The worst experience ever in Wasabi chain, bad attitude from the seller and such a small portions of hot food, never will go there and doesn’t suggest anyone!

I have been visiting this place since 2004 when they were so small. Since last 3-4 years it has been going down quality wise and now hygienically also terrible.

This branch always used to be great with delicious food, but not today. The hot food looked stale and old with a skin over it. We bought the katsui noodles and they were disgusting, dry, old and almost inedible. The service wasn't great either. Won't be eating there again... yuk

Can get busy at times but is a great spot to grab lunch, especially if you work in the area, as I did. If you miss the lunch rush and take a late one its usually quiet.

Ordered a Katsu curry and found the fried chicken fillets were rock solid. Clearly these had been cooked up in the morning and left to sit in a high temperature all day because I could barely make a dent in it with the knife and fork provided. The chicken was so dried out and hard that inside the expected white meat was instead a stringy, translucent colour. Completely inedible and pretty disgusting that they are selling food that's way, way beyond the point where it should be discarded. I'll be contacting Wasabi for a full refund. Avoid.

Have to pay extra to sit in with sushi which they don't tell you until you get to the counter. Sushi was average. Good for convenience

I usually like wasabi's, quick and reliable. Sadly this place is dreadful. Got the wrong order and had to return the gyozas as inebile. Chicken terayaki was disgusting. Avoid at all costs, 1 star is generous

The best part of coming to Wasabi was being able to choose individually wrapped pieces of sushi. Today I was extremely disappointed to see this is gone and according to the cashier will never be back .There isn't any reason for me to shop here unless they bring this back. It is such a shame as I used to always look forward to this. Now it is like any other sushi counter in a supermarket, which I never use as the mixed boxes don't offer enough variety and are usually too expensive.

Stopped here straight off the train as we were starving we had some goyza and a selection of sushi and some mochi balls it only cost £13.50 for the lot and it was the perfect amount of food for two people after a light lunch it was quick self serve from the chiller all made that day very tasty

I have read some reviews on here. I can see where some of the bad reviews coming from. I have visited a few wasabi shops and wasnt too sure about this one. I usually go fof the katsu curry with rice. But this time went for the teriyaki with noodles and it just didnt taste right. The tables and chairs were dirty, yes it was the customers but if there isn't a bin the customers will leave the food there... sorry Victoria wasabi but you let yourself down in my eyes

야간 버스 타러가기 전 간단하게 저녁 해결하려고 들렀다. 가격대는 저렴한 편인데 맛은 훌륭한 편. 단점은 가게 바로 앞 테이블이 적은 편이라 자리가 없으면 그냥 근처 테이블에서 먹어야 된다는 점?

takeawayが主なお寿司やカレーといったメニューがあります。おにぎりや一つづつ選んで買えるお寿司、お寿司のセット、お 湯を注ぐお味噌汁、チキンカレーなど買ってみました。お寿司やおにぎりはお米がパサパサの物、水分が多いものとバラバラでした。スパイシーヌードル(トムヤムクンふうそうめん)は日本食ではないですが、割と美味しかったです。チキンカレーは見た目よりボリュームがありチキンがゴロゴロ入っています。

We ordered chicken curry with rice and spicy chicken katsu curry. We wanted to eat quickly before getting a train. This branch is always busy but serve us very quickly.

Always pass through this Wasabi on my way home from work. Freshly cooked food, with great flavours and a reasonable price! Personal favourite has got to be their katsu curry. I'd definitely recommend any Wasabi chain if you're looking for a quick bite!

I was a regular user of Wasabi in Victoria as it was handy for an evening meal when working late! The food was excellent and a decent portion! But on the last two occasions I have used it my experience was disappointing! The portion was inadequate and the food was overpriced and over cooked! The normal friendly customer service was sadly lacking! Overall a very disappointing experience on both occasions! Looks like I will have go elsewhere for convenience and value for money!

