Brilliant services. Modern, clean , nice variety of food available, seating area outside, dog friendly, plenty of parking spaces, clean toilets what more can you ask for

Stopped for EV charge. Need more CCS chargers, it was busy. Facilities were great though.

I like to add comment this services ares it's very unique for all sorts of things you need especially food places like chopsticks, subways, and WHSmith, m&s KFC etc they have lovely garden car parking and I like thanks to manger on the site I think his name is Islaam he is very kind & helping person he guides you A to Z what you need make sure you're satisfied before leaving you to it thankyou all kind of service much appreciated.

Weirdest mens toilets ever, walked in some melt was checking him self out.... ( Full turn an everything ) And no one was using the urinals, all in the cubicle, what's happening fellas???

This is absolutely the best services I have visited. It has good choice of food drinks etc, really great picnic area, fountains and a shaded outside area to relax. 2 hours of free parking and oy £15 for 24 hours so you can rest and get refreshed during your journey. Spotlessly clean facilities including loos and a free to use shower

It's a service station. Plenty there but grossly overpriced and a proper hike to the toilets.

Much needed stop but the toilets were dirty and smelt awful.

This services is like a building site. Massive queues to get parked but loads of spaces. No picnic benches to sit at with takeaway food. Absolutely not welcoming needs to change its name

Great coffee. Greater still was our experience a little later: I forgot my bag with passports, macbook, ipad and airpods at the Starbucks…. Discovered that two hours later at our destination. When we came back, member of staff Lucas, greeted me at the door with a smile and my bag… He recognised me en even kwew what drinks we had. He saved our holiday!

Well equipped service station. The truck parking is a fair walk from the main services. BurgerKing was good but quite expensive. Good service. 2hrs free parking.

A great place to stop and refresh.

A large, modern service center next to the highway. Gas station with a full range of products. Large parking lots for trucks and cars. Truck fee £38 with voucher. There is a small pond in front of the entrance. There are many restaurants, shops and clean, free toilets and showers in the building. There is always a lot of traffic. Nevertheless, I recommend it. The break was peaceful, although I witnessed several drivers being robbed.

Went in the other night everything closed. Apart from the most expensive shop in the world. And don't believe the meal deals or 2 for 1 crap advertising. Get to the till no sur that fin-ish-ed . No promotion on that drink.

Very expensive coffee. Clear it with your bank manager first before buying. Welcome Break made £135M profit on £487M revenue in 2024. This is 27% profit and is clearly profiteering at the expense of the traveller, yet they still justify grossly inflated prices on difficult trading conditions and increased costs. Get real Welcome Break. Time to contact OFT I think.

Stop here for a break from driving. It is a great place for breaks from driving and for some to eat. It has tiolet facilities for all with disabled ones too. Lots of parking spaces, including EV charging points and many fast food joints. You can park for free for 2 hours.

Always use this welcome break when travelling to and from Kent to North Wales.

This has come to a charge stop coming out of London. The services are good too.

As services go it was pretty good. Great selection of shops. I only went in for a drink (Starbucks) and a toilet stop. Lost a star for there being quite a lot of rubbish about. People really need to put their rubbish in the bins, it's not rocket science!

Facilities are good but disappointed in the number of ev charges for such a big service station. Only 4?

Really good services good selection of food in the food court. But sadly, apart from WHSmith, everything else shuts down at 11.00pm. You can't even get a hot drink.

Loads of HGV parking during the day . HGV Fuel pumps are very slow . Although there's a door right next to pumps it's locked and you need to walk around the services to hand your card in then again to pay for fuel. Avoid if you're in a rush.

Big and nice place to get rest and eat

Personally I favour this to beaconsfield. It is usually a bit quieter, better parking, less hassle to get out of when it is busy, if you are unfortunate enough to own a Tesla, they have lots of chargers for those. Has three Starbucks coffee shops for reasons unknown.

Fantastic services everything you want for a break

It’s a good services with many different stores and rest areas available to take that much needed break with a large car park, Starbucks, Waitrose, loads of toilets and a large BP.

Good services, large car park with disabled spaces right outside. There is a branch of Pizza Hut just to the side of the main building which looked fairly busy. Inside the services you have the usual mixture of shops and fast food outlets, a WH Smiths for books, chocolate etc, a KFC, Waitrose and Starbucks, sadly not my favourite Costa Coffee. The ladies toilets are large and spotlessly clean, there is also a shower room if you needed to take a shower. There was a small patch of grass and trees at the back of the car park where you could walk your dog. Bolly and Hollie were ok and didn't need to get out, but it's useful to know it's there. This was definitely one of the better services we have stopped at and I would be happy to have a break on here if we needed to. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Really good choice of eateries and a marks and Spencer. However we made a bad choice with Subway. Took ages to prepare and we hadn't got our dips and waffles. When we asked for them we were glared at. The couple behind us had a completely mixed up order. We finally got ours but only had one set of waffles and one dip instead of two. My veggie one wasn't very nice.

Great place to stop for a break during a road trip or when commuting. Plenty of choices of food and toilets fairly tidy and clean.

It's a services so rent makes prices high.

Best place to take a break while you are on M40, plenty of parking and many food outlets, coffee, sitting places, electric car charging point, WH Smith for general travel accessories and a phone shop for phone accessories

In my opinion, one of the best places where you can stop and relax

No electric charging points for anyone who doesn’t own a Tesla, had to drive off and find another which isn’t good enough in the modern world!

Can't get a coffee and 6:10 am both starbucks closed. Is this Nigeria?

Great pit stop lots of choice to eat

Review from February 2022. I recommend it, there are a few places to go in the evenings. Update from February 10, 2025. Nice service, there are plenty of places on the weekend. We pay £35 without vouchers or £37 with vouchers. I stood there for 3 days and nothing happened, there were no strange people, the trailer and the truck were intact and the fuel was intact. Illuminated and cameraed. There are two showers at the service station, there are only temporary toilets at the station. Whether at the station or at the service center, everyone is friendly. So after a few years it's even better.

Not far to walk to the toilets unlike a lot of other motorway services.

Good rest area on our way to Birmingham. It has tesla chargers too.

Subway is under renovation. KFC/ Burger king are available.

When of the better service stations in the UK. Always use when in the area.

I arrived at 1.30. There was room. Although there was also some "gymnastics" when parking. Shower only in the main building. Closed at the station.

Large M40 services which are just off the motorway. Can be busy getting into services up the slip road and can take a while finding a space in car park especially if you want to park nearest the food services. Lots of disabled parking immediately in front of the building. Plenty of places inside to buy snacks, large seating area, customer toilets.

The staff that helped us recently to recover our missing cat at this service station were amazing. Big thanks

Always use this services when I'm going to London to see my sister . Has everything you need from toilets to food from M&S to subway and lots of other outlets .

Visited the pizza express which was lovely and very quick service. Fantastic place to stop.

Clean and tidy .. stopped for put stop on our way to France. Toilets are very clean and a few shops open to get drinks and sweets.
