Really enjoyed the food, Kelly was amazing and made sure we had everything and nothing was too much for her. Live band was good, all round great night

Such a great pub, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, lots to do with the pool and darts, very happy atmopshere with new people and locals mixing. When you go in all of the staff greet you with a smile and happy to have a chat with you. Great decor on every occasion, live events are well attended, quiz night is very popular, just an overall great pub that has everything.

Can I just say white horse staff are so friendly and made you feel very welcome, nothing was to much and happy to help. We went to a halloween party that they put on for free. Which was absolutely amazing and couldn't of gone to any more effort than they did, the kids sure did have a brilliant time and adults also got involved. Food was amazing also and can't thank them enough for a great fun day. Will defiantly be returning!

Such a great pub. Friendly, welcoming with great food, very good selection of drinks and lovely staff. Whenever we’re there we always have a brilliant time. Piper is an excellent chef who’s always happy to accommodate “special” requests with our food. When you go in Kelly, Holly, Jodie, Lilly and Jack greets you with a smile and happy to have a chat with you. Since they took over the “new” owners have done an excellent job with the pub. Thank you for always looking after us.

Absolutely brilliant venue for day or evening out xxxx afternoon out with my granddaughter had food which was absolutely amazing xx we had 6 baskets of sharing food and was absolutely wonderful xxx the staff where brilliant as well made me feel like a regular customer xx

Came on quiz night and it was a great atmosphere. The bar however needed cleaning. I went to the bar three times and each time the spilt beer had not been wiped, it had just grown. When we sat down the table hadn't been wiped either. It was like the very lovely bar team didn't see it. That is a shame because it was a great atmosphere, but can't help but wonder how the lines and kitchen are kept if the front of house is so untidy, Toilets were clean tho

Food is good, varied and presented well. Been a few times now and can't fault it. Will definitely be going again

this is our regular pub which we go every few weeks for a steak we went in yesterday afternoon we always have 2 bottles of wine & 2 steaks it was very busy with only 2 staff on who are run off there feet .with no help from the landlords. we ordered 2 8oz rump steak's with peppered sauce the cook said it would be a while because they had a lot of food orders when our steak arrived we were shocked i said to the cook this is not a 8oz steak it is a 4oz she said i can only cook what is sent to us.i said i know my steak's & it is not 8oz i want to see the manager she said he is in the shower .we diden't see him to complain i know what has happened instead of saying to me they only had one 8oz steak she decided to cut it in half hoping we woulden't notice well sorry i did notice the food was taken away & we were refunded they diden't even ask if we wanted anything else which i would have said no to we spend £54 every time we go in. wont be going back which is a shame as it is our local we will go back when they have new landlords who look after there staff & customers as they dont. they will not speak to there customers for any feedback so frustrating

We visited this pub last night for the first time and had a meal there. We waited almost an hour for our food to arrive with integral parts of the food missing.... the rice to go with the chilli. After questioning where the food was we were informed of an issue in the kitchen which would have been nice to know beforehand. The food we did get was very nice. As for the beer garden .... it could be lovely. However, every table had empty glasses and plates, the area needed a good clean up and sweep. The staff did not seem interested in maintaining the clealiness of the pub and were too busy eating behind the bar. Such a shame because it could be lovely place

Absolutely awful service. I have been in a couple of times in recent weeks, served by the same lady and younger female (mother and daughter I think). Clearly only caters to ‘regulars’ or friends.

Under brand new management from September 2022 and they are great! Friendly welcome, good beer and super tasty food. Good value for money with huge portions. Well worth a visit!

The Saturday nights in here used to be great, fab atmosphere with quality entertainment on. Now empty with a few stragglers around the pool table playing their own rave tunes. Such a shame.

Our little secret, good food at less than home cooked prices, attentive service, three courses and drink for less than £10.00 each. How do they do it and in a good old fashioned pub atmosphere...will be back very soon. Look at their menu and specials...

Come often as good value and good food. Also great dogs are allowed inside, great beer. Garden in summer and plenty of parking.

Don't go here if you want to enjoy yourself... Food not good and atmosphere okay as long as you don't speak to loud.... Not recommeneded

My meal arrived minus green beans and carrots, replaced with boiled to death broccoli which I detest. My sisters meal was missing peas, onion rings and tomato. The 'chunky chips' were your bog standard cheapest frozen ones. Nothing chunky about them. The waitress said that the delivery of veg had not arrived. On suggesting someone could have gone down the road to the shop there, the reply was it was it was against health and safety. I wrapped my chicken up to take home for the dog. Can honestly say this was the worst meal I have ever had. Stay well clear.
