Visited this store yesterday & had to use the baby changing /toilet room downstairs. And was most disgusted to find well not to find any nappy bin to dispose of my grand daughters nappy not even a sanitary bin or usual waste bin !!! When I asked the assistant I was told to use the bin in the high street !!!

Lovely coffee shop Lovely staff. My only complaint is the toilet was out if order .As a disabled person I need to the toilet ,and think it's really poor not too have a working toilet .

Friendly staff though often on their phones when customers are stood waiting to be served and the card machine and costa card machine is "down" regularly which means cash payments only and customers unable to gain points on their costa app.

I love this place whenever I visit Keynsham I came to drink a cuppa ☕️ of Latte here . It’s make me so happy .. Good and friendly staff who is very nice 👌 at there work I appreciate there work I think they feel it’s there home work . Lovely good job .

Lovely friendly Costa, groups of people meeting up, such a nice atmosphere in here & great coffee. All on one level with wheelchair accessible loo.

Love this place, warm friendly, manager amazing and cannot do enough for you, service was 1st class, wasn't going to go in..but manager welcomed me and advised me to go upstairs where I could work in a quiet environment..big company's need to remember people make the difference. If it wasn't for the manager there I would not have gone in or bought anything.. I will visit regularly now because of him and will work out of this space, even though other Costa closer..even brought me water as I was leaving....cannot recommend highly enough..A×..you have a good one there 👍

Always a joy to dine here. The staff are always helpful, especially when I have free drinks.

I often pop in and it's relaxed and friendly. I went in and informed the lady I haf had a bad allergic reaction to something and was concerned as I had the child I look after with me. The lady was kind and attentive - she put me at ease and made it all much easier! Thank you very much. And the drinks are great too!

Staff are great, but the system of service is rubbish. I came in for a small black coffee to take out, and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes ! I was left waiting behind people that were having fancy coffee's/ food etc. I just wanted a plain black coffee, no sugar, to go.😩

Great coffee and food, brilliant staff

Had chocolate and biscuit cake which was dry and had a crust as if out to long . Had 2 sslted caramel frappes which were a consistency of lumpy milk but did taste fine. Had cheap squirry cream rather than the normal real cream . Not great but had takeout so not in shop to Complain .

Far to many screaming children for my liking. went in for a relaxing cup of coffee all we got was screaming kids 🤣🤣🤣

Lovely staff, however was a little put off on one Saturday at 5pm that we couldn't sit where we wanted to and had to be moved only so they could mop the floor. There closing time was 6pm!? We also had to drink out of paper cups so they don't have to clean. A clean up time should be done after the shop closes, or at least 20 minutes before not an hour. We also felt rushed to eat our cakes and hot chocolate. The chap was wiping up our table with us still sat there. So rude, we still had 30 minutes to go.

I went into costa with my twin 3yr old boys, one of which was having a massive meltdown. He wouldnt calm down, the young girl behind the counter came over and gave him a couple of marshmellows to try and passify him, then one of the gentleman barristas came over and made a fuss of him. As one of my boys has spd this is quite a regular occurance for me and makes going out quite unpleasant but for once rather than being stared at and being made to feel uncomfortable they really made me feel welcome and i will go again. It really made a huge difference to me and i cant thank them enough for their kindness.

Always a great break from shopping stopping for a coffee or hot chocolate and hot and cold snacks.

They make a reall good flat white here.

Visited today with my sister and niece. It was very busy but despite this we still received excellent customer service. Larbi was very friendly, interacting with my niece and he even offered to wash her dummy after she had dropped it on the floor. I don't often leave reviews but felt this little gesture meant a lot. Thank you Larbi and your team for excellent customer service :)

Nice coffee dreak in the sunshine

Not been in a Costa for a long time not my first preference by a long way as tte atmosphere and service is usually dire We were spending the day in Keynsham and for some unknown reason decided to just go into this Costs it seemed to draw us A hot chocolate and an Americano was ordered with a prawn sandwich What a delight it was inside all the staff working hard and laughing and happy we were served our drinks and sandwich with a friendly face and attitude but I have to say all the members of staff were a credit to Costa We will definitely come to this Costa again

Disappointed with service even when it was quiet, no greeting or any customer service. I asked for latte and it was milk and coffee with so much bubbles on top. They definitely need some brista training to know how to make a simple hot drink.

Flat white ? More like a very milky latte !! … when you wait for your coffee the staff members are more interested in chatting away to each other about other people . No Customers skills at all . Noticed this on two occasions now so have the Benefit of the doubt . I won’t be back !

Watery coffee no flavour. Been getting worse for some time Sticky dirty tables. £3.05 for this ? Go to cafe Nero £2.25 with meerkat deal and better flavour.

Went to come in for a quick drink, decided to use the loo beforehand and a worker (believe it was the manager) came up asking if myself and my friends were going to be purchasing a drink. We mentioned we were however we wanted to go to the loo beforehand, he came up again asking that the loo is really for customers and again we mentioned we wanted to use the loo before making a purchase. He approached us a 3rd time and acted rude and argumentative, whilst we were waiting patiently in line to use the loo. If the shoe was on the other foot I can understand mentioning the loo is for customers initially, however acting aggressively and argumentative upon multiple approaches before even giving us the chance to make any purchases is not what I expected from a chain such as Costa and really shows how they treat people upon a short stay. Needless to say we didn't make a purchase after being put off by the staff member, believe he was wearing glasses and don't intend on coming back

The cafe was very busy but service prompt and the coffee very good. My friend bought sandwiches which she said were excellent. I liked the way the staff quickly noticed when anyone needed help to take their order to their table.

