Good value and friendly atmosphere. The hot drinks could be hotter also breakfast is sometimes a little cold.

Much better example of spoons. Up to date with allergy knowledge, friendly and helpful staff, quick service. Food comes out hot and actually edible. Have eaten here many times and rarely had any issues. Varied menu, and surprisingly quite a lot for both vegetarian and gluten free. Relatively cheap and plenty of seating. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, sometimes you'll find a place on the high St, sometimes near Sainsbury's car park and sometime have to go behind the high St. This spoons can get really busy and loud. So if you have neuro-diverity, then be aware. It's manageable, but at times I've had to leave quicker than I've wanted to as it's gotten too much. Ear defenders or loop earphones would be a good idea to limit this

Good meal and service but seemed understaffed, slow clearing tables

This is the first Wetherspoon i have eaten in and I was very surprised. There were not lots of men just drinking beer but families and groups of friends both young and old. The meal I had came with a side salad which was very fresh and the service was good, the price was also good.

Made a complaint about the standard of one of the dishes that we received, was met with the manager ‘Imogen’ who was possibly one of the rude at people I have ever come across in hospitality, was basically told to keep it or lose it, the food was not edible yet she was arguing there was nothing wrong with it, she raised her voice, hugged and the attitude was disgusting, how she managers staff I do not know, the way she was seen speaking to them was horrendous, as well as clearly b’ching about is as she walked away (which was overheard from someone with us returning from the toilet Will never visit again and Wetherspoons really should look into who they employ and take some sort of action

Very disappointed with the poor quality food and the attitude of the waiting staff . I am a frequent customer of witherspoons but I must say palladium Midsomer Norton is not up to usual standard. The food service is poor and the food had to be sent back uneaten..waist of money. No surprise we won't be eating here again.

Not very busy during this visit. A quick breakfast. The food was great, the service quick and very friendly. There are times when it is very busy, and the wait is longer, but the food remains good and the staff remain friendly

Food is really good here. And the service is quite fast and efficient. Really impressed by the quality of the food. Better than some restaurants I've been to. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Very busy but served quickly and food ok, what I expected in Spoons but you can’t argue at the their prices. Toilets a bit disappointing on cleanliness which is why not 5 stars.

Bought a cheese and ham panini for £7.80 with a drink. The pint was fine but there was hardly any ham in the panini so essentially I paid £3.00 for toasted bun. When I showed one of the staff they said it comes how it comes. I said there's no hame in that side and he just shrugged his shoulders. Very bad customer service!

We normally pick wetherspoons as a place to eat if we were away however would not go back to this one. Our meal was short of certain vegetables and no matter how we tried to deal with it, even paying again we didn't get them. Very disappointed from the reaction from the manager.

First time coming here and honestly wasn't expecting much, it's a Wetherspoons. I real just came here as cheap and reliable. I was pleasantly suppised. The architecture lends this place a pleasantly different atmosphere. There are a few little alcoves, particularly upstairs if you want a quieter, more intimate table. The beer garden looks worth exploring so I intend to come back soon to do just that. Over all a reasonable meal in an interesting place with clientele only Midsomer Norton could deliver.

Can't go wrong with Spoons. It's a really nice look in there.

This was my morning bike stop coming from Bath, for a bit of breakfast. It was very busy but I managed to find a spot where I could charge up the bike battery and wait for my freedom breakfast to arrive. I’ve had indifferent breakfast visits before but this was my first in this one. All the staff were very friendly and although my breakfast arrived before my orange juice, it wasn’t a problem. I ordered extra mushrooms and a slice of toast to help with those egg yolks. I’ll go as far to say it was probably the best Spoons brekky I’ve had.

You know what you're getting in weatherspoons. This one is always busy, but you'll only struggle for a table on a Friday or Saturday night. The pizzas are the best thing on the menu. Update: the Ramen noodles are really nice.

Disgraceful from the management here. Having attended the weekly quiz many times, tonight my wife and daughter were accused of cheating. Apparently the rest of the teams are so thick they have to resort to this kind of accusation.

