My wife had looked out this place before I joined her for a couple of days staying with friends who live quite nearby. Excellent flat whites & pastries - well worth a return visit, which I tried late the next afternoon but unfortunately they were closed.

Sad to hear this little gem is changing hands. Enjoyed the latte 5 days a week on my way to work, for the last 3 years. Hope new owners keep it up

This is one of my favorite coffee shops around. The coffee doesn't even compare to others in the area, and I make special trips JUST to get it! I would never write a review about a coffee shop but in this case the service was so crazy good ( the Italian guy behind the bar is always very chatty and he make me feel welcome all the time) and the brownie I had was excellent. Well worth the visit.

Hopefully manager will read it and reply on it. And I’m waiting for it to happen. On the 31st of December came at 12.50 and they said it’s take away only because they are closing, but it’s 13.00? You can’t start packing ur things before that time. I didn’t get anything. So the guys who came after they sat down and they have been served. Are u literally all okay there in that coffee? Do something about your stuff because half of them they never smile, speak Italian in front of people and forget to serve people. Will be looking to another coffee place in the area as you don’t deserve any pound Thanks x lol

Great place for passers by, good coffee and cheap! But they don’t have a bathroom 😔 if you just want a coffee to go I would recommend Walker Wyatt

First impressions were good. Christmas decor outside and inside however dont be fooled, they don't actually sell any Christmas drinks. Despite the food (Brie and salami flatbread) and drinks (caramel cappuccino) being very nice it was ruined by the bazaar set up of this cafe. There is very few seats and when you do get comfy there are signs saying stay for an hour max because of the lack of seating. However the main question mark of this establishment is that there is an estate agents office in the centre of it. Additionally after drinking a hot drink, cold drink and eating food we were told there's no toilet which made us talk amoung ourselves whether this is even legal. Overall strange place which could be a lot better to match the quality of products sold.

Great place to stop by for a quick coffee, my girlfriend and I were passing by and noticed the place looking pretty busy so we wanted to stop by to see what all the fuss was about, and we weren't disappointed! Great place to grab a quick coffee!

Went in this morning. Bad tasting coffee (flat white) with bitter after taste or could it be that the milk was off? But more importantly, very rude lady from behind the counter. She did not even serve us (her colleague did) but as we we about to sit down to have our drinks and croissants, she shouted from afar that the tables were only for paying customers! It was not as if the shop was heaving, there were other free tables around and some of the customers already sat were obvously take-out customers too. We were not even asked whether we were eating in or taking out. They just assumed we were take out customers. Also, there is a note on the counter saying "No customer toilets". Not that we intend to set foot in this awful place again.

Poor, disorganised service. Customers are ignored then served in any order. I now go to the place next door - great service, relaxed, friendly.

100% best coffee in Tooting! Go here most days before work. Coffee is always amazing, safe our always friendly and lovely. Great choice of coffee, and lunch time snacks too! Located perfect, just next to Tooting Bec tube!

Have been there twice and twice cr*p coffees. Considering we are paying £2.5 it is like being robbed. Possible to get a coffee from a Florence 6 star hotel for £1.50 - that is respectful of your hard earned money. Staff look like they are sad to be there and are unfriendly.

How I'd missed this excellent coffee shop, I don't know! Popped in to escape torrential rain and have been coming at least 3 times a week since. Conveniently located right next to Tooting Bec tube station, it is perfect to pop in after work. Lovely coffee, and a range of snacks and cakes with friendly service.

Had a latte, absolutely lovely, I was served by a Portuguese woman (heard her speaking to a blonde colleague) and I must say her customer service is disgraceful! So rude, answering back, she was even rude to a girl I've never seen before working there she shouted at her in front of the whole shop over the BHF raffle ticket! She slammed my coffee on the side. I asked for a sleeve and she replied "why do you want a sleeve!" Such a shame I will be returning for coffee but avoiding her like the plague! Get rid!
