So I came in here today with my boyfriend and his parents and the atmosphere seemed really nice except the menus didn’t tickle our fancy as a group which was fine. The only issue I had was the young girl who was serving us. I think she thought that my partner was my brother maybe and kept giving him looks which made me uncomfortable. He noticed as we was walking out and said something to me and his mom. Happy people find him attractive because he is, not happy that is was from our server. Please be more professional.

We have just eaten here as a family. The food was amazing. My dish had more chilli than I was expecting and I asked for some crème fraiche or some cream to cool it down. Instead they made the dish again so I would enjoy it. The staff were great and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I would happily recommend this restaurant. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!

The restaurant itself was nice and the service was very pleasant. I was pleased that my GF pizza was the same size as a regular one, and the base looked like it had been made rather than something bought in. It didn't have a lot of flavour but was nice enough. Our waitress finished her shift and then we had another member of staff for desserts. After ordering a GF pizza, I then ordered a none GF dessert as I don't have an allergy just a slight intolerance. However, I was expecting to be warned that my dessert choice was not gluten free but I was not. So, I would just make sure that allergy information is passed between the team as it could have been serious. My dessert was very small for the price. The person I was with had a dessert that came with ice cream as well and it was cheaper. So, that was slightly odd.

Could not be better this restaurant maintains a high quality of food and services in particular Patryk helped my wife who had her arm in a sling because of a broken wrist by cutting her Pizza into small portions this was much appreciated. I must add that all of the staff who vary from day to day are always courteous and efficient. Many thanks

My daughter and I ate here earlier this week the food was piping hot even after 20 mins and you could tell it wasn’t microwaved they were good size portions of pasta too and very tasty….the service was great we were served straightaway and food came out within 15 mins of ordering the staff are very friendly and have good customer service skills and contrary to a review on trip advisor of being racist they were not racist towards and we are also of brown skin and Sikh in fact all three staff that served us were also of different origins and very polite and chatty would definetly recommend eating here and will be back again soon thank you for some lovely food Wildwood

I'm giving you five because the food was incredible. My only suggestion for improvement would be on wines. All the ones I recognised on the list were at the round and fruity end, I would have loved to see something sharper/heavier, an Apuglian Primitivo or a Cabernet Shiraz in the reds. I had a Pinot Grigio which could have been crisper. But the excellence of the food and the fresh atmosphere made for a lovely evening.

What a fantastic restaurant. Came here with my family during bank holiday weekend and we weren’t disappointed. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly and very helpful waitress (sorry I don’t know her name). The food was excellent, my husband had the burger, my daughter a margarita pizza and I had the seafood risotto, all delicious 😁! We don’t come to Hereford very often but the next time we do we’ll certainly be coming back here.

My friend and I popped in today for lunch, seafood linguine was amazing, full of juicy mussels, prawns and calamari. 11/10

We ate here for the first time yesterday 25/05/24. What a lovely restaurant so clean and spacious. The food was great, my son couldn't believe his eyes when he saw his pizza! The young waitress that served us was so lovely - chatty but not constantly at our elbows - some waiting staff can be overly intrusive but she was perfect! Didn't have to wait long for our meals or desserts. We don't have an Italian restaurant in our home town so it was great to have a lovely meal that I didn't have to cook! We don't go to Hereford too often but we will definitely be back at this restaurant. My son intends to take his friends next time! Thank you Wildwood for a lovely meal.

