Had a great meal, the service was really good even though it was a very busy Saturday lunch time. Friendly service as always.

Nice wee cafe, perfect eggs everytime! I love coffee but unfortunately the coffee doesn't suit my taste here so I have a pot of tea instead 🥴. Chocolate should not automatically go on a cappuccino either , small complaints but important

Great panini's and coleslaw. Burgers went down well and decent portion of chips. Traybakes are worth it if you have the space left.

I've been here just twice but both times the treatment has been stellar. Not only are the staff friendly and talkative but they can make an excellent coffee and breakfast - one that it's hard to beat in similar places in town. The establishment comprises two rooms, seemingly parts of two separate buildings with a joining doorway meaning there is lots of space for a quiet breakfast or a more busy one as you see fit. Due to the location being just out of the reaches of the high street by a small walk, it's often quieter than the places more centrally located but I think this helps make Wickers World more enticing.

Great service. Food was lovely and also hot and plentifull and we will be going back for sure.

Wow! And many times, wow. Have been back again and again and it's consistently excellent service, astonishingly good food and a friendly warm and bustling atmosphere. I had some of the best cake I've ever had, and was then told it was vegan! If you're in Wick, you need to pop in, you'll be so thankful! Lovely folk and lovely food.

Hemos visitado aquí muchas veces anteriormente y por lo general para un sándwich para llevar. Tienen una gran selección, pero generalmente tenemos mayonesa de atún y pollo Coronation. Se hacen por encargo y tienen mucho relleno y se sirven con patatas fritas de buena calidad. El servicio es bueno y el personal amable. Le habría dado cinco estrellas si sus fichas fueran mejores.

The fish was edible when you were hungry, but ultimately the weakest we ate in Scotland. Nevertheless, the place is quite nice, maybe other items on the menu are better.

Este lugar sirvió la mejor comida que tuvimos en Wick. La comida es fresca, consistente y a un precio razonable. El servicio es un poco extraño - ordene en un mostrador y luego el personal de la camarera traer la comida / ofrecer condimentos, etc.

Había visto este café en viaje asesor y realmente quería probarlo, me impresionó, Qué café encantador, cargas en el menú, sándwiches, paninis, chaquetas, quiche, envolturas, queso mac n y un montón más, los dos tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí, un montón de asientos, cuando entras parece pequeño, pero hay un montón de asientos más allá de las cajas, el personal es muy amable, sin duda recomendaría este café.

We stopped for breakfast after reading some reviews and we cannot deny the positivity of the place. The staff was kind. The café is spread over two rooms facing the port. The service was fast. Excellent food. The displays of ancient photos are magnificent. Must try.

A good variety of fresh cakes are available with drinks, as well as breakfasts and other snack meals. A genuine, warm welcome and bright surroundings with pictures celebrating the history of Wick Harbour. A good experience.

This was my 2nd time visiting for lunch. The place for buzzing with lunch orders. But we weren’t waiting that long at all for our takeaways. We got a great feed for our picnic. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Will definitely be back for the next picnic.

A fabulous cafe right on the harbor. Good food and very clean. Will certainly be returning when next in Wick.

Why is nowhere in wick dog friendly

We had brunch here. The food was great. We both had cooked breakfast and it came with mugs of tea which was a perfect reward for our overnight sail to get to wick.

We just ended up here for a little snack and I have to say that what we had was very good and nicely presented.

Very popular local venue, food is always made fresh, we both had egg sandwiches, lovely soft white bread with ample filling and lovely side salad. Cakes stand was filled with a fabulous looking cakes and there is a full and varied menu. Well worth a visit.

This is a really excellent café on the harbourside in Pultney, south of the river in Wick. It is busy but has plenty of seating and a good menu. The staff are speedy and efficient.

The latte seems to last forever.

Un bar cafétéria sympathique , cuisine ouverte jusque 15h30. Bien pour grignoter un sandwich et frites ou une part de gâteau. Service accueillant. On est resté du côté bar. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant, salle à côté.

Lovely service and very nice inside. Didn’t have any food but looked good and reasonably priced. Coffee was ok. I’m a barista by trade and there was lots of screeching coming from the steaming jug meaning you aren’t adding any air. You need to, to prevent burning the milk. Most people probably don’t care but I could taste the milk was burnt. My issue though for being fussy person over my coffee. Lovely place, would return :)

ScotRail club 50 we're doing their anywhere in Scotland for £17 return. Wick was the furthest I could get to and back in a day. Left home at half six in the morning, got home at midnight. Sixteen hours on a train in total for fifty minutes in Wick. Tea and a sandwich at Wickers World was worth the trip

Brilliant, warm welcome from Val & Vic, great size room with comfy bed and good sized en-suite. Breakfast choice is great, I had poached eggs on toast and thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed my stay liafs, will definitely return.

Great, friendly, well run cafe. Staff are run off their feet but still welcoming & friendly. Prices really good, most baked goods home made by owners. Much bigger than it looks. Great food, breakfast choice is huge.

