was first class, but the Salted caramel avalanche was just amazing.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in England.It very cosy and big, very clean.The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.It also had a very warm and welcome place to be.The toilets were a bit small but every thing else was perfect.

wow...it wasn't immediately clear Wildwood were doing breakfast but having ventured in we were amazed...great meal deal including a hot drink and a juice with any breakfast and the food was great quality and really tasty....Wildwood tell more people about your breakfast offer!

Good food and a playroom to occupy the children made a family birthday celebration a very pleasurable experience. The helpful land friendly staff also helped make the evening a success.

Every time we came in wildwood we never been disappointed. It was busy and the food took a bit longer, but we had drinks on time and we could understand the delay. New cocktails that worth trying, i had well baked tart and it was delicious. My friend had classic mojito and she love it. Overall, we had good time and will definitely recommend Wildwood Camberley!

First time , while waiting for my friend decided to have a drink and one of the staff Alexis recommended me the peri peri chicken grill and it was lovely , will recommend and i will come back again

Came here with my son and had a great meal last night (sunday). The staff were polite and quick. The food was hot and tasted great, my only problem was the chicken was a bit charcoal, other than that it was great. They also use tastecard so 1 starter and 1 main was free, so great value.

Nice food, slightly more expensive than your average but it is worth it. Clean and airy surroundings, great play room for the children so they don't get bored waiting for their meals to arrive. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Me and my mum have visited a couple of times and every time we enjoy the food,the atmosphere and especially staff are always so attentive and friendly! Will deff going back and bringing more friends! There are plenty of restaurants in Camberley but we will always choose Wildwood at first place ! Great place , good value for money and amazing service . Lovely venue, had a great deal of 50% off Mondays and Tuesdays. Right result 2 house specials burgers chips and a bottle of sol beer each and starters and bottled water with the code £24.90 .keep up the great service and amazing food guy's. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic first time visit, excellent food and service. As we had our 3 year child with us we were taken back by the playroom, childrens special cups and plastic frog plates :-) we will defiantly be returning

It's been years since I've left a review, but as this was such a bad experience I felt compelled to reinstall the TripAdvisor app - - to perhaps deter other people from visiting, as this is very likely the worst experience I've had in a restaurant for a long, long time.

Wildwood Camberley is a fantastic place to eat lunch or dinner! Great value for money and the staff are absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Wildwood in Camberley offers above the average food and this is the first reason why I like it. Also, it is the only in town to have a play area for children. A little rundown but nice for them to play and leaving you some time to enjoy your meal. Service is good, even if I usually find it a little bit slow. Maybe a little more expensive than others, but the food is better, as already said. Very good offer on Monday and Tuesday, 50% off food (for adult, not kids menu).

We went here for my sons birthday lunch, the staff were lovely and the food was lovely too. Great family environment even have play room for the small children. This is the second time we have been and it was very good both times.

We visited this restaurant for a pre-dinner meal. Good choice and very friendly welcome. My husband had a steak and I had a superfood salad with chicken. All lovely. Would recommend.

Had a nice meal here. We all ordered different food and all our plates were empty. I had a vegetarian option tagliatelle and asked for no cheese and this was done. Hubby had a burger and daughter ravioli.

... as Mary Poppins would say. Yes, food, service, ambience, price, all first class. The perfect spot for our 8 month old grand-daughter and for the whole family. Also, a really original and excellent range of soft drinks - I loved the mint lemonade, and the lemon meringue sundae was to die for.

2nd meal in a matter of weeks at Wildwood Camberley. Good menu choice and food is cooked freshly to order. We all enjoyed our main courses, especially the steak sandwich, which was tender and delicious. Just one downside. I presented the waitress with an email saying if I ordered a pink gin cocktail, I would get another one free. She intimated that this would not be accepted at this branch as not all branches accepted the offers! Surely not.....why is it you always get the feeling that you are not going to get the offer, due to some obscure term and condition?! As it happens we did get the free drink, but she should have checked her facts first. Probably would have given in a five rating but for that.

We arrived at Wildwood about 5:45 and there were a number of tables already occupied by families.

