Free crackers were stale and not crunchy. Mixed hor’s d’oeuvres Ribs were mini sized ribs and over cooked, prawn toast was more like sesame toast as it had no prawns/paste and extremely small sized, seaweed was over cooked (taste burnt) and oily. We liked the satay chicken and peanut sauce. Set menu Egg fried rice, over cooked, very dark and not fluffy Pork balls were nicely cooked. Chicken with mixed vegetables was ok but not a lot of chicken. Mushroom curry, the sauce was very oily and didn’t have much flavour, tasted like water, mushrooms and onions. Vermicelli rice noodles - were extremely spicy with lots of veg (hubby enjoyed) Delivery driver was super quick and lovely! The food was piping hot but we will certainly not be using this Chinese again as in our opinion it was over cooked, bland and very small portions

Just ordered their special fried rice, chowmein and capital spare ribs. The ribs were so extra fried and chewy that literally I couldn’t tear apart most pieces and by jaws started paining. The chowmein was worse than last time. Overall pretty bad experience. Fried rce was okay.

Had a delivery. Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten, most of it went in the bin! Wouldn't give it any stars

First time I’ve used this takeaway. I ordered online. The delivery driver was polite and food was hot and delivered on time. I ordered chicken and chips with BBQ sauce, I wished the chicken was on the bone, the sliced chicken was over cooked and dry, I didn’t enjoy it and didn’t eat it. The chow mien was ok but duck was also quite dry. Shame.

We ordered salt and chilli chips and chicken, chicken curry, crispy shredded beef, duck fried rice, prawn toast all came to £38. Got a free tango with our order and prawn crackers too, I am very disappointed to report that there is no leftovers for tomorrow, everything was spot on. Looks really run down from the outside but when your takeaway tastes like this it doesn’t faze me one bit what the restaurant looks like. 10/10

Really gone down hill, duck we had and paid £10.40 was dry, hardly any of it & just horrible! Free prawn crackers had seen better days too....so sad as we have used this takeaway for 20 years but will need to go elsewhere!

Great takeaway Chinese place.The place is clean but looks a bit tired from outside however the food is great.Food are tasty and looks great. You do get good large portion sizes for the price. Cash only of you're picking up orders.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered sweet and sour chicken they delivered some kind of tofu in black sauce. When I called the lady offered a freebie next I order. Absolutely shocking. Only good thing about this place was the driver who was actually nice.

New to this restaurant. Price was reasonable although service charge was automatically ordered. Food took ages to arrive. When it came, it was too salty ,dry and too much soya sauce. Beef too dry and overcooked. It was inedible. Called to complain but they didn't pick up.

Second time we ordered from them. Reviews.on just eat very positive. Food was fresh, prawns starter very nice as were chicken skewers. Beef and black bean spot on, prawn with cashews very good. Order came bang on time, food tasted like it just came off the fire. Recommend

Nice Special Chow Mein but pancake rolls were spicy. Will definitely try them again as they're my local Chinese.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls egg fried rice, chips. Chicken balls rock hard, dry and hard to digest, rice overloaded with soy sauce, chips reasonable and delivery was pretty good but wouldn't order from their again

Thought we'd give "this place a try" as a substitute, our normal Chinese delivery was shut. The squid starter - batter almost rock hard & poor..Main dish, curry, almost watery.Chicken flavourless!. WE WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN..SORT TAKEAWAY OUT,ITS DISGUSTING!.

Disgtusting watery tasteless food. Go somewhere else and save your hard earned cash. Delivery took well over an hour and a large black hair was swimming in the chicken curry, my wife and i are both blonde so it didn't come from us

Very average Chinese takeaway, food really isn't special and their prices are higher than average, luckily their 'meal for one' contains enough for food for two people. The meal for one costs £9.00.

service good, ok, but food desultory, old mushrooms, prawn balls nice felt all other veg on the turn and yuckky prawns o obviusly as these were frozen. yeah not going back there

Food was disgusting and overpriced!

Ordered 3 dishes tonight. Was told by the lady on the phone it would be delivered within 15 to 20 mins. 1 hour later still no food so i called them to be told its on its way. 30 mins later cold soggy food arrives. Crispy chilli beef is now called cold soggy beef!!! Found a hair in my spring roll too. That is the last time i will ever order from there. It has really gone downhill.

I have always had my Chinese from Welcome and never had any issues but the last two times have been disgusting and i will not be ordering from there anymore the meat is full of fat and tastes vile 😡

Ordered food at 7.30 and received a delivery time of 8.55. Still waiting as of 9.20 and no food received. Called the restaurant and was advised that they only had 2 drivers on shift. This isn't a problem, but we should have been updated accordingly so we could cancel the order if necessary. Just wondering if the diver that "left 15 minutes ago" will turn up anytime soon.

Blown away by how good the food is! Ordered Shredded chilli beef, salt and spicy chicken, chow mein, egg fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. The egg fried rice and chow mein were rich and salty with soy sauce. All other dishes were superb!

Ordered for delivery and they FORGOT 2 portions of rice and when i bit into the chicken foo yung i bit onto not 1 chicken bone but 2. Then after checking my 2 year old grandsons plate i found another 1. Checking the rest i found total of 5 bones that could of choked one of us or broke a tooth. Chow mein so much grease it left rest of food laying in it, taste not good. Wont be going there again.
