My burger was so soaking in water it was the worst thing I ever had took it back to them

Ribs has no meat on them and sauce splashes on the top and still raw

Standard Morley’s. You know what you are getting. No extra wings here though

Rated 1star as couldn’t do a -1 but the chicken is hard doesn’t just fall off the bone no taste in the chicken just the skin and all hard chips really did not rate this meal at all left pretty much everything there was brought thought I was going to break teeth eating the chicken 🤢🤢

It is true how hard is it too cook a burger. It looked like road kill, road kill looks more appetising. I tried feeding it to a stray dog it bit me and ran off. How morleys is still open only god knows.

How bloody hard is it to make a burger? I asked for no sauce, so they put sauce in, and LOTS of it... the burger literally slid out of my hands into a pile. I am ALLERGIC to some of the ingrediants in the sauce! The women behind the counter is so rude and doesn't listen and she also snatches money from you. Doesn't smile, doesn't say thanks. damn awful!!!

First time I’ve had Morley’s I have my usual chicken and chip shop local to me but was visiting someone so decided to come to this shop. Probably the best chicken and chips I’ve ever had. Shame they don’t have one in central London.

I've been going here for a while, this time my order was wrong and one of my burgers were cold, so I was over charged.

Another take away favourite of the family. No complaints.

Wonderful service at this location and Morley’s is an institution of South London. Insider tip: try the buggets. They are only available on the kids menu. You won’t believe they aren’t nuggets.

They did me a pretty good chicken fillet burger. I chose to wait for a fresh one which was a good idea even though it took 10 mins. Much better than recent experiences with the colonels.

Ordered from this branch many times but 5 times now items I've ordered and paid for have not arrived. Roughly 13 quid they owe me now. Refuse to answer the phone to let them know there's a missing item. Not recommended

This is my first time frequenting this business if you are to eat in then there is limited seating and from what I could see there was no obvious sign of a public bathroom. There is also limited to no parking available so bear this in mind. Now onto the food I got what I would call a deluxe chicken burger with fries and drink meal, overall I would give a 8/10 the chicken burger was over sauced and as the bun was not toasted it became difficult to eat without disassembly although this gave me a chance to taste all the ingredients which was nice to taste and well cooked. Now the fries are small French fries although I got a large portion sadly I don't think they were quite fresh cooked but still hot and edible. Overall the service I received was of a great standard and I was only waiting around 3-4 minutes for my order to be filled I personaly would order here again as they have a large meal selection.

Had 6 ribs and a bit of chicken and spice wings last night not any great when better will be going up there to see them been ill most of the day mum had the ribs and chips also ill all day not impressed 1 bit.i would have given it half a star its completely wrong.should be shut down

Worst chicken shop and is rip off the size of chicken pieces are very small not the right portion for the price Cheating the customers Never will come back to this place and never recommend to anyone

bossman always gives you an extra rib or wing his mullet makes everything 10x better chips are incredible beautiful wings

Would give NO star if i could. Disgusting half cooked chips and raw chicken burger stone cold that looked like it was microwave for a couple of seconds. WORST takeaway i have ever had in my life > and dangerous uncooked chicken . Don't bother ordering from here , save your money , remember i told you !

Appalling, food cold, half my order missing, won't even answer the phone to rectify the issue. Poor don't order from here unless desperate.

Just visited, bought food home chicken and chips were ok, ribs were stone cold. They felt as if they were taken from the fridge. Returned to the shop and was told I left and they would have been hot, I have taken long to eat them, and they are in a 350 degree hot cupboard. No offer to replace or refund. Terrible service. I used to go there every so often, I will NEVER visit there again

Server is very rude and finds it hard to follow instructions

Went into the shop to buy some food the guy shouted mask at me in a rude way. I told him I don't wear one for personal reasons and the shop is empty. He told me hes not going to serve me and told me to leave. He wasn't even wearing a mask or gloves yet he expects his customers too smh. Oh well his lost and now he has another bad review.

i order from here all the time. sometimes i go in and pick up. its incredible. morleys is a south london institution and it bangs. it bangs and you bloody well know it. the spicy chicken burger bangs. the wings bang. the chips bang. bossman's mullet bangs. i love this place so much - never had a bad experience there. beautiful food served by beautiful people.

Makes you feel a bit rough the next day but it's worth it. Spicy wings are the best

HAIR IN FOOD my meal had a hair in it and Morley's wouldn't even refund for it considering after i saw this i could not eat the meal. Bad hygiene !!!!!!

Ordered food and waited an hour and a half got a confirmation email of delivery through the morleys app on google play. Called the branch the member of staff on the phone told me my phone doesn't work and he had been trying to ring me it works perfectly fine!! Then told we cannot deliver to you as your to far away after waiting for food for so long then I asked for a refund and was told to contact orderyoyo why do I have to go through orderyoyo !! I paid by card why can't it be refunded!! ...don't try to get a delivery from here or believe the app.

Excellent chicken, fries are a little average, but the chicken is bang on, the wings are some of the best I've ever had.

This used to be a part of Just Eat. A halal chicken shop where the food was delivered hot even though I live a little distance from it!

Ordered food more than an hour ago, been charged twice. 1 hour 30 mins my food still not here yet. 👍🏻 Phoned up the place then asked bout my order they said they gonna make it just THEN and will be delivered for another 45 mins or so then starts arguing.

I would be very wary of using your credit or debit card at this place. I went in last week and paid for a large order by visa debit they kept my card details and tried to put transactions through groupon the following day after midnight. I didnt use that card anywhere else so I know for certain it was these guys. Luckily my bank, HSBC, picked up on the odd transactions and cancelled my card! Avoid - Scammers!!

Once upon a time this was my favourite morleys.. not anymore. Prices have gone up and the food is horrible. Staff used to be really friendly but there seems to be new people there now and they were very rude. There's a morleys on the same road further towards penge high street that sells 2 wings and chips for a pound but this one wants £1.20 for 3 wings on their own, what a rip off. Sorry clock house morleys but you no longer taste better as your sign suggests. I won't be coming back.

Overly priced for a Morleys, used to be 4 wings for £1 now it's 3 wings for £1.20.The worker was rude and was obviously talking about me in another language to his friend. The wings were advertised as spicy but had no spice or seasoning on them. Morleys in Penge is way better and better value for money. They workers have also given them selves 5 star ratings on google which is unethical