Wildwood Herefordshire... Wildly Racist I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dismay regarding the discriminatory treatment my family and I experienced at Wildwood in Herefordshire on the 30th of March. On that date, my father, sister, grandmother, and I visited your establishment in search of a table for four. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, with only two occupied tables indoors and outdoor seating available, we were met with blatant prejudice by your staff. Upon requesting a table, the junior staff member inquired about our reservation status. When we informed her that we did not have one, she proceeded to consult her booking screen, only to turn to her manager with a fabricated excuse, claiming that the restaurant was fully booked. It was evident that there were numerous vacant tables, none of which displayed reservation signs. The manager's hesitation and subsequent refusal to accommodate us, coupled with the absence of reservation signs on empty tables, left us deeply perplexed. It became apparent that our appearance, as a brown Sikh family dressed in Western attire, was a determining factor in the staff's decision to deny us service. To add insult to injury, when we called the restaurant merely ten minutes later to inquire about availability for five people arriving shortly, we were informed that there was indeed space. This stark contrast in responses only served to reinforce our suspicion that we were racially profiled and discriminated against. Furthermore, upon passing by the restaurant an hour later, we observed that it remained as empty as when we left, further solidifying our belief that our mistreatment was unjust and unwarranted. Such discriminatory behavior has no place in any establishment, let alone one that purports to provide hospitality to all customers. My family and I were left feeling disrespected, marginalized, and utterly disgusted by our experience at Wildwood. I urge the management of Wildwood to thoroughly investigate this incident, implement appropriate training to address implicit biases and discrimination within the staff, and issue a formal apology to my family and me. Furthermore, I implore you to take concrete steps to ensure that no other customers are subjected to similar treatment based on their race, ethnicity, or appearance. Until meaningful action is taken to rectify this grave injustice, I will not hesitate to share my experience with others and caution them against patronizing Wildwood. We went early on a Sunday evening, food was delicious and fresh and arrived quickly after ordering. Staff were polite and attentive.

Booked ahead so food was pre ordered, it was ok, nothing special considering the price. Atmosphere was ok, service was ok. Seemed only one server could help us with anything though no one else was concerned. The bill was messed up at the end of the night so that was annoying. Maybe would go there again but not a 1st choice.

My food was lovely but was with a group of 14.. and I did wait a few minutes before starting to eat as I thought it would be cold, but a number of us had finished before 3 of us had even started.Same with the puddings the last of us to be served got up to ask where hers was after most of us had finished eating,to be told it was in the kitchen!

The pizza served was very tasty. But the risotto was very disappointing and very small portion for the money, also there were no olives. For an Italian themed restaurant there should always be olives available. The venue was disappointing and felt cold and uninviting. The service was standard nothing that stood out.

Terrible! this evening 30/12/23 i came to this restaurant with family (party of 10) im from out of town so this is completely new to this resturant. we order starters which arrived average it was nice bit nothing special. my mother had mushroom aranchini which she said tasted funny however its a starter whatever. our main food came i had the buttermilk burger arrived stone cold the bacon was as cold as an ice cube so sent it back in fairness they replaced it quickly however my dads ribs were stuck to the bone and my uncles ribs stone cold. the “butterfly” sea bass awfully cold had to be replaced with a wetherspoon style cheese burger all in all such a faf. the manager whalst scoffing his face with biscuits on service had nothing to say with our problems told us that he’s never had this before us !!! all the chefs were to busy having a ciggy out back to cook our food. i understand we’re a large party but COLD FOOD totally unacceptable the only nice thing was the lovley waitress shame there manager is to busy eating on service to care about this bussnes NEVER COMMING AGAIN !

7pm Christmas Eve, plenty of tables free in the restaurant but because we hadn’t booked, they didn’t want to know. They welcomed a group of four people in seconds before us but we weren’t welcome. Ah well, typical lousy chain attitude and staff clearly just wanted to go home. Had a cracking meal across the road at The Beefy Boys and the food and service was top notch! We’ll stick to independents from now on.

The driver picked up three deliveries and we were the third drop off. The two pizzas were cold, but the two other meals were still warm. This is really bad service by Just Eats and I will not use them again unless I get a full repayment as an apology. Plus you can try and contact them and you cannot.

Me and my boyfriend came in last week on Friday for our one year anniversary and we had an amazing waitress who made our night amazing! When we mentioned it was our anniversary before our desert she came back with candles on our desserts! She was really nice and the food was to die for! Thankyou so much for making our anniversary special 😊

I came here with my friend for a lovely meal and catch up. We were quickly shown to a table by a friendly waitress, the restaurant wasn't too busy so there were plenty of seats to choose from. The drinks and food came quickly and was really tasty. During our meal the waitress must have finished and we had what I think was the lady manager. She wasn't overly friendly and her attitude was different to the other lady we had. Optional service charge is already on the bill so you just have to agree or disagree with having it on there. Overall we had a great time, we weren't rushed, the atmosphere was good and the food was delicious

Fantastic service!! Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon and they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We had a young daughter and they ordered her food earlier so her food wasn’t to hot for her to eat. Such lovely staff really accommodating thank you!! Food was delicious!!

