Super good chicken, fast delivery, amazing service and beautiful fries.

Great tasty well cooked chicken, but I would like the chips hotter!

Driver was great but the bag from Wicked Chicken wasn't secured shut as is done by other restaurants. That's really off putting.

My family love wicked chicken and order the same meal on a regular basis. We had some mini fillets again tonight… What happened,…? They were all so small compared to normal so felt we’d been short changed on our normal order as needed the 12 mini fillets to feed just the kids this time around!

The 1/2 was good but the order was missing a full fillet tower burger completely. Didnt respond to my claim too.

Food was not what we ordered and was replaced with items we did not order and did not like

Disgusting we ordered through just eat and then I rang and asked for some chicken legs to be included as one of our guests did not like the breast. I was so polite however they decided to put what they wanted in our order. We were missing chicken with only one leg and had chicken popcorn included that we did not order. I rang and was told that they got busy and ran out of chicken so replaced it. Not only that there size f chips has decreased so much since they opened. Absolutely disgusting and they showed no remorse just laughed never again will we use this business. Shame on you.

Used to love your burgers! But you’ve gotten expensive and clearly compromise on quality. I’ve submitted a return request for my cold food, with stale burger buns and a bone in the chicken fillet burger that I bit into! Loyal customers lost. Not worth £13.99 for each box meal at all

Unfortunately we couldn’t eat the BBQ chicken, it had a weird smell and taste to it, a real shame as it’s normally decent :(

Stone cold food, and loaded my burger up with salad and mayo after I asked for NO SALAD AND NO MAYO. READ THE NOTES ON THE ORDER. Burger in the bin and cold chips for dinner. £20 down the drain. If it happens again you’ll lose my custom so SORT IT OUT.

The fried chicken is usually very good but my order today was very dry, like it had been left under the hot counter for too long. The delivery time was fine.

batter on chicken was soggy, chips and goujons were very very salty. Used to love this place but for the price we have to pay we would rather just get something from the supermarket and cook ourselves. If you are going to charge the prices that you do then the food needs to be much better than that. You just lost a regular customer

The food arrived late. it was nearly cold and the burger buns fell to pieces whilst eating them. the chicken burger was tough and over-crispy. By far one of the worst offerings received from Wicked Chicken in recent months.

Got the Wicked Mix Deal 1 for £29.99. It was enough to feed 2-3 people. The salad and the rice didn't really go that well with the chicken and chips. Although that lemon did complement the chicken. Tasty chicken although a couple was a little dry. Chicken wings are excellent, chips too. The apple pie was delicious. No dramas picking up the order.

Can’t believe it, took a bite out of it to notice it was pink!? Almost as if someone grabbed a highlighter and drew on it, 2 hours then later pass by then I look down at the toilet in my agonising pain to see explosive poo dripping down my toilet, honestly the worse chicken ever!

Good food. Strips could have been better, they had lost most of the coating and were mainly bare chicken. Food really needs to be 100% perfect every time if you're putting the prices up as high as they've increased here. Some meals have almost doubled in price over the last year or so, that's WAY above what the cost price has risen by. If you're charging top dollar it needs to be perfect.
