My cheese steak wasn’t toasted

no cheese and not toasted even though I ordered it, don't think I will use them again since they can't get a simple order right

Delivered on time. Very nice driver. Excellent service by driver however Subway quality was so poor as I mentioned black olives and jalapeño toppings but didn’t put them.didn’t apply proper sauce too.sub was soggy as well.

Only one person making food. He has to serve every customers, pack delivery orders and cleaning tables. Was waiting long time for my food. Then i went to KFC. Where i received my food within minutes and fresh.

Food was late and freezing cold. Wrap was overcooked and rock hard too!

Very bad tasty the chicken !! Very poor quantity of the inside in bread .. almost 30 phounds for basically eat only bread !!

Not happy at all, only one staff doing all sorts of jobs, cleaning, serving and getting food ready for Uber and deliveries. There is no customer services . I am very upset went today, no smile by stafbhe was under pressure as he has got online orders. He didn't change the glove have seen him doing the order for Uber wat and he touched becon . I am allergic and I asked him to pls changed glover but he already has touched my bread.. he didn't even pay attention. Not listening at all. I wanted to dine in so he just gave me sandwich in beg asked him for tray was thrown a dirty green small tray .not happy ..owner of the franchise need to pay attention or convert this to take away shop.. worse service and worse quality food will not go to this branch. I advise y.all don't trust anyone here how they are preparing food and dirty environment

My order was cold and I was missing an item and my cookie tasted off and stale (under cooked)

Delivery driver went the opposite way from my house even though the subway is 15 minutes from my house

My bbq sub was all stuck broken to wrapper

Sub was perfect. Sides were shockingly undercooked, had to cook them myself. Nice after putting in the effort I paid to not put in. Oh well.

Footlong- hardly any meat, no cheese no flavour Wrap- 3 meatballs. Cold and no extra cheese Cheese balls- no flavour and stone cold Nachos- thrown into a box, burnt, no topping

Cookies were nice but one never turned up also food came to me chile as it was raining outside.i don’t blame them though(it’s understandable)

Can't give more than 1, unfortunately the italian cheese and herbs bread was too dry and i could not eat half of the bread because of that. However the old lady was ok, but paying 7.90for a footlong and get that kind of bread i m sorry i should have come back to give me money back but i was on the way home and too hungry. I don't recommend this shop. Thanks !

Received a bottle of water with mouse droppings on. Can even see the scratches on the bottle from the mice. Disgusting.

They didn’t toast sub. It was in bag with freezing cold drink and sub was ice cold and doughy. The tub of pigs in blankets had opened and spilled in bottom of bag - they were also freezing as a result

Damaged food, delivered in soggy packaging. Driver also did other deliveries so it was stone cold. Don’t use just eat.

We had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. It was fine. Staff were good. And had a small snack. We needed the hot drink as it was raining heavily. It was handy to stop there for a short time.

My sub tasted like someone had dropped the pepper in it. I did not ask for this, but it tasted like someone poured it all over so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I usually do. I always get this specific order at subway and it’s never tasted this way. It was also cold so just disappointing. I usually order from the one in lewisham and no complaints so maybe it’s just this restaurant in particular I ordered from this time.

Both subs were cold and squished as had been packed beneath two bottles of drink fresh from the fridge. Normally fine and warm when packed in the sub boxes like usual

The food was absolutely awful came ice cold asked for it toasted didn’t come toasted. Also it came with most of the toppings in the wrapper and not in the sandwich it was terrible.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman apparently in charge was so disgustingly rude to younger staff members and they were all arguing with eachother. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and was made to feel a nuisance. Will never ever go back

I asked for a footlong of 1 style subway. After it was made i was asked if i wanted it with cheese and toasted. I requested just half of my sandwich be toasted as I wanted to eat the other half later and put it in the fridge. The "manager" put these through the till as 2 different 6 inch subs which cost way more than the footlong. I have never had this experience at any other subway store. Very rude and unprofessional. Asked if I could speak to the manager all I got was "eh I am de manager"... Oookay keep it then. 👋

The food is decent but if something you order is out of stock, they just leave it out where other places will call to ask if there’s something they can swap out. Shame.

I had an amazing experience at subway West wickham today. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me create the sub I wanted. They were very knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to my allergies. Highly impressed with the team at that store 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I was greeted with a warm welcome. I don't order subway very often so had a lot of questions around meal deals and pricing which they were so excellent and patient at explaining this to me. The food was so delicious but they go above and beyond. I actually sat and had a whole conversation with them they were so friendly. I will definitely be going back!

I am a regular visitor to subways and having recently moved to West Wickham this was my first time at this branch. I was met by very friend front of house staff who was very welcoming and extremely patient with my indecisive children 🤦🏻‍♀️ I assume the lady who helped me out with seating and assuring we had everything we need was the manager. Food and service was perfect cannot fault. As title states ‘my favourite Subway by far’ will defiantly be visiting again.

Subway did not fulfil order correctly

My order did not have the drink. How can I get that refunded?

Subway was cold when asked for it toasted

Food was cold furthermore we asked for chilli and garlic sauce and instead got some brown sauce