Burnt hard pizza. Was taken away, then brought back with a take it, or leave it, rude attitude from the waitress. Very upsetting experience

Fine fish and chips, sat in the garden. Enjoyed cider from the extensive joice.

Very clean, staff were attentive and had great customer service. Was ordering a coffee at 10.30am but one of the regular alcoholics at that time pushed in front and the staff felt better to serve them first to avoid issues with that person's behaviour. Wasn't the staffs fault entirely, better to avoid those situations I guess.

Big place, cheap coffee. Spicy chicken burger wasn't spicy but was nice and fairly affordable.

great 2 level witherspoons, used to be a cinema. Does what spoons do best decent well priced food and beer. A gem of a pub.

Being creatures of habit, and knowing what we like, we visited this Whetherspoons for the first time last week ordering the same food we generally order at any other whetherspoons…but it was below par and helped us make an easy decisions not to come back to this pub again! Pizzas had a very displeasing after taste, can’t explain what it was but it wasn’t nice! ‘Large’ fish & chips was barely a child’s size and lacking in flavour. Chicken boneless basket was acceptable to be fair - 1 out of 4! Being a Whetherspoons you know what to expect atmosphere and clientele wise, but it just felt elevated here - very noisy and families disrespected the place (letting their kids run around and making excess mess with food making no effort to stop or clean up around them). Still love Whetherspoons overall, but ticking this particular branch off our list and never returning.

Didn't eat, only coffee and biscuits. We were able to chat and play games.

Lovely atmosphere, good salad, wouldn't recommend the dressing though.

The chips were cold, and apparently, the Worthingtons line to the beer tap was frozen.

Freshly cooked breakfast until 12pm. (My favourite, full English. Very nice). Then meals of various types and sizes. Great prices as well. Buy a hot drink and get unlimited refills from the self service hot drinks machines. My wife and I go here regularly. 3, 4 or 5 times a month. Love it.

Horrible place, Sticky tables, full of Chavs! Also it’s just not good value anymore, the price is cheap but the quality of food is bad and the atmosphere is horrible.

Lovely huge place on 3 levels. Friendly Staff. Love the top up on coffee. It was busy when we went in, but after ordering it wasn't long before the delicious food arrived.

Good old weather spoons,lovely venue. Tho the menu is not as good as when it first opened. Much less choice now. But still good value. Also sometimes hard to get a table

Service is getting worse. Waited over 20 mins to have a bowl of tuna brought to the table that was ordered the same time as my baked potato. Getting very sloppy

Great for a last min meal. Walked in, sat down, ate and left. No fuss just what we wanted. Food was simple but tasted nice. The soup was particularly good which we had as an alternative to chips with a panini.

The managers here need to have training on their manners. Very rude and unprofessional.If there are items out of stock they should be removed from the app not wait until the plate of food comes to the table to be told you can have a refund, another choice off the menu would have been made. Please ask if the customers glass is finished with don’t put your fingers in and pick it up off the table and walk away !! And no it wasn’t finished with there was still some in there.Also be aware if there are any issues they can block you from ordering on the app.

Visited for breakfast after a rainy walk. Chose porridge with maple syrup - it was delivered to the table with maple bacon. Taken back to correct, I received maple syrup, no porridge. When the porridge arrived, I could carve it with a knife and fork! Not acceptable, sorry! Service was shocking.

Hugely busy. App to order terribly slow and hung for ages, aborted twice during payment stage. Queue to order 'in person' too long so gave up and left.

Dropped in for breakfast over a two day stay close by, service was very fast and friendly. I had the extra large breakfast and it filled me up a treat.

Went for breakfast, the egg yoke was broken and had run into the bread and the butter , The so called toast was warmed up bread,not even brown. The baked beans were warm and the sausage skin was hardish. Absolute rubbish ,waste of time.The service was very good

I was there last night had a lovely evening with friends but because my friend whistled we were refused another drink this is disgusting as there where far worse things going on, we are middle aged people myself being 63 just out for a nice evening you need to treat all your customers the same

I've been to much nicer wetherspoons shame the one in MSN is dark, dingy and dirty. They could have made it much nicer.