Compré la comida más desagradable y no comestible de aquí; había estado sentado durante tanto tiempo que los fideos eran puros y el salmón se parecía a un ladrillo. Totalmente incomible. El restaurante es un infierno sucio e infestado de palomas en un rincón de la estación de Victoria: una cama caliente de pura suciedad y no un lugar al que ir si le preocupa la higiene de los alimentos.Lo planteé con el equipo de atención al cliente en la oficina de la cama y solo me han tratado con desprecio. Meses más tarde, sin resolución, he decidido escribir esto.Nunca volveré a entrar en un Wasabi nunca más. Kokoro e Itsu hacen la misma comida pero están muy por encima de cualquier Wasabi en el que haya estado.SER EVITADO.

Excellent place for a selection of Asian quick bites, friendly staff and most convenient for travellers.

Dónde empiezo. Compré una sopa picante y un sándwich de pollo katsu de Paddington (no este, pero no hay opción). En 10 minutos vomité. Llamé a su servicio al cliente pensando que me darían un cupón. Tonto de mí. Ninguna posibilidad. Me han amenazado por escribir una reseña. ¡Qué montón de shysters!

Accidentally bought a non-vegan tofu curry, replaced it for me for free and were very apologetic and helpful (despite this not being their fault), gave great service and were very friendly overall too, will definitely be returning soon!

I was very sceptical at first but I enjoyed the food. I would go again. I was a little disappointed that salad wasn’t included in the price.

I really enjoyed the Salmon sushi and my husband appreciated his salmon bento bowl. Our daughter liked the spicy chicken bento bowl.

Needed a quick value meal while passing through London. Wasabi outlet at Victoria rail station proved the perfect choice. There was a wide range of prepacked Sushi meals as well as a good choose of hot Japanese style foods, yakatori teriyaki etc. Went for the prepacked sushi. Was well pleased by the presentation, quality, quantity and taste.

お寿司テイクアウトしました。お米はブラウンライスでボソボソしてますが、満足できる味です。醤油も甘くないし、わさびも普通。Tescoなどスーパーのお寿司はスパイスが効いていてインド風だったり、変なネタが入ってたりで満足できないですが、こちらのお店は安心できます。

We got the chicken katsu with curry and rice. It was freshly made rather than pre/boxed as in some of the smaller stores. It was easy to split a box between 2 of us.

Came here and bought a sushi box to eat on my coach journey from London. Wasabi branches are all fair prices and sushi was fresh. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to try their hot food but it looked and smelt good so maybe next time.

I used to regularly eat at Wasabi and used to enjoy the sweet chilli chicken but now you get less than half a tub which contains mainly rice and only about 4 small bitesize pieces of chicken if you are lucky and it costs £6....

Ate here and had the salmon teriyaki to get me through a long train journey. Food was awful. Rice was bland and stodgy,salmon was over cooked and beyond rubber -it was inedible. And the sauce was over sweet sugar and soy from a plastic bottle...

Grabbed a quick meal before our long journey started yesterday 16.02.2018 around 6PM. I was looking around where to eat and satisfy my palette.First time and curious bought 2 meals £6 each for husband and I. Ordered bulgogi pork and spicy chicken with rice. These bowl of meals filled up our hungry belly. Service was quick took me about 3mins in the queu.

Juro la comida utilizada para probar mejor. Totalmente comida monótona. Realmente, creo que procesados de pollo pollo nugget MCDONALD'S, pero más grandes. Salsa aguada. Arroz fue lo más destacado.

Sin duda Wasabi vió un hueco en el mercado y éxito bien. No encontrará un lugar mejor para Sushi fresco en la capital a estos precios. Sus opciones de comida caliente no están demasiado mal, aunque quizás demasiado tiempo para añadir algunas opciones diferentes, como han sido el mismo servicio platos durante unos cuantos años. Muy coherente en cada una de las que he sido demasiado rápido y fuera de cualquier restaurante de comida pesa en la ciudad.

Essa rede de restaurantes serve comida japonesa e outras comidas quentes (arroz com frango ao curry, arroz com frango ao molho teriyake, yakisoba, etc) bem saborosas e com preço bom (entre 5 e 7 libras na média). E o prato é bem servido. Vale a pena e é uma ótima opção para uma refeição rápida e de qualidade, e com preço bom.

