The manger Sam gave a perfect service all night, a warm welcome and a great chat ! Love this pub will definitely come again would absolutely recommend.

Chris the manager was fantastic as always, very professional customer service, he helped arrange a joint birthday for me and my freind, he helped with organising decorations and setting them up aswell, also planning for taxis to, making it a very enjoyable night! Highly recommend!

I attended a birthday party in the upstairs function room at Walton Arms. Having been here before (but not for a few years), I was very happy to see that the usual high level of customer service was maintained. It's a very clean location with lots of drinks on offer at a good price for the local area. Food was very good too, as were the toilet facilities. It isn't too crowded, and there are pool tables downstairs to make it an even better experience. Thoroughly recommend and would return again.

We have are meetings here on the first Tuesday of every month for the Preston & District Aquarist Society, the staff are always friendly, the drink prices are very competitive and the food is always amazing. 5 stars all the way.

Attended a party here over the weekend in the function room.... a lovely feel to the WA. Staff were really friendly and there was a nice community feel to the pub... and then wait for it.......................................... £2.19 for a pint of really nice cask ale !! to a Yorkshire man who is that tight I only cry out of one eye that's an amazing price !! the buffet was good... the toilets clean and I would defo call back when I come to see my mate.... Thanks for a top night !!

was meant to be celebrating works xmas do, however after 10 o clock any u18 was ushered out of the pub in -2 degrees & made to wait outside for a lift, the man who worked there held the door open & would not even let people wait inside even when we had paid for hire of one of the function rooms, he gave us no warning & at 10 o clock held the doors open and got all u18 outside to find their own lift

Myself and my husband had a great time at our evening reception yesterday. The bar staff were lovely and Jarred ensured the room was how I wanted it. The buffet went down very well and there was plenty to go round. The staff took safe delivery of my wedding cake and cup cakes, and even set them all up ready for me.

Always nice with friendly polite staff. I highly recommend this place.

We held a large work function at the Walton Arms in Bamber Bridge and the hospitality from Leame and his team was absolutely outstanding. Great evening had by our group and they were also very accommodating when we requested a very late change to our food package. Leame and the team also showed great professionalism when some of our party exceeded their limits. Would highly recommend the Walton Arms as a venue for any party, Celebration or social event!

Had my dads wake at the walton arms they provided an excellent buffet at very reasonable cost. The manager and staff went above and beyond catering to everyone's needs I would highly recommend this venue for any type of event. exceptional service

This was an amazing venue, the landlord and his team went above and beyond in everything possible. Our buffet was amazing and the bar team wer just brilliant. Its the little things in life such as, my dad has very limited sight and the landlord took both my dads hands and guided him downstairs as he was leaving.... truly lovely. I would recommend in a heartbeat ❤

We celebrated our sons 18th birthday here, I can’t say a bad thing, the room was perfect and cosy, with overflow into the bar. Food and DJ were great and the bar staff were all friendly, helpful and fun ! Recently held a do in the Longton room upstairs, where the management at the Walton Arms provided a DJ and buffet for our guests. Everybody had a great night, the DJ provided a good mix of music for all ages and the food was praised by many of the guests. The manager Leamè was great throughout, including the run up to the do itself. He checked in with me periodically through the night to make sure everything was going well, the perfect amount without feeling overbearing. Definitely a smooth and easy process to put together a great family/friends do. Thanks again Leamè and team!

We had a Father’s Day lunch here and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was almost full but we got drinks minutes after sitting down and food came really quickly too and was all very tasty. The staff were really happy and attentive and it was just a brilliant atmosphere overall. Well done to the whole team.

Just wanted to take the time to thank Fraser for his fantastic service on saturday night! We asked for surprise drinks and he smashed it every time, checked on us to make sure we were okay when there was banging outside and called a taxi to make sure we got home okay! Wouldn’t have been the same if he wasn’t there, he kept us smiling, thank you so much, same time next week?

My family organised a surprise 60th birthday party for me at Walton Arms and a good time was had by all.Mark the DJ kept the tunes rolling and the dance floor was full all night!Toni the manager and her team were really attentive and helpful and worked hard serving a good selection of real ales, beers, wines and spirits.The venue is good for the all included option i.e. book the room, DJ and buffet all togeher instead of having to find different caterers and entertainment.Definitely recommended.Thank you Walton Arms, Mark and Toni.