We didn’t book but turned up on a Tuesday at 8:00pm, there were tables free. The staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a few non-alcoholic cocktails on offer. The food was good without being exceptional, but it was not expensive. A pleasant evening, great service and good value.

We visited with friends and had 3 young children with us. Great kids menu and food was tasty. Very reasonably priced. They had a playroom which kept the children entertained. Staff were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help. Visited on Saturday evening with some friends, quick acknowledged and sitted without having a booking. Drinks served few minutes after ordering, food was delicious and desserts amazing, especially the chocolate bomb. Will definitely coming back and recommend to others. Well done Camberley!

Food is good although quite pricey compared to others in Camberley. Service is slow with a pretty empty restaurant. Didn’t appreciate the waitress still giving a friends child a candy floss when she told her not too.

We booked a table of 15 and service was very good, small portions but good food. Ask for the candy floss cocktail!

For some reason Wildwood always seems to be half empty, but looks can be deceptive as I have never had a bad evening here and I visit semi regularly. The wait staff are always friendly and eager to please. Food is always impeccable. I think the only down fall of this restaurant is the size of it, I would estimate there is usually about 30 or so covers on a week night but due to the open plan design within the large unit, it never looks full!

Good menu and spacious clean restaurant for large parties, although clearly popular with couples and smaller groups. Glass walled children's room provides safe distraction for boisterous kids from the rest of us and is clearly a draw for custom. Food range is good and enjoyable. Let down overall by service / pace mentioned in other reviews with staff harassed and I assume high waste

Lovely meal with friends. Delighted with vegan menu choices. Great service from Charlotte, who was friendly and professional. Will definitely return!

I had a lovely evening with my friends. The food was ok and the service again was ok. The worst part of the evening was the awful sewage smell in the ladies toilet. It actually made me vomit it was that bad. The male member of staff was not interested at all and the female member of staff was clearly disgusted with the smell but not disgusted enough to close the cubicle.

Took my son here for a little treat and the restaurant is very cosy with its lovely lighting and cushions in the booths. Food and drinks order taken very quickly and staff very friendly. I can highly recommend the garlic prawn starter, in fact they should offer it as a main course its so nice. All of our food arrived quickly and all delicious. My only negative is, we had three different people serve us and this is a pet hate of mine, as I like to tip in cash and think its unfair that the last person will get that. But overall love this place.

Visiting friends who live near by we decided to go to wildwood as we have been before and it’s been ok it seemed a lot busier than normal and the staff seemed under pressure as result the service wasn’t great and food was poor none of the dishes were hot and the piri piri chicken was cremated, we sent the chicken back with out even a sorry and waited 20min once all the other meals were finished we were told the chicken was on its way we said to leave it and as passing dig were told it wouldn’t be on the bill, I am a regular at a Wildwood in Essex and this trip will put me of going in there in the future

Visited here with the famity, 9 adults, 5 kids of various ages. Great play area for the kids old enough to play very nice that the rest of the adults can catch up whilst one keeps the kids amused. Service was a little slow to start with as seemed to have a lot of deliveries going out, but staff more than made up for the delay. Food was delicious. We all had a fab time and look forward to returning at a later date.

We went to Wildwood with friends on Saturday evening, we had been there a couple of times before and the food had always been average but not unpleasant. However, on this occasion the restaurant was busier than it had been previously and this showed in the food quality and the service.

We recently enjoyed a last minute surprise birthday at wildwood for my other half after a rather unpleasant experience with another local restaurant. I have to say. Staff at wildwood are always polite, accommodating & professional. The service is second to none and the food is always amazing. Thanks guys keep up the great service and food. You were a life saver on Saturday evening.

It's such a shame it's always quiet because Pizza Express and Zizzi have vouchers because the food is great and the staff are lovely!

We visited Wildwood on Saturday evening 19th January 2019 for a family meal (3 couples and 1 baby granddaughter 16mths)

Went here for lunch. Place was fairly busy but not full. Ordered three kids meals (starter, main and dessert). Along with two adult meals. After waiting 35 minutes I enquired to another waiter (as I couldn’t catch the attention of ours), as to how much longer for the kids starters. Immediately after 5 main meals arrived. And I witnessed our waitress ordering the kids starters at the pass. They arrived 5 minutes later. And were hastily dropped on the table. Not any sign of an apology. After removing our dishes we waited for the return for the kids dessert. Waited so long I got up to pay the bill and left. All the staff seemed so incompetent it left me with the impression that everyone was on their first day in the restaurant. I live in Camberley and this could be a good place but I won’t be entering again. Better places nearby!

