Westwoods Bar & Grill in Boston

The Good: Food was nice, staff were friendly. We stayed over night and the room was beautiful.. just refurbished. Grounds are nice. The Bad: Ordered nachos as a main meal for him and burger and chips for her. Nachos arrived but the kitchen weren't told they were a main..waited 20 minutes for the burger to come out, but which time the nachos had been eaten 😑 had to ask for salt and vinegar, they had run out of ketchup and we had the last of the normal mayo. Burger was slightly pink on the inside. Nachos apparently were very nice! Would I return here if I was local (this was a weekend away from our home in South wales) probably not if I'm honest. Sorry.

Went here after seeing all the fab reviews but was a huge and duscusting let down. The women's toilets were revolting and hadn't been cleaned for a long time, they stank of urine. The table we sat to eat our meal was also completely filthy. I asked my friend if we could leave but then the waiter came over and it felt too awkward. When the food arrived it tasted like a cheap burger, this would normally cost £14 so I'd expect much better quality. There was some vinegar on the plate for the chips but no salt, no sauces or anything. My friend went to find someone for done condiments but no-one in sight. Even the coke didn't taste right, it tasted very watered down. I'm not sure how everything was so bad, but it was. A McDonald's would have been better standards than what we've endured here.

First visit for food and have to say it was AMAZING... There was a wide variety on 2 menus...we ordered the Sliders(new on the menu) and we weren’t disappointed... in fact there was too much food (who even says that).. burgers, loaded fries, onion rings..we didn’t have to wait long for our order to arrive, food was hot and well presented..we will be back!

Visited Westwood’s last week and wasn’t disappointed. The food was fantastic and the choice very good. I had a steak which was cooked to perfection. The views from the restaurant are wonderful and we had a pre dinner drink on the balcony. Lovely sunny spot. The service was excellent. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I have to say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in the Boston area and we will definitely be returning.

Popped in for a quick bite at lunch with my daughter earlier this week. Fantastic food, friendly attentive service surrounded by beautiful scenery. I'll be back again and may take a walk around the grounds!

Great eating experience with nice surroundings over looking the golf course. Good menu and very reasonably priced. Also decent breakfast.

We visited Friday evening after looking at their website (which doesn’t do this place any justice) and were pleasantly surprised. Service and food is outstanding and the place has a great feel factor about it. Views over the balcony are stunning and great sunset. Guy working was extremely professional but also friendly and helpful. Had all knowledge about allergies which I often find isn’t the case in restaurants. Food presentation and taste was 5* and a great selection of drinks available. Just a great place to visit even if not wanting to eat. We will be returning very soon.

Met family at Westwood's for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Menu is great, lots of choice and good prices. Didn't have to wait for the food and the staff were friendly. Can't ask for more than that. I've eaten there a few times and always enjoy the food. The Menu changes which is nice as there are new things to try.

Just had a lovely big lunch at Westwood’s but disappointed with having to wait 45 minutes for a club sandwich and a door stop sandwich. Substantial sandwiches and delicious but small portion of chips for price as extra. Wonderful attentive waitress, couldn’t fault her.

Our family visited Westwood’s bar and grill for the first time on Saturday, we called ahead to book a table, the phone call was easy and pleasant. We arrived upstairs to be greeted by a lovely lady who kindly took our drinks order, she asked us to take a seat, she would then come and take our food order. After a short wait our food arrived, I must say it was delicious, absolutely perfect at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be visiting again very soon. I must say what pleasant views over the fantastic Scenery whilst eating our meal. we then retired to the outside terrace for drinks and to take the views in further.

I recently visited with a good supplier of ours for an informal (ish) business meeting and I have to say that we were all happy with both the quality of the food on offer and the service we received. The surroundings are about as good as it gets too. Order the 'Dirty Burger', you won't be disappointed!

The food was perfect with excellent customer service. Loved the views of the driving range, I’d highly recommended to anyone.
