This was a return visit. Once again, the meal was excellent. The service was swift and efficient. We took the opportunity to buy some freso produce from the associated shop.

The food here is not cheap but it was fresh and tasty. There are animals to see (sheep, pigs, alpaca, pony) and a good playground.

During our stay near Frome was ate at White Row Farm twice, a fish and chip supper and breakfast. Excellent food both times and a lovely setting. Sat outside on the picnic tables with my two dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing water for my dogs on the very hot days. We also really liked going round and seeing the animals. Highly recommended.

We visited for lunch after visiting a local market. We decided upon a fresh sandwich and were really impressed with the prices. £4-£5 for a huge doorstop sandwich with local ingredients. The ham, cheese and coleslaw was really tasty and filling. It seemed to only have 1 slice of ham in, albeit thick, I think 2 would have helped the flavour come through against the strong cheese and homemade coleslaw. There was nowhere to sit indoors so we had to sit out and it was a little on the chilly side but perfect for the summer time when the sun finally shows its face! Would definitely visit again for lunch when passing.

Fabulous Sunday lunch. Large portion, with delicious meat and a superb variety of tasty vegetables. Next time, I’ll probably ask for a child’s portion, in order to leave room for a dessert!

White Row Farm, Bath: Farm stop 2. 2 legs good 4 legs bad. Pigs are the feature here and you get a strong whiff of animal manure in form affirmation of farm life. It’s got the all-in’s - fresh local produce, store, cafe and a lovely outdoor garden seating when the sun bears down. Portions are massive. Kids meal suffice for an adult. Fish and chips are a must for the fish and chippers out there. #eatstylishtravelstylish

A small group of friends visit White Row monthly for a catch up. It must be good because we all live at least an hour away! Despite being known as White Row Fish and Chips, the menu covers much more, from simple snack food to delicious main meals. Portion sizes are always very generous, and the food is excellent value for money. On our most recent visit our waitress, Charlie, was particularly fantastic: she was cheerful and efficient and really helped us enjoy our visit. Much of the food served is locally sourced. In addition to the cafe there is a big farm shop and good children's play facilities. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

I’ve raved about their breakfast before. Lunch was just as good today. Simple for me - a burger and chips. But as burgers and chips going was pretty special. You can tell this is a farm shop because the beef burger and bacon were just such superb quality. And the chips were from their chippy, elevating them beyond the usual fries or ‘chunkies’ you get from other places. Beats all the specialist burger joints hands down - no messing, just something simple really well executed. Their Achilles heel is that they ALWAYS get something wrong on the order - today it was leaving the coleslaw on my wife’s plate when she’d asked for it to be left off (she HATES it!) and forgetting my salad. But life’s too short to get stressed about little things and it would be down to the staff being rushed off their feet because the place is packed - and why shouldn’t it be when the grub is this good!

A great place to eat friendly staff. For me a little expensive but worth it. A good selection of food to chose from and a fantastic view across the water. I have now eaten here a few times on my break. Well done to the team I'm glad you were recommended.

Cold solid savaloy, asked for salt and vinegar, even confirmed it, still not given. Disappointing 😕
