Really bad oat latte for £4.75 😳 Had to ask them to remake it once, it was just as bad second time round so gave up.

4/12/24 1:30 PM Genuinely shocked by what I've just witnessed in this store and I will be complaining to head office. Member of staff was re arranging the sandwichs/panninis... I've waited for a moment before I get in to pick (although this member of staff obviously knew I was waiting) I've reached in for the item I want making sure I've selected a good one... I notice the member of staff loudly huff and shrug her shoulders... I turned round and said sorry I just wanted to make sure I got a good one... As in one where the filling wasn't spilling out everywhere... She rudely remarked "they're all the same no?" I told the cashier what had happened whose response was yes she's renowned for being rude/like that unfortunately. Absolutely shocking.

Hi my name is Linda Cela am costumer for a nearly 10 years now am just sitting in costa elmers Beckenham inside tesco and I bought one large costa late and I asked a lady with glasses for a small cup to drink a water she didn’t give to me ? Very disappointing for the staff not only today every time with same girl thanks if you replaying to me much appreciated

Today I went to Costa Elmer’s End with a friend to drink a tropical mango frappe and cappuccino. Francesca was working by herself without a barista. A few people in the queue left due a slow service but she couldn’t do anything. She has only two hands. Horrible to see how workers are irresponsible and selfish thinking there is always someone can do their job. She was under stress and pressure due to customers feel.

Friendly and cheerful Baristas. Quick service. The store is kept clean, tables are cleared quickly.

Friendly staff. Service is good. The area is kept clean and tidy. Nice place to have a relaxing coffee, and some food if you want it.

Lovely staff doing their absolute best! Been multiple times and seen the abuse the staff receive from entitled customers, ignore the 1 star reviews of this place it's just rude people crying because they didn't get their way (stores have rules and policies people!!). Keep up the great work and I will continue to enjoy your high quality coffee and excellent service and personalities!

Very poor till service by the lady. I felt like I was invisible. Even when her colleague asked if she wanted help she said no when he could have served me. Waited 10 mins then walked away.

It’s been a while to vist Costa Coffee and it used to be of my favs.I had an oat cappuccino, small size, totally blunt and watery charged at £3.65! the small size. Tried the espresso, as I needed a nice coffee after a long day , and was so bitter and tasteless I just left. No healthy choices for sandwiches or cakes on offer and was overall disappointed…Staff could give us a friendly smile a bit at least. You’ve lost me Costa.

Found chunks of plastic in my drink...took it back and instead of apologising the barister took it back with an attitud. Made another one....which it was a wrong one and made me wait for like 10 minutes...while she was on the phone. I dont normally complaint because I believe we all make mistakes...but she made it look like actually it was my problem and I was just making a big thing!not even a sorry!Bad customer service!

Sitting here with coffee. 3 young ladies behind the counter socialising....laughing and joking. 12 dirty tables need cleaning. Rest of the day should be easy as no room for new customers requiring clean tables!

Ordered a medium latte with one and a half shots. Tasted rather bitter and unappealing plus a tad too strong for my liking. I suppose that there is coffee and then there's coffee. This was not so good! STOP PRESS Just returned on 16th Aug 2022 I queued for about 10 minutes in what seemed like a short queue and received 2 very average medium lattes. Not impressed. I won't bother in future...just no energy about the service!

This Costa is clean and well run..but one member of staff beginning with L.. can come across as being rude though she does prepare the drinks very well.

I've had two coffees in this place whilst in the area, from two different baristas...both awful coffees, someone in there needs to show them how to make a cappuccino. Management pull your finger out, appalling standards. Will not get a coffee in here again!

Bought a chai latte on takeout. It was ok but all i could taste is cinnamon. Customer service wasnt great either. I hope for a better experience next time.

I was a regular customer, however due to the lack of customer service and rude manner from a woman with blonde hair; I no longer visit.

Not the best coffee nor food, a lot of room to improve Black americano are watery, the croissants aren't baked in the premises, so they are never fresh like in Pret. The apple tart fridge cold and tasteless, and in reality not much to choose from. You need to request small coffee cups otherwise they supersize you by default. Basically, a relationship that has come to and end. Good bye Costa, hope you improve at some point.

I haven’t been to this in a while and don’t think I’ll be back that soon. There was one barista in particular who came across as particularly charmless.

Love the refurb, love my Saturday morning Cuppucino and love the manager. This lady is worthy of being a regional manager, with her positive and dedicated attitude. Staff, with the exception of the big tall blonde, are always very cheerful and warm welcoming. Keep up the good work awesome folk

Asked for 2 simple hot chocolates got given something over powered with coconut my daughter is allergic luckily I tasted it 1st had them replaced to just be given warm milk??

I usually go to Costa coffee here because of the pleasant staff but lately they have employed a very rude Nazi looking blonde woman. She has no manners. I have noticed she is very rude to myself but others that are of a lighter shade she gives them a big smile. It is a shame as the other staff are quite pleasant.

I have been a customer here for yrs and it has always been top class ... today i watched the barista ( in the loosest of terms ) mess up 3 orders and shout and blame the customer , i then got a cold drink that was not choclate based no cream, no sauce no fudge chunks !!! When i questioned it i was told i was wrong now i am no barista but what i got was nothing lile the picture ?? .....so a lost customer to costa now ...

Friendly staff and being Tesco is convenient for parking and grabbing any groceries
