Visited the cafe for lunch during a day out. Didn't have to wait too long for cooked food despite expecting to as they were very busy. Food was also nice and hot and we could see that it was being prepared freshly in the kitchen. The four of us thought the food and drinks were very competitively priced considering its in a prime tourist spot. During our visit we could see the staff offering to do everything they can to please their customers to ensure everyone was happy. Would happily re-visit and recommend to friends and family. Yeah, they don't have any toilet facilities, I doubt they ever have. As others have said there are public toilets just a short walk down the path. No, they are pretty grim but better than nothing. If anyone really has issues with them then its the council they should complain to and not the cafe staff.

After descending Jacob's Ladder it was nearly closing time when we popped in here for a drink. Even though all the chairs were stacked on the tables, the friendly staff were more than willing to serve us. The freshly made coffee was good and we were not rushed to finish it, even though they closed as soon as we had left. There's seating both inside and outside but, unfortunately, no toilet facilities. There are some public conveniences nearby but not worth using.

Dull and extraordinarily lacklustre experience . Little to no choice of food, disinterested staff. Mediocre tea and coffee . A luke warm and stale sausage roll was much lunch to forget. In no way would I recommend a visit here . Stroll to bottom of gorge for much better options or take a short drive elsewhere.

Mediocre food at expensive prices. We stopped by here whilst visiting the caves. We had a kids meal, a bowl of chips, 2 sausages rolls and 3 cans of drink and it came to over £30! All the food was fried and lukewarm at best. We wouldn’t recommend.

All very nice but no toilets, I thought this was a legal requirement? Sign says toilets in next block, but this is a public toilet which is closed.

Just wanted a drink and light bite so popped in here. Ordered tea and scones for all of us. Delicious warm scones and nice tea. Very friendly man served us and was very welcoming.

I like Blackmore Farm tearooms usually but today service was poor. Ordered 2 flat white coffees both lukewarm. Also ordered 2 cream teas, since when does a ceram tea come with no tea? If the assistant had said I needed to order tea separately I would have. I'd finished my scone before knowing. Spoilt the experience.

Back again, best coffee in Clarks Village by far. Friendly staff and good choice of cakes and pastries.
