Had our first try on Friday and was so pleased. Being vegan I was amazed at the choice and had the Vegandian Tofu Dansak. The flavours were amazing. Best Indian dish I've ever had. All was neatly presented, service exceptional and friendly. My favourite takeaway now and will be back soon.

Dry chewy chicken, sauce bland, small portions of rice. I think there’s far better Indians in the area. Great shame as I love the name and heard good things about it

Have been here loads Best Indian around! Food is always excellent quality and the team here is lovely. It’s not oily, fresh ingredients and freshly made. Have to wait sometimes but always worth it.

Worst curry I’ve had Water sauce dry chicken

Been coming here for several months now and cannot fault the food what so ever. Absolutely beautiful and cooked to perfection. The staff there cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. Hands down the best Indian in leyland! 10/10 from us. Danielle and Carl.

Honestly the worst korma I have ever tasted portions are small but that wouldn’t be a problem if the food actually tasted good but sadly it was horrible the korma was tasteless with a disgusting after taste the butter sauce was okay but not the best the chips were actually quite nice the Nan bread small but okay although very burnt round the edges

each time I've ordered the food its been great and delivery has been on time if not early. today I ordered and the delivery was very late , the food wasn't warm either when arrived. The delivery man was very apologetic and when I can called the restaurant to query where the food was they were apologetic too. won't stop me ordering again as I enjoy the vegan options and this has been the only time I've been disappointed.

very disappointing. luke warm meal and sauce was so watery. was dopiaza but only had 5 pieces of onion. Definitely not what I expected.

Really creative and imaginative menu. Great range of food which was really well executed. We tried several different dishes and everyone enjoyed them.

Popadums and chutneys very good. The vegetarian curry was very bland and very watery, also it wasn’t authentic it was tasteless. The chicken ticka masala was very average and thin. Wasn’t great below average.

Appalling in every possible way. Watery curry which tasted naff, very little veg content, very little meat content, tiny keema naans, tiny rice portions, and massively over priced.

Always, always Fantastic food!! Our go to food when we want take out, absolutely amazing.

£26 for masala 3 popudoms 3 dips and a pulau rice with nann bread😳😳. Watered down mess, small portions. Not worth the money. The only good thing was the delivery time.

Excellent Indian. My favourite meal is the Coconut Konkani. The one thing i love about this take out is that it is clean. If you go into the restaurant you can tell they keep t clean and that in my eyes goes a long way. Keep it up!

Fantastic Xmas takeaway. They always provide quality but to do it on Xmas day with so many orders in shows just how much effort they put it to maintaining standards. Food was excellent and large portions as well.

Bombay potatoes not cooked rock hard charging 3.50 for the smallest portion of rice I have ever seen. Chicken korma dreadful maybe 4 bit of chicken in it same with the lamb madras. Really disappointed will not be going back.

Food was ok, just. Lamb was tough and not well cooked. I’d booked food for 90 minutes, even though they were quoting an earlier time. Even then it was 15 minutes late, barely warm and had to be heated. Given £3-50 for delivery, 50p “service” charge, the smallest portion of chips possible and a tiny nan bread for a meal that cost over £32, (2 curry’s, one rice one chips and a nan bread) we won’t be buying from there again.

Please read full review: Ordered a lamb korma was thin and watery with a metallic taste to it, it tasted although it had been sat in a pan also distinctly lacking in texture. Owner called me very apologetically and he explained that there was a problem with one of his suppliers and that he can only apologise about what has happened he's sending me a replacement for inconvenience caused and hassle. However another meal did taste a lot better because it didn't have coconut in it.

I genuinely wasn't expecting a place that sold itself as being healthy Indian food to be any good. It came with a recommendation and decent reviews though so I thought I'd try it and I couldn't have been more wrong. I had a lamb biryani and a keema naan and both were fantastic. Id happily order from here again and the app makes doing so very simple. Give it a go,I certainly wasn't disappointed.

I've have been ordering from the thindian for a number of years and the food has always been lovely. A curry was missed off our order recently and when I phoned about it I was offered a curry, naan, rice etc on the house on my next order which was honoured. The customer service was excellent

Ordered for first time starter was lovely the lamb korma was watery no taste at all just like coloured milk and lamb was processed meat the Garlic Nan was bland no Garlic and pilau rice pure stodgy really disappointed 😔

Probably the best Indian I’ve had in the uk!! I can only compare this to one Indian I had but that was in fuerteventura Spain and I never thought I would try one like it, so thanks to that Thindian. I will be only be ordering from here in the future 🙏

Never ordered from here till tonight and I will be going again. I LOVE an Indian but I dont like how oily some places can be. This was a really lovely and tasty alternative. Still authentically smells and tastes the same but with less grease and fat! Portions are a decent size. I ordered 3 popadoms, salad, onion and mint sauce, chicken tikka masala, pilau rice, chips and a mixed starter and it fed 2 people and we are stuffed!

First time ordering from here, meals not what we would expect, curries were very watery and korma sauce off colour, chicken quite tough, but the sides tasty. Wouldn't rush to order again, perhaps just not to our taste

This place has Take-out only. We had the chilli paneer as a starter, garlic paneer curry which was quite nice. Tarka dal, which was ok and they gave us a pilau rice was free, which was nice. Overall, nice food.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy this meal. The chicken tikka pieces were bland , the curry sauces watery and rather tasteless/bland also. The rice portions were small, again pilau just not what were used to and Peshwari Naan very small and couldn't taste any coconut paste in it at all. Just wasn't for us unfortunately.

Made my Christmas Day! Ditched cooking a Christmas Dinner for 10 this year and instead, ordered a variety of amazing, fresh and authentic dishes for collection. Food was ready on time, piping hot, fresh and plentiful. As requested, a couple of the dishes were adapted to meet the tastes of the family, and one of the 10 who doesn't usually go for Indian food is now converted to Thindian dishes 😁. Well done Thindian 👏 👍

The samosas were four quid for two tiny things that could fit in the palm of your hand

Restaurant delivered the wrong items unfortunately.

Ordered poppadoms and chutneys, onion bajis and a chicken dopiaza, I picked up the meal this evening only 20 mins from ordering which was great (6.20pm), the place is bright and airy with an open kitchen, behind the counter were 10 people, 9 cooking and one expediting, so all good so far. However on returning home the poppadoms were ok but what struck me were the chutneys, red onions, mango and mint yoghurt were all in different size containers the mint one being the smallest, straight away I got the impression of penny pinching. Onion bajis I have had in all different Indian restaurants and takeaways over the years but these were without doubt the worst I have ever had, at £4 for 2 they were the size of a cricket ball they were completely stone cold and rock hard, even after warming them up in the microwave they were still hard and far from edible, fresh they were definitely not, at a guess I would say they were cooked in the afternoon. Finally the Chicken dopiaza was ok, container of rice is relatively small but again the meal and rice was cold, good job we have a microwave. So overall £18.20 was not even worth half of that, if it had not been so close out and us at the other side of Leyland it would have gone back.

Excellent. I was unable to order Paneer Masala. However the restaurant told me to order the chicken and made sure I received paneer. They also gave me the sauce and started I forgot!! So unexpected and very kind. Food was gorgeous!! Thank you!!

Always enjoy Thindian, the food is superb and whislt portions are large, they aren't swimming in grease which is something I have found at many other indian restauraunts.
