The food itself was really good, a great variety of different curries and sides. We ordered for 9 people and every person loved their dish, couldn't fault it. Considering we ordered for 9 people the food was delivered slightly earlier than expected (which was great as we ordered later than we should have!) I would thoroughly recommend ordering, you won't be disappointed.

Forgot all sauces for poppadoms

Wonderful curry again, piping hot, really tasty, wife is always hit or miss with Pathia , she loved it. Could not fault any part of it … keep up the great work 👍🏻

After trying a few places in Basildon and Pitsea, this places popped up. Unbelievable , what a fantastic curry, felt like I had gone back in time to when curries were great, Arrived hot, was really tasty, will be using these guys again …. Couldn’t fault . Kids had their Dansak and was perfect .

Food we got was really good and really tasty. Missing popadams so the sauces I ordered were not used. Ordered a can of drink but sent the wrong one so am out of pocket £10 in total but what we did get was great.

Biryani was quite dry, including the curry

Ordered food never arrived, called and asked the restaurant, the staff member became verbally abusive down the phone then ended the call.

The food is really nice can't complain but 2 reasons I gave 3 star is because I ordered Biryani and asked to change Biryani Saurce for Taka Dhal and I was charged extra £3 every other takeaway don't even charge. Secondly no salad with the food like every other takeaway give as normal.

Superb food….always delicious. Can recommend the Chicken Madras and the Mushroom Bhajee. Delivered hot and on time. Great service.

I ordered the food just before 7. It arrived 9.15. Had to phone to find out out where it was and it then arrived 20 mins later with some of the order being wrong. Tried to phone to report this but no answer. What was delivered was really nice and can’t fault at all but the delivery time and getting the order right was very very poor especially as it wasn’t a big order. It was a meal for 2

forgot one of our sauces. 45 mins late , when we called they gave us the excuse that we are far away -dont accept orders if it's too far away ! (we are in billericay ) soft popadoms too

My order was over 1 hour later that the delivery time shown, didn't get to eat until gone 8:30 at night

Veguanary is a tough time for all us meat lovers, but this restaurant makes it worth the while delicious food and quick service.

Meat was dry and tough. Naan bread was burnt

The meal was the worst ever had from a local takeaway. Its Friday night and we didn't want to cook but on review I wish we had! The food delivered was cold. Chips were soggy, rice was overcooked, chicken was dry, was missing sauces and chutneys - shall I go on? I ended up having to do a quick salad for myself, cut the chicken up and put it on it, and microwaved some chips of my own!! All in all, I'm now pretty fed up as for the money, it's left a sour taste!! Takeaways are not a regular thing because of their cost and this was disgusting for the money! I did speak to the shop who wanted me to bag the meal back up and they would cook us another or give money back but only if we returned this meal!! My husband, by this point, had already put his in the microwave and picked from it what he could and also, at gone 8pm on a Friday night, we weren't waiting another hour for our dinner!

The restaurant delayed my order initially, then was late past the later delivery time given (1950) didn’t receive until 20:05 and food was no longer hot. I also don’t agree with paying £5 for delivery from an SS118 postcode to an SS117 address! Tried to call the restaurant whilst awaiting delivery but no answer.

Popadoms missing and food was cold. Disappointed really as I have ordered from here a few times and food has always been hot, on time and super tasty…

Delivered late & missing items, but what did turn up was warm & and tasty.

Asked for delivery 10pm for a reason and they was at my door 35 minutes early, lucky I got home when delivery come! Food was rushed nann bread was floppy undercooked the meal was bland too.. I was a regular customer. They don’t care longs they get ££££

Usually really dependable but barely any chicken in the Tikka Massala and had the wrong size of rice delivered so have paid over 6 quid for a standard size rice.

The only good thing in this order was the mango chutney (which probably came from a jar). The fried rice was literally dripping with water (boiled not fried). One of the curries was dripping red oil all over the place because it wasn't sealed properly, it had gone all over the bottom of the bag, spread into the other food and stained the kitchen worktop when we put it down, lucky it wasn't the carpet. We finished all the food but were both left hungry. The delivery guy was rude too.

Twice now I've ordered lamb korma, got one bit of lamb in one and the rest was chicken, and despite asking multiple times, they never give a reciept.

Discusting food, given the wrong dishes that are so hot we can't eat them plus 3 portions of rice that we didn't evan order, and to top it all off the man on the phone can't hardly speak English let alone understand what you want ... terrible don't go here

Got suckered in by the deceiving 'Cheeky Tuesday' where you get 20% off but then get charged £4.00 for delivery and service which ends up saving you £1.00. Maybe it's just a Woodham thing but the lack of complimentary papadums was disappointing. Was ready to not use them again but the food was good and tasted fresh. I'd probably use them again as it was a really enjoyable meal. Would recommend the butter Tandoori mixed grill.

Awful food everything i ordered was burnt, the chicken in the curry, the naan bread even the keema and onions in the rice! How anyone can send that food out for delivery is beyond me. Will never order again

I Placed my order at 7.45pm it said 8.35 / 8.55 at 8 40 text from just eat to say order is going to be late finally arrives at 9. 50 now let me first say this is the best curry around which is why i order once if not twice a week but when i called them was told the restaurant was busy tonight does that mean people who go to eat their money is better than mine which is how it made me feel I am house bound so cannot go out to eat i have to order take aways I am very disappointed because once the food arrived it was warm not hot like it always is sorry for the negative comments but i expect what i paid for and this time didnt get it as in being late and the food being luke warm

i ordered butter sauce and got korma sauce ordered chicken korma and got butter chicken the starter was missing the lamb and the peshwari nann was burned .. usually the food is tip top from you not sure wht happened today but not happy at all with my order

Order took over an hour to arrive and two items were missing, which meant we had to share out a meal for two between three people. Could not wait another 30 minutes+ the restaurant quoted for the missing items to arrive. No refund offered but promised a discount at the next order directly with the restaurant.

Onion Bhajis were not cooked in the middle, the keema naan hardly had any filling, just a tiny bit on one side, the chilli naan had far too many chillis in it (compared to last time!), just not very consistent, disappointing :(

The food wadn't as good as it used to be, no flavor, dry, masala sauce almost looked curdled, sorry guys was not happy, threw it in the bin, £25 wasted

Very generous portions. Couldn’t eat it all. Ordered the set menu for one. They forgot my popadom but I didn’t want it anyway to be fair. Excellent value for money. Food arrived on time and piping hot.