Me and my partner stopped in gear for a quick bite. We stuck our heads in and we’re immediately taken to a clean neatly laid out table. We’re we’re given time to scan the menus and then our waitress was back. I had the tiger beer and my partner had orange juice. We both ordered the butter milk chicken burger which comes with rustic fries. The burger is exactly what it is no more no less. Ideal for quick food. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We would go back. The establishment is also very bright and spacious

We went for lunch with the kids, it’s great because they have a big play room which the kids love.

Its a shame really as this place has a nice menu but it always falls short on something, generally something is cold but this along with what seems to take forever to get served or get someone's attention if something is wrong. I wonder if the restaurant it too big. when the food arrives and if it is hot it generally is good, and the staff and very friendly so not sure what the answer is. Probably won't go again, other places to try. its unfortunate that every visit (3 in total) we have had issues.

There was a bit of a fear upon going in that this was going to be an expensive version of Ask with no imagination. Was pleasantly proved wrong with my first thoughts.

Terrible....Wont be going back! Bland food, average service. Ordered spaghetti and resembled soup. Complained and was replaced by the same! Lost the will to eat, so decided to leave.

The service was absolutely awful, started ok but quickly deteriorated. Table of ten with four young children who were hungry and tired. We left two hours and forty five minutes later still awaiting one main course ( which we gave up on) having been served cold chips, wrong items etc. I spoke to the Manager on numerous occasions but to no avail, I think it fair to say that he had completely lost control of the place and I appeared only one of numerous customers complaining to him. He discounted our bill by one round of drinks but I wasn’t looking for compensation, only the level of service that I should expect from Wildwood. The Manager also informed me that I wouldn’t be charged for the meal that didn’t arrive - how generous !!!!

Nice enough for a meal out but I found a little overpriced for what they are and there’s a lack of variety to chose from.

I have eaten here with friends on a number of occasions and the staff (Alexis, Lulu, Olivia and Oana) are absolutely lovely, always very accommodating and the food is very good (especially the baked brie for cheese lovers). They also do some really good cocktails. This has become my favourite spot in Camberley for food!

Food wasn’t as great as what I had expected but it’s ok. Staff were also nice but could be a bit more attentive.

Visited in half-term as they had a 50% off all food offer on. Service was friendly & the pizza was ok (hence the two stars), however the chicken burger and cobb salad were poor. The burger was far too salty & the bacon in the salad very fatty and poorly cooked. The main issue though was that once we had ordered the food it took 50 minutes to arrive & the restaurant was not even half full.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my evening here. We went for a date night dinner before going to the cinema and were both very impressed with our service and also our food. I had a Cobb salad and my partner had a Boar and chorizo burger and both our plates were empty. Service was fast and the prices are more than reasonable compared to other nearby food places.

This restaurant will not disappoint, very friendly , great selection of food, very well run and will certainly return.

Amazing menu choices with the option of gluten free for pastas and pizza. Food is excellent too. Consistently one of the best restaurants for service that I've ever been to.

The restaurant staff are really attentive. Great drinks menu. Rather varied menu, not the biggest variety for vegetarians but have always managed to have something nice. Mushroom ciabatta starter is a must!

Well we came to Camberley for shopping and obviously shopping means lunch came in to wild wood as we was here a few years ago and it was good. Well this time it was a shambles. Not overly busy, plenty of empty tables. Lots of staff working. Asked the waitress if the spaghetti bolognese had vegetables in it as fussy eater at the table won’t eat veg in bolognese, the waitress said no veg so was pretty excited to try it! Very disappointed was bland no flavour no sauce no seasoning nothing!! To be clear there is a lot of chopped veg in the adults so I swapped it with my child’s witch had very little mince in it so pretty much just pasta absolutely shocking!! Very disappointed with this visit and we shall not be coming back to wildwood again!!