We booked a surprise party for my Mum's 60th.From the moment we started the process right through to the day Toni was a fantastic help; even when our USB didn't work Toni went and repaired it for us at the last second!The room was big enough with plenty of space for a good old dance.The food was spot on; masses leftover but fab quality and no stress involved.. well for us anyway!The DJ and Bar staff were fab on the night! I would reccomend to anyone looking for a good party venue!

Thank you to Toni and the team who did everything to make my party fantastic. We had hot pot, curry and hot dogs which were all very hot and delicious. The dance floor is great, and the stage excellent if you have a live band. The upstairs room is great if you have a lot of people for a party. This is the second time we have used the Walton Arms and would highly recommend.

So we chose to hold our daughters 18th here back in December. We chose the downstairs room as it was the perfect size for the amount of guests we were expecting, and it was perfect.Toni and all her staff were absolutely fabulous, couldn’t do enough for you, rearranging tables & chairs at the drop of a hat.The house DJ also did a fabulous job, played an excellent selection of music and got loads up on the dance floor.I would definitely recommend holding a party here, we all had such a brilliant night.

Me and a friend went in for a quiet few in the pub. There was no toilet roll so we was waiting for Toni the manager to bring some as someone had already asked her. Once she brought the toilet roll In and we thanked her for it she was rude and accused us of taking drugs which we wasn’t we was literally waiting for the toilet roll. I understand she will need to do these checks but the way In which she went about it was rude and it was uncalled for.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday on Saturday 5th October. From booking the hire of the room to the actual date Toni was always quick to respond to any queries that we had.. We would like to thank Toni the DJ and the friendly team nothing was too much trouble, from the bar service to the buffet. We will certainly recommend your services to our friends and family...

Quiet compact pub nice decor with well priced good beer. I like the games room with a sports nostalgic theme and Pay For View Sports shown on a large screen and television with also a pool table and darts board.

Had a joint 50th and 60th. Bar has a good choice. We was supplied with a buffet by Walton arms . Which I was very disappointed in there was sandwiches only. I would expect when they supply you with this it would also have pies sausage rolls etc.

Fantastic beers and wines and friendly people

Had a party at the Walton arms to celebrate 30years in business. Lots of older clients some young ones and children. All were catered for in every way by tony and her fabulous team. Nothing was to much trouble. I can’t recommend this place enough.

As an unhealthy eating, unhealthy lifestyle type of guy I was distressed to find that the Walton Arms does not serve full fat coke, lemonade, Red Bull or anything! Their excuse is the sugar tax but as I'm aware of this and prepared to pay the extra why not serve full fat drinks? The beer isn't low calorie. Apart from that the alcohol selection is good especially the gins and the lagers and beers are fine. The staff are usually friendly although on one occasion a group of us were so disappointed with a staff members attitude we left our drinks and left. That staff member no longer works there though.

A new place all decorated in an unusual "shed" style? Great spaces with 3 rooms. One used for functions with a pulpit for a DJ booth! I liked it!

My favourite local friendly place and staff are also pleasant. It's a down to earth place where you can just have a few pints.

Great little hidden gem. Everything stripped back to basics and unpretentious. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Pizzas ordered in from Greedy Munchkin are fantastic. A regular haunt for us.

Well what can I say... Absolutely fantastic. From talking to Toni about booking the upstairs room due to the number of guests, to booking, to going through every minor detail, down to the organisation of the night was absolutely Amazing. Toni ensured everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. We arrived Friday afternoon to set the room up, it was cleaned with an inch of its life, tidy and very well presented. Toni was on hand to help with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and she made this very clear!

Well kept and cheap beer in friendly backstreet boozer. Former working man's club, the decor is industrial but still cozy. Very quiet when I visited but I imagine it gets busy at weekends or when there is a big game on TV.

I celebrated my 60th birthday here. Toni and her team include the DJ Mark really looked after us very well. They have two rooms for party bookings it was suggested by Toni that I have the downstairs one as it would be a better size for up to 70 guests. There big room holds 250 so much to big for me. We had a discussion about what food I wanted then on the afternoon of my party we went to set up the room with balloons and banners and the DJ Mark came in to ask what kind of music we would like I asked for 60s 70s and 80s and that is exactly what we got. I can't thank Toni and her team enough we had a very enjoyable night and all my guest's did too.
