Workers are rude , sausage rolls are either undercooked or hard , tables are dirty , stuff just left laying around , and it’s not cheap . This company also has it hands in other pies too , that have a bad name , so watch out , and keep away .

Every time I have been here the vegetarian 'sausage' rolls are really burnt dry. Witnessed the 'manager' wander in off the streets, go behind the counter and help herself to food while still in street clothes. Good luck finding a table that has been cleared away, let alone clean. Cutlery dirty, rejected first cup as dirty. Walked out on my last visit as service so slow. Shall not be going again.

We came here for a quick lunch stop. Both went for the vegan pasties. They were okay, nothing special but filled you up. Price wise, I’ve had better for that value for money.

This is a great place to stop for a coffee and bite to eat. The pasty’s are delicious and the coffee was equally nice. We will be back for sure.

Popped in for a sausage roll and a doughnut, hardly rocket science ! Well the sausage roll was hard and the doughnut was disgusting ! Emailed sales and they never responded, save your money and avoid this place.

We have been going to Warren's for a couple of years now and we have always enjoyed the food and drinks here. The service is pleasant and there is a good choice of food and drinks. The pasties are very fresh and tasty and the sandwiches are well filled. It's always cool and inviting inside when we go in the summer.

Ordered a couple of paninis, wedges and cakes. Wedges were cold... paninis took nearly 15 minutes to come out?! Ok, not the best we’ve tasted... what won it over was the clotted cream fudge flapjack!!! Best flapjack we’ve tasted!! The toffee yum yum was dry as anything!!!. Nice clean place... could just do with being a little faster service!

The food quality is very good, but the prices are extortionate, I have walked out a couple of times when advised of the price of an item I was thinking of buying

Warrens BakeryBicester, I stopped there this morning and decided to have their breakfast special, after confirming it was available. When I paid the cost was increase by £3 ( £1.50 each) because I was eating in. Nowhere on the notice this was specified. I questioned it and was told takeout only. Surely the photo should show take away mugs etc. Very misleading. I cancelled the bacon rolls which by that time had been prepared so I guess were thrown away, and made do with some luke warm coffee. Wont be going there again.

We ordered coffee and cakes, you are not given a ‘display cake’ but one from a hidden drawer so you can’t choose which one you want. Cornflake cake was not offered on a plate (I had to ask for a plate), staff have no knowledge of gluten free offering and the coffee is very weak. Also witnessed a member of staff not using tongs just dragging a cooked panini from the toaster and sliding it over all the crumbs and outside of the grill 😕.

We called in for an early coffee and cake. The service was pleasant, the food and drinks excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, as was the toilet. Quite a few customers were with wheelchairs, buggies and such and all were given a great welcome and assisted if needed. We will certainly call back when in the area.

Not recommended at least you only want to eat potatoes’ pastry. Over £10 spent in 2 steaks pastries with not steak. My bf and I ordered steaks pastries and we only found potatoes and swede in the pastry. The worst ever. Go to Sainsbury in the corner and save your money.

I went in during my lunch break and ordered a panini and coffee. Ive been told that they will bring my panini over to me once its done. I sat for nearly 15 minutes and thought thats abit too long for a panini to be in a toaster. Ive asked one of the staff. They said will check it and brought me out the panini apologising for the delay. The panini was rock hard because its been in the toaster that long and dispite that they had the guts to serve that to a customer. Its disgusting. I took it to counter and complained to the guy who served me. He looked at it and under his breath he said will get me another one. No appologise anything at this point. Ive got annoyed and requested for the refund. The supervisor/ duty manager came looked at the burned panini, said oh yes its burned and just did the refund. No sorry or any further conversation. I found this situation disgusting. It ruined my lunch break and also my day. Been there 3 times now and never recieved a good customer service. Staff always looks clueless. Dont bother going in unless u dont mind bad service.

Came in here on a Friday for a quick spot of lunch. Not much choice left for sandwiches. What we had was tasty. However one of our orders did not arrive (sausage bun), and had to ask again for it as everyone else had finished their sandwiches. They said they had forgotten the order. Sausages in the bun were very hard. A bit disorganised.

So I have been a few times maybe 4 to glean an idea of how this place is. Well it’s average. Unless you get there as soon as the pasty’s are coming out the oven they are luke warm at best.

Warren's sells itself as a cornish pasty expert. I went and had their standard pasty and a coffee. The coffee was OK, but the pasty was disappointing considering their advertising. It was dry, barely lukewarm and decidedly devoid of filling. A pasty should also have a deal of peppery taste that was completely missing. A shame, as I was looking forward to a "genuine" cornish pasty.

Biggest thing to compliment this place on is the customer service. I was very impressed with all members of staff serving on the 3 mornings I visited for a pastry and coffee breakfast whilst staying nearby. Friendly, efficient and I watched them acknowledge regulars by name. If I lived nearby this would definitely be my choice of place to go in Bicester. Coffee was very good. Had decaf flat whites, regular flat whites and a lovely piccolo coffee (slightly larger than a macchiato). Tasty range of pastries (I especially loved the raspberry croissant). Totally recommend you give it a try.