Apetecía sushi como tantas veces... eran las diez de la noche y entramos al wasabi. Pedimos unos fideos yakisoba y cogimos una cajita de sushi. Los fideos... imagino que después de todo el día....pues estaban como estaban. Que simplemente se dejaban comer porque no quedaba otra. En cuanto al sushi, correcto. Nada del otro mundo, pero entraba bien.

I've been a customer for a number of years. Sadly it seems to have gone down hill. The standard of sushi has deteriorated - it used to be great - now limited choice and sometimes soggy rice and sloppily made. This evening bought sone noodles and the portion was about a third less than before - half full tub - not good. Sad really. All things change and sometimes not for the better. Profit over quality?

The food was tasty and fresh. I arrived from cardiff around 12 noon so decided to have a quick lunch before heading to interview at St Pauls. Had their tofu curry with rice. It was superb delicious with a lot of of tofu. Very nice and their sushi is also delicious.

La formula take away a Londra va per la maggiore, e puoi mangiare di tutto. Abbiamo preso pollo piccante con riso, decisamente scotto, e noodles con pollo e cipolle. Niente di eccezionale. Comunque in poco tempo hai la cena, economica. Non abbiamo provato il sushi.

Buon pranzo a base di noodles con pollo e verdure !! Davvero squisito !! Ci torno spesso qui se sono di passaggio !!

After a long day of sight seeing in the city, we returned via the Victoria station tube. Upon seeing this place, I was incredulous as to the quality. But we decided to try it. The food was fantastic. You could tell the sushi and sashimi were very fresh and the portions decent for the price paid. I will return.

Se trata de una franquicia de restaurantes ó comidas rápidas para llevar, que hay bastantes por todo Londres. El de Victoria Station es mejor para llevar. Esta muy bien ubicado en la misma estación.

I think there are no other people who enjoy cuisines from around the world like Japanese people.But many Japanese will be getting hungry for Japanese food, once they go abroad.I'm the same sort of the person.When I planned a tour to England, I looked for Japanese restaurants at the same time.My wife and I went to Wasabi 3 times as the result.The meals we ate were curry rice, sushi and Yakisoba, fried noodle.Curry rice was surprisingly Japanese home style one.Sushi was slightly different from Japanese one, but I deemed acceptable.I don't know a reason why all rice rolls in laver were reverse rolls.Yakisoba with chicken was something different.We Japanese generally use pork for yakisoba.I guess they use chicken for Muslim; I don't know whether they have a halal certification or not, though.Incidentally, they offer Tofu curry and Tofu yakisoba.However those aren't Tofu but fried tofu, what we call Atsuage.

This Wasabi offers Sushi sets, Salad sets, Hot food (with Rice or Noodles), Snacks and Drinks. There are few tables outside, if you want to eat there while waiting for your train.Big Portions. Taste Nice. 7 - 8 pounds per meal.I would recommend it

每次晚上在維多利亞車站坐車回來的時候，都會路過這裡買個晚餐，分量夠，速度快，味道也還不錯，關鍵地理位置還很便利。

This place was one of the few places still serving food at a very late time of the evening, so we ordered one of the curries. The curry was nice but not excellent.We tried other dishes at their Luton Airport branch and the feeling was the same: it's good enough if there's nothing else around.

The staff are always friendly and efficient and the sushi is equally as good in Yo sushi but much better value in Wasabi.

questo é un locale che a Londra é utile per risparmiare qualcosa mangiando direi discretamente bene! il personale é veloce e gentile il frigo sempre ben fornito e ispezionato in contunuazione dal personale! Consigliato

ロンドン到着日の夕食にテイクアウトしました。サーモンの握りを買いましたが、ネタはおいしいけれど、シャリがおいしく感じられませんでした。もち米のような食感だけれどパサパサで固く、何とも言い表し難いです。日本と同じ感覚で食べてはいけない物だと実感しました。次は・・・無いかな。

We quickly went here to get a bite to eat. There were plenty of options to choose from and had plenty of staff at the till waiting to serve you. I find most takeaway sushi have not much in the packet but in this takeaway/restaurant the packets are all filled up. The price was also reasonable for London standard. One could also tell that the sushi was of high quality and not something they imported from somewhere. Overall I will definitely come back here the next time I'm at Victoria station.

