Whilst out shopping called in for a drink. Service team member pleasant, brought over our drinks to the table. Lovely oat milk latte and tasty pot of tea.

This is about the bookshop. Just paid £20 for a book available at WH Smith or Amazon for £17. I asked if they pricematched and the member of staff spoke to the manager who was stood right next to him. His reply, ‘manager says no’. She didn’t even look at me. Win the battle, lose the war. I’ll shop at home next time.
