Weald Community Shop and Cafe in Sevenoaks

Popped in on spur of the moment and a lovely traditional pub with good food and excellent beer !! The staff do friendly.

My second time eating here and what a disappointment. The food looked great but lacked seasoning and flavour. They had a table of 13 in for lunch and the kitchen seemed unable to cope with the service as our food took ages and was not of a standard that you would expect at the price that they charge. The head waiter is full of chit chat when you arrive but when you complain about the quality of the food or the speed of service he simply dismisses you and is totally uninterested. The fish course was like warm and lacked flavour. They add 12.5% service to the bill for poor food and poor service. I was not convinced the first time I ate here but after the second time it will define the last time. Really disappointing all round.

We had Fabulous food and great service for our Easter family meet up. Lovely home cooked meals Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Me and my family love this pub. The staff are very friendly They have a huge garden which is great for functions. The food is absolutely amazing, especially the Sunday roast dinners. It's run by a lovely, caring family. They make you very welcome, and they will do anything for you. Definitely recommend this pub

Another glorious visit. Staff friendly, polite and very attentive. Had afternoon tea and was delighted, the sandwiches so full and cakes delicious. Highly recommend.