Stayed here overnight in room 3. Twin room. Spotlessly clean. Was able to park outside for free. The owners are super hospitable, and happy to provide tips and maps for the local area and beyond. A comfy bed , plenty of high quality amenities , and black out blinds provided for a great stay. Included is a breakfast cooked fresh to order. Highly recommended

Lovely clean cafe, friendly (female) staff. Could have more vegan options. We had beans on toast, which was fine. This was followed by a piece of vegan chocolate cake, which was very nice. The establishment has a lovely atmosphere due to the custom focused approach of the staff

I am from the town of Wick but stay un the South nowadays. This month I had occasion to travel home to attend the Seaman's memorial to remember those lost at sea. Growing up In the town I knew of this B&B so it was ideal for my visit. Val and Vic run the establishment with a brilliant staff. (Not staff but a bunch of lighthearted friends) when I arrived Vic already knew I had health problems so he kindly me me at the station and over the course of the short stay took me me by car to various appointments including dropping me off at the Memorial service. Then in my last day he took me to catch my train. His wife Val had already packed me a delicious lunch for the train. The scone she had baked earlier was accompanied with jam and cream. Delicious. In summing up I was not staying in a B&B with cafe but I was Home from Home with a winning crew .I Highly recommend Wickers World 👏👏👏👏👏

We came here from Poland and we could not find a better place to warm our chilled by local wind bones than this cafe. Not only was the coffee and snickers cake great, but the passion and smiles of people servicing us gave us strength and endurance to push further north to find some majestic puffins. Would stop here again, not only for coffee and cake but also for the atmosphere.

I read looking for a place to grab lunch, and this place did not disappoint. It was wonderful food and I highly recommend going here.

Wir haben hier zwei mal gegessen, einmal Mittag und einmal Frühstück. Waren beides mal sehr zufrieden. Die Preise sind vollkommen ok, wir waren von Edinburgh deutlich höhere Preise gewöhnt. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Portionen reichlich. Die Damen hinter dem Tresen waren alle sehr nett. Ein echter Tipp für jeden, der an Wick vorbei kommt.

Cheese scones are delicious. Friendly staff. They have a wide variety of homemade cakes and traybakes. Also lovely baked potatoes, toasties, sandwiches, rolls and Paninis with various fillings. Burgers, salads, fish ect lots of choices. A selection of teas, coffees and cold drinks. Good sized portions and fair prices. Clean toilets and parking out front. View of the harbour.

Had a very comfortable 2 night stay at Wickers World guest house. Room spacious, with recently updated en suite. Lovely view of Harbour. Breakfast each morning delicious. Val, husband and team within Cafe extremely helpful and friendly. So helpful, Val posted items to us which we inadvertently left behind!

A hidden gem! Ordinary looking cafe from outside (along Wick harbour front) but very spacious inside with lots of choices foodwise. The cakes look, and are, delicious. Even if you don't eat in, pop in and get cake (and other items) to go.

We were looking for some hot lunch, and were a little concerned with what would be on offer, from a "cafe". Well, we were very pleasantly surprised with the choice, and the quality. Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean, organized, they clean and disinfect tables after each visitor, good view for some tables. The staff is friendly, there is wheelchair accessible.

Great wee cafe down at the harbour, stopped for an early lunch but they run breakfast quick late and don't serve lunch till a specific time (I believe it was 11:45 but its been a few weeks since we were there) so had another breakfast. Food was alright, it just wasn't what we were after at the time. Cakes are very good tho and parking is easy as the harbour is a fair size.

Excellent breakfast at this cafe on the harbour in Wick. We had staying in one of the (very nicely refurbished) rooms above, and had breakfast here before leaving town. I cannot recommend the lodging highly enough, and the cafe is as good a breakfast as we had anywhere in scotland.

Popped in here for lunch after the lady at the distillery recommended it as a good lunch spot. Food was lovely and prices reasonable. We wanted to eat by the sea as it was a nice day and they offered everything as a takeout, including a little pot of salad with the paninis. I had a coronation chicken one and it was delicious with loads of filling. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely be back next time we're up that way.

Very rare to find a vegetarian cooked breakfast, and the one served here is absolutely amazing, just the treat for two hungry cyclists. Great food and lovely atmosphere, with nice views of the harbour. Plus the folks running the place are super friendly, and the crowd of people waiting at opening time speaks volumes about how great it is :) Such a fabulous spot!

Very delicious food for a reasonable price. The cafe was packed with people, but the staff were very welcoming. Everything seems very simple and gives a homely feeling. Food was very tasty, freshly made and full of flavour. Definitely the perfect place for family dinners too.

Nice little stop for breakfast. We sleep in over night parking at Noss head, and after google searching the best cafe in wick. It took us to wicker’s world. I got the all day breakfast and my partner got the veggie breakfast which she said was very nice and she is not a breakfast person. Good stop for doing the nc500!

We enjoyed the selection of food. You order at the front and they bring the food to your table and it was very quick. Loved the scones, ham and pea soup, fish, Mac and cheese and shortbread. The food has a homemade taste. Would come again.

Made a pit stop here whilst on route doing the NC500 very friendly staff and the full breakfast was tasty. Also cafe was nice and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone doing the NC500

We were walking the John o'Groats Trail and discovered Wickers World by chance. Great selection of food/snacks and the service was good. Friend left his walking pole and Suzanne found it and looked after it until it could be collected later. Thank you

Me and my husband have been going for many years as food top notch no complaints. Today and our last visit we were more or less hurried into finishing our food as plates etc taken away before we were even finished. Today I was still eating and the young waiter came along asked if I was finished as I still had toast on side plate. Before I answered he picked up my slice of toast putting into a empty plate. He then asked my husband if he was finished with his tea. He replied I will top it up. The waiter continued to stand over him until I asked for him to give us a minute. I understand to get a quick turn over get people in and out quick as possible but you need to let the customer know they are welcome. I know the staff need to do there job but the customers are the business.
