Charming farm pop up. Run by great people in an absolutely beautiful spot. Fresh ingredients but not very much choice. Cute bar and picnic style benches for eating from the farm shop. Picnic food and cakes I’d describe the menu. Ill try to go back for one of their big toast days.

Was recently over in the Isle of Wight for the Scooter rally we just came across this little farm shop, I purchased some beef skirt which was amazing, and I also bought marmalade which is by far the best marmalade I have ever tasted, ( wish I could but in Yorkshire) lovely little stop off for coffee and snacks.

We stumbled across Warren farm shop and coffee on our way to the needles. What a find! The owners were absolutely lovely, the coffee was divine, the food was freshly made and delicious. Great setting for kids and older adults alike. We left our cars and walked over the hill to the needles which was so much nicer than had we parked in the Needles car park. Could not rate this place more highly we came on consecutive days as we loved it so much!

This place is famous for its views across the Solent, but only in the summer. In the winter the windows are always steamed up giving you near to no visibility outside. We didn’t eat but the menu looks good and average prices for the area. Drinks were more expensive than the Seaview Hotel just around the corner. +£1 per drink on gin & tonic. It was November on a Friday evening and all tables were reserved. We did sit at one of their best tables for our drink ‘Captain Ted’s Table’ and it was wobbly as hell. Felt like it was going to give way at any time. Come on this is an easy fix.

We have been here many times over the years and looked forward to our visit again this year. What a disappointment. We had a cream tea which consisted of a pot of tea, 2 scones, butter, cream and jam. The jam and cream pots were half the size they used to be and the butter was barely there, adequate enough for one scone but certainly not two. The jug of milk supplied did not have enough milk for one cup of tea and we had to ask for extra. I do not drink tea and asked for my tea to be substituted with coffee, big mistake, it was undrinkable. Went we went to pay we were told 'cash only' and I was lucky to find some cash in the bottom of my bag. This should be made clear when you enter and before you order as a lot of people do not carry cash. Our experience was so different to every other visit we wondered if there were 'new owners' but overheard the owner telling other visitors that she had been there 17 years. Sadly will not be returning.

Our dogs were welcomed and fussed over and the food at lunch was amazing, so tasty. Really friendly staff and all the facilities were spotless. Fantastic views over the garden too. A lovely trip down memory lane