Disappointed no chocolate chip shortbread, noticed this in a couple of others. Apparently it's a supply issue. Staff very courteous and helpful. Drink nice and hot. Great ventilation, very covid secure.

Often stop here for coffee on my way to the station when I am working away - they always gender me correctly (which is an amazing start to the day!) and the guy who is usually working in the mornings is cute too... 5/5 for this Costa!

Not enough vegan or gluten free products

Very disappointing.Had £1.00 off.Thought a nice treat but didnt realise you cannot spend your points if you use a voucher.Have £18.00 worth of points,ended up paying just under £5.00 for 2 coffees...which would never do.Took ages to even access the £1.00 voucher.I would have preferred to just not spend the £1.00 voucher.

Love coming here for my Costa fix. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Making an effort to create conversation and they often have nice deals on the food!

We have been buying coffee and breakfast rolls weekly last few months. Last five weeks it’s been getting steadily worse . The rolls have been as solid as a house brick . Dried up and mostly inedible . We are great fans of costa and use them all over the country when we are in holiday etc. We are going to give up on Keynsham as it doesn’t seem to be very well managed .

Friendly and efficient. The coconut vanilla latte is superb

We received dirty cups, we also had a cinnamon bun that was completely raw and inedible, we complained to one of the employees who was extremely rude when showing him it was raw and still in dough form, he then proceeded to explain that this is how it comes.

Loved it great staff and great coffee

I visited Costa Coffee today with my son, as there were 3 people queuing my son asked to use the bathroom therefore we went to do this before attaining our drinks and cakes. Whilst standing outside the bathroom, a man swung the kitchen door open, stood less than an arms length in front of me and aggressively asked if I was a customer to which I replied yes and before I could say anything else, he went on to say no you are not! You cannot use the bathroom, I want you and your kid to leave! Which I refused as my son was bouncing up and down desperate. He said he didn't care if he needs the toilet and to get off the premises! He was so aggressive with threatening body language! I kept trying to explain what I was doing and he kept raising his voice and his arms asking me to leave the premises! I was in shock therefore very meak as I couldn't believe what was happening and he said he would physically stop me from entering the bathroom! I then went on to try and show him my disability card that allows me to use bathrooms even if I was not a customer (which I was planning to be!) and he raised his voice and hands at me and said again I don't care what you've got, you are not welcome here woman, or your kid! We left as we were so frightened. I have reported this to Costa with the request that this man should be fired for being abusive, aggressive, violent, threatening and discrimination against disabled people. I am awaiting my reply. This man would not give me his name but kept shouting at me that he was the store manager. This is a warning to all that this man is very dangerous and obviously mentally ill! As we did nothing wrong!

Nice tea and hot chocolate. Covid rules being strictly followed, we were asked to wait at door on entering, then a staff member asked us to sanitize hands to track and trace.well done costa felt safe

I find it appalling how we are not aloud to use the toilet without buying something! As young girls (clearly)... you should find the respect and audacity to allow us to toilet access while we are out in public for simple young lady reasons.

Staff friendly and served quickly esp as busy .main area always clean and tidy my only gripe was the toilet .why is it every costa toilet you go in always needs a tidy/ clean ...loo roll on floor and water on floor .otherwise was a pleasant vist .

First of all, I love Costa Coffee. Great Coffee and my daughter absolutely love the frostinos. I am pleased to see the extra 30 minutes of opening hours but I wonder whether staff working there have picked up on it?? Yesterday we arrived at 5:30pm asi wanted to treat my daughter to celebrate an achievement only to hear they were no longer operating the blender as its now too late in the evening. Fine, we went to Coffee #1 instead. Looks like staff are just keen to clear up and go home at 6PM as soon as store closes.

After all the hardships they’ve gone through, I can clearly say that they improved a lot. More efficient staff and faster service and polite friendly baristas. Give it a go..

Big mistake. This used to be a half decent place for a coffee and a snack. Now, bloody awful. 20 minute queue to get served, not enough staff, dirty and hence no doubt unhygienic. Customer service - not sure that is known about in here nowadays! Probably best going elsewhere...

This Costa is very nice, clean and spacious. It feels very cosy, especially as they have recently had a makeover. There are plenty of seats available upstairs and down. There are toilets upstairs and downstairs. The servers are friendly and quick to serve. The drinks are made to a good temperature. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Friendly service, nice Christmas speciality tea. Had a job to find a seat as busy at the time but there is additional seating and an additional toilet upstairs. Clean.

The tables were cluttered with dirty crockery and cutlery not enough staff to clear it up, staff at the counter were very pleasant.

Costa was as Costa usually is. Very large coffees, comfortable atmosphere, a bit bland in devour but such is the way with coffee chains. Reasonably priced coffee compared to other well known coffee chains.

This coffee used to be so busy and well organised. Day by day after the staff changing all the time, the service is poor, slow and terrible. No greet and no smile, lack of fastness and the wait in the queue till the main door is most painful considering most of the clients are old. Hope a big organisation like this get it right with well trained staff as I’ve seen people got mad and left after half way through and went to coffee 1 across the road and got coffee even before I got even served. Never again