Wasabi is a no-frills japanese "fast food" joint, the sushi is good quality, but the ambience is basic, which still leaves it as a choice for take-away lunches and dinners. Reasonably priced for Westminster.

Delizioso ristorante giapponese; si può acquistare il cibo già preparato e confezionato in vaschette e si può consumare lì o portarlo via. Il locale è pulitissimo e il cibo confezionato in contenitori monoporzione. Ci sono pasti già pronti oppure sushi particolari venduti separatamente. C'è anche una vaschetta con sushi vegetariano. Il tutto è completato da salse tipiche. Il cibo è ottimo e leggero. Il prezzo è decisamente contenuto. Ottima soluzione per un pasto veloce.

Mein Beruf führt mich regelmäßig nach London. Dabei nehme ich gerne das Angebot der Kette "Wasabi" in Anspruch. Ich kenne di ebeiden Filialen in der Victoria Station und Canary Wharf. Beide sind sehr zu empfehlen.Ich habe selten frischeres Sushi bekommen, das auch noch lecker schmect.Die Filiale in Canary Wharf hat ein etwas größeres Angebot und auch den rascheren Umschlag, was die Frische noch einmal verbessert.Relativ günstig ist es noch dazu - was kann man sich da noch mehr wünschen?Na klar: Sitzplätze - leider Mangelware

Servizio self-service veloce, prezzi modici per non dire economici rispetto ai prezzi noti in fatto di sushi (io ne ho preso uno da 4,20£ e uno da 7,90£) con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero molto buona. Ho mangiato ben due volte e mi sono trovata molto bene. Consiglio vivamente per un buon pasto "al volo" a base di cucina giapponese.

A friend and moi were at a conference in Westminster few weeks ago. Instead of going to a restaurant (company meal allowance) we went to Wasabi for almost every single meal!! It was cheap, fast and delicious!! Thankfully we were only there for a few days or we might have ended up eating the shop...

Di passaggio alla stazione di Victoria, abbiamo comprato due vaschetta di sushi misto e portato a casa per cena. 40 minuti di viaggio e una volta a casa era ancora buono! Pratiche le confezioni take away dotate di tutto (forse troppo wasabi e poca salsa di soia). Prezzo 7,99 per vaschetta.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat for myself and my wife. Fancying something different from the usual burgers/sandwiches we decided grab some noodles. Portion size was excellent and very good value for money. There was alot of choice and I'll definitely be back to try out others!

The Wasabi chain used to be my favourite lunchtime takeaway whilst in London but I'm afraid not any more. They have taken a step backwards in doing away with their pre-prepared individual portions and replacing this with a canteen style selection. My noodles were overcooked and the chicken was dry in the Victoria Station branch. Have also been similarly disappointed recently with London Kings Cross and the Leeds branch. Come on guys, go back to the successful formula....please.

I went to Wasabi on 12 th April 2016 for lunch at around 2 pm. The restaurant is located in Lindon Victoria station . The restaurant offers various kinds of chicken dishes along with rice. I took chicken teriyaki along with rice for take away. It cost me 5.99 GBP. The quantity and the quality of the food is good and is sufficient enough for one person. The service was also very quick and efficient.

I love this place. I have it almost every week for lunch. Quick, fast, easy and convenient. Brilliant service and yummy sushi, can't complain for the price.

We were hosted in a hotel near from there and that food was our MUST for our dinner everyday.The quality is just so good and if you don'thave so much time and money to spend for a dinner this is your fast food restaurant!

My Thai wife loves Suchi and she loved this place. Huge selection of both hot and cold . The wife chose a couple of Bento boxes are superb and great value. Excellent food. Miso soup etc can be had for coppers. Spot on.