We arrived at the beginning of lunch service mid week. Pizza was tasty although it was a long wait for the food to come out. Only a couple of other tables were occupied. Our side dish arrived when we were over half way through the pizza, inexplicably so when the side dish was a bowl of olives. We were seated next to the toilet and had the off-putting experience during our lunch of a family propping the toilet door open whilst using the toilet instead of going in with their child and shutting it behind them. A toilet flushing through an open door next to a restaurant table is less than ideal - the staff should have stepped in to ensure basic hygiene rules were followed. The staff were accommodating when we asked to move, although we then had to squeeze 3 of us onto a table meant for 2. However, they then sat another group in our old seats showing that they had complete disregard for the hygiene issue. (The family in question continued to make repeated visits to the toilet with their children). I visited the main toilets upstairs which are individual cubicles with their own washbasin - there was no hot water in the one I used due to a broken hot tap, and no warning of this. The tap was not fixed to the basin, meaning that if any hot water came out it sprayed onto the floor rather than on hands/in basin, making it impossible to wash hands hygienically. The compulsory 10 percent service charge is hefty, particularly in the circumstances. We fed back our experience via the customer feedback form the same day and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried to contact the restaurant through their Facebook messenger service and via the email published on their website and have had no reply.

Nice food and friendly staff. Great place to dine with friends or family. Child friendly too.

Ok tasting food, but overpriced for what you receive. I ordered Penne Alla Norma and had a couple of tiny slithers of aubergine, 3 or 4 cherry tomatoes amongst a small pile of penne pasta with a crumble of feta on top, the dish cost literally pence but was charged out at nearly £14. Service was quite friendly. Decor was very worn and tired. I can't think of any reason I'd go back.

Ordered the cob salad and it hardly had any chicken or avocado. Really disappointed!

3 pieces of pasta and 2 bites of chicken £15….i am still hungry…and they didn’t mention the chopped coriander all over the pasta in the ingredients list..will not order again

Myself and my family ate here on the evening before my wedding day The staff were attentive, but myself and my grandad were served and we were finished before the other 4 meals were brought out My grandad's steak was tough to cut, he had a really hard time with it amd said it was one of the worst he's had My dad's girlfriend returned hers, she wasn't happy with it The staff gave us a discount on our meal as an apology which was very much appreciated

Nice atmosphere and stylish design… but food and price OMG, not worth..steaks completely cooked wrong, bad quality meat. Completely plain dish and no taste at all. Dessert, if it can be called like that.. frozen..really frozen ice cream with expresso shot… Didn't appreciate the service charge been added to bill, im guest not employer and service charge didn’t should be in bill as its my own choice on the end to leave a tips or not. Place for quick coffee but not for nice meal dinner!!!

A truly fantastic place to go and eat, went in with my friend and we had the lunchtime special three courses for £14.95 and the glass of wine for £2.50. The wine was fantastic I chose the red, smooth full of taste lovely flavour. I had the calamari starter and my friend has the pesto bread both were fantastic really good, the calamari was cooked to perfection and come with an amazing chili dip they said it was their secret recipe, really was nice. The pesto bread was wonderful too, light and full of flavor really nice. The mains we chose were the vegetarian lasagna and the traditional bolognese, once again both dishes were truly wonderful, the Bolognese is really tasty full of flavour excellent. The vegetarian lasagna was fantastic, really nice strong taste to it. It had spinach and vegan cheese and the taste was truly wonderful. For the search we had cookies and cream cheesecake and once again that was absolutely fantastic, light creamy full of Flavour the base wasn't too heavy. The service from the start was really special they were polite helpful really friendly could do enough for you. A real credit to the restaurant. It was amazing food wonderful venue fantastic staff we definitely be back again, a truly wonderful eating experience

This was our first visit to Wildwood and we were really impressed by the food, service and general atmosphere. The food was tasty with generous portions and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Kiron in particular gave great service and it was refreshing to eat out somewhere where the staff actually care about the customer! We would definitely eat here again and they thoroughly deserve this 5 star review.

Fantastic restaurant and staff in a nice setting, the food was amazing would definitely return and recommend to anyone. I had the mushroom arancini as a starter which was very nice then the caprese artisan pizza for a main which was exceptional.

Driver had food for 20 minutes so food was warm but not hot by any means. Portions have dramatically got smaller since our last order, but prices have stayed the same. Overall, quite a disappointing experience and certainly won’t be ordering again.

Decor is beautiful and the staff are nice. But I had the mushroom burger and it was shockingly bad. Take the time to make a proper veggy burger it’ll be greatly appreciated and better enjoyed I’m sure. Also a little on the expensive side for what I’d consider 6/10 food.

Called the restaurant constantly as it showed that driver was waiting from 7.05, did not get a reply until 8 to be told that they couldn't do anything as the driver was showing as waiting but was not there. Tried to call Just Eat to get the status changed. Called the restaurant again at 8.22 as they close at 8.30 to be told driver was there and packing up hot food. When driver arrived here he complained that he had been to the restaurant THREE times to be told the food was not ready and was turned away. The restaurant told us that the food had been ready and waiting from 7.10. Somebody is clearly not telling the truth. One half of the food was reasonably hot the other half (in the same tray) was stone cold. The presentation of the one meal looked like and I quote "someone has just thrown up in the box". I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Food arrived late with items missing

Wrong food sent French Fries instead of Sweet potato fries, eggs and anchovies missing fro Caesar salad , contacted restaurant they apologised , contacted Just Eat several emails got nowhere they said they could do nothing to help , terrible customer service as every email from them was the same cannot assist what rubbish.

Not an experience I would want to repeat. The final straw was when the staff were informed there was no not water in the toilets to be informed they didn't care...!!

Took my wife out for a meal at wildwood. We have never been before and it really was fantastic. The staff and servers were absolutely great so attentive . Highly recommended.

The vibes and the staff were stellar! They had a lunch set menu when I went and i thought it was definitely worth it. I didn’t exactly enjoy the spaghetti but my friend ordered the Philly cheese steak and that was delectable!!

Most ridiculously kind and attentive manager - Tyler. Dined with a large group of around 20 on Saturday 25/2/23 and was having trouble finding something to eat with my annoying food allergies. Was about to skip eating and just have a drink with the group because it was getting embarrassing. The manager came over and gave the kindest most personal service, helped me not only find something to eat but completely set me at ease. Never had such service before. Absolute star and so we're the rest of her team. 10/10!!

We visited as a group of 4 on Saturday evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was a minor mix up with mains coming at the same time as starters but they were taken back and remade, food was great as always, service was impeccable. Had a lovely evening

wait to get a the table we had book ,wait to wait 45 minutes to get the main course and the sea food pasta was warmed up in the microwave as the outer side was dried out and to spice hot to eat the replacement meal was to salty and £20 a bottle of the cheapest wine was absolutely over priced it was a very disappointment birthday meal out it’s a no for us lady to go back to wildwood again

Unfortunately disappointing. The food arrived cold and it was overall just pretty bland. The pizza tasted good albeit cold, but the carbonara and arrabbiata despite good portion sizes were both flavourless. Having just scanned down the reviews and seen so many people complain about food arriving cold, it seems like this is an on-going issue that isn't being resolved anytime soon.

Busy (Saturday lunchtime) but fast service and food was good.

We visited early evening on New Year's eve and it was fairly quiet but got very busy as time went on so we were glad we had booked. Staff are great, excellent choices on the menu and food was very good. Lovely looking restaurant with a great atmosphere.

Ordered a carbonara, plain spaghetti with a tablespoon of lardons arrived instead. The garlic bread had one scraping of onion on it. Normally wildwood is amazing but tonight’s meal was absolutely awful!

A group of us went for dinner on a Sunday evening, 2 other smaller parties were dining. We chose from their Christmas premium menu based on the brilliant selection of dishes. The quality of the dishes that came out were awful one of us had a steak medium rare it came out and it was anything but medium rare…. By desserts I thought things may have improved, but I was wrong! The cookie dough was burnt to a crisp and we may as well have ordered charcoal. As for the pan a cotta it was melted in a bowl with the coulis. I’d eaten at other wildwood restaurants before and I have always recommended them on service and lovely tasting food, I am very disappointed to say I won’t be adding the Hereford branch to that list.

Excellent all round from start to finish. Very accommodating as we hadn't booked so that was a bonus. Lovely ambiance and warmth eluded from the place and staff. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Possibly a bit pricey but in my opinion was well worth the price. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive and caring to my granddaughter and put a huge smile on her face with her chatter. Wish I got her name as I would have personally thanked her for her service ❤ Enjoyed my Oven chicken and mushroom penne finished with Tiramisu which was to die for 😋😋😋😋😋
