Had a really disappointing experience at this Pret location (Southside Shopping Centre). The manager(And as far as I search his name is Thomas.) was openly shouting at female staff members and treating them with zero respect. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated like that, no one yells at anyone like that. I am very sorry about this situation. I am a customer of pret many years but I’ve never seen this kind of man in any other pret shop. And other than that no one can treat people like that nowhere. Hope Pret takes action because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. If you care about supporting fair workplaces, I’d think twice before coming here until they address this issue. And also I will complain that situation to advisory conciliation and arbitration service(ACAS).

Cappuccino is made wrong it's just filled up with hot milk and has no frothy milk in it Terrible are you suppose to be a coffee shop ruined my lunch today

The tuna mayo and cucumber baguette was not fresh at all - it tasted awkward, with soft and chewy bread. They probably gave me the oldest one but still charged me £5.75. The lemon cheesecake dessert contains a massive amount of sugar

Today i walked into the Wandsworth pret and there was 3 lovely ladies working my server was called Farana and there was another lady her badge said Marta and the barista i think was named Anto everyone was so nice and welcoming i enjoyed my experience in The shop today my food was excellent and my coffee was superb keep employeee happy helpful staff just what pret needs thank you i shall b visting more often

Terrible, I ordered caramel ice latte and a Spice latte, the drinks you couldn’t taste any spice cinnamon or caramel in the caramel ice latte, just the taste off coffee, whoever made these drinks didn’t do it properly as it didn’t taste as what was described, very disappointed.

I love Pret A Manger, but this Pret A Manger next to Southside Shopping Centre is the best so far because of their service!! Every time I come here, all the staff are so pleasant! Today after getting drenched in rain, I stopped by and bought Mushroom Risotto (yummy on a rainy day!) and a bottle of Sparkling Water. I dropped my sparkling water accidentally on the floor and the bottle broke and water went everywhere on the floor. But the staff, Marta, was incredible! She said "Don't worry!" with a smile and even went to get a new bottle of water for me (when I was thinking of going to buy another one)! And then quickly mopped the floor! I feel so touched - how often do we see nowadays a café with such a calm, pleasant and sweet staff? Thank you Marta! You made my day!

Very friendly and pretty Muslim girl behind the counter who helped us with our order. I still appreciate great service in a place that serves food. It isn't good to eat food in a place that disrespects you, as it is bad energy, so we were grateful of the good energy here eating our croissants lol

amazed that there are no high chairs available. Have never been to a coffee shop with no high chairs - disappointing that babies not catered for here 😞 went to Starbucks next door.

Don’t take contactless payments, laughable. Too many options for croissants around go there. [edit to response below] It’s not that your payment options weren’t enough, they weren’t working.

I have stopped going their place specially for 1 person he don’t have any decency and manner one is someone named probably Petre more specifically he was a barista. It used to be a good place but this guy is such a arrogant having 0 knowledge of customer service, this guy even uses slang while giving customer service. I wonder who is the manager of this shop??? Even managers should get questioned about training their some staff.

This is my local..…. I know staff by name and they know me. We have a good relationship and I respect their time, energy and generosity of spirit, even when customers are not polite to them. Babies and little doglets alike are welcomed and loved here. This place is a little community centre that has it's vulnerable and strong; gets a bit busy on weekends and could do with few more staff. Also, probably the only Pret where 3 staff have the same name. Big shouts to Martha, Marta G and Marta, Margarita, Petrie, Karita, Anto, and Fatema. Pret Superstars!

Pret manger was once a good place for coffee. Today I witnessed an argument between an employee and the boss in front of all the customers, not only delayed coffee for everyone who was waiting, but also destabilized the other employees, the scene was horrible. It's interesting to come to Pret Manger in Wandsworth and see one of the employees who I believe to be one of the managers sitting at a 4-seater table while several mothers with their babies or families are squeezing around a two-seater table that he is unable to change. of table.

Pret a Manger has very nice food like sandwiches and salad bowls but this particular one has quite a noisy and busy atmosphere so 7.5/10.

coffee leaked so it was half gone and my sandwich was wet because of the coffee leakage. The driver has reported it too as he saw it on delivery.

Extremely rude staff, seats are often filthy and almost every single table in the store is broken and wobbles therefore trying to get some work done isn't very comfortable. Staff are also very whiney complaining about little things.

Staff with attitude. I’ve asked for my bottle to be refilled from their filtered tap because it doesn’t fit in the refill station and the water runs out. There were two Marta’s working there. The black lady with the name tag ‘marta’ responds why don’t you refill it yourself from the water station. Use a plastic cup and pour it into the bottle. The little plastic cups are tiny and it would take me over 10 little cups to do that and I would waste extra plastic which I’m clearly trying to avoid - hence the water bottle. Wouldn’t really hurt to be friendly and just refill it for me.

Another Pret, another terrible coffee, what am I doing with my life?? And £2.00 a bottle of water; what is this, the O2!? Anyway. Don't be like me, go somewhere else.

Pret southside is my local branch. Have been going there for years as the food choices are good and they serve organic coffee. But it is very badly managed. The place is filthy. I mostly have to clear the table myself. Eventhough we pay for eat in. There are no trays or plates. Sandwiches are heated and put back in wrapper. Last few times my coffee was like hot water. Last time when I mentioned that the coffee was very weak the person told me it wax already half hour after the order (not true and time has nothing to do with strengrh of coffee) although it had been only 15min as I first ate my sandwich. . I was then asked how do i know coffee is too weak. So I replied that I just had sip! I wS awarded with ahard stare. Reluctantly i got another coffee which I had paid for. There is no manager in this branch for while. They start putting chairs up znd shouting that shop will close in ihr then half hour then 15min. Goez on and on in loud braxh manner. Staff attitude is vefy rude. It's a shame. In comparison putney branch is very friendly. It's a shame as it could be a great place if staff behaves well. Management please do something!

The price for “drinks subscription” is great and the food is also ok! But the management is poor..! I think they the branch needs good management! I have been to pret in different areas and they are very officiant with the service…

Coffee was spilled all over my sandwich and pastry. The bag was soaked and torn. Ended up with half a coffee, a ruined pain aux raisins, and a damp toastie. For the amount Pret charges, you’d think they’d have figured out how to transport a cup of coffee without it spilling everywhere. Disappointing af.

Sunday 11 December at Pret Wandsworth Southside. The place is a mess. Filthy seats. Bits of food in every crevice. It's clear nothing gets cleaned. We felt contaminated sitting down I put a plastic bag on my seat first. Staff were like robots. No manners. Will not be coming to this dirty unhygienic branch again. Simple

Went in for a coffee and food, female staff was shouting at multiple customers to the point it was awkward and intimidating for everyone else. I ended up taking the wrong coffee and not asking as you felt you couldn’t speak with staff.. wouldn’t go back

It has been a month that I’m passing this Branch everyday and every time I ask for a smoothie, they always say we don’t have or we have a technical issue with the blender, what a joke and a waste of a monthly subscription. Unhelpful staff who need to be trained properly on what customer service means.

30 seconds after buying my sandwich and drink, one of the employees started shouting that the shop is closed and everyone has to leave. It was aggressive and intimidating. I asked for 3 mins to consume my sandwich , but was told I have to leave immediately, and should have been aware of what time it was. I will not be coming back.

Opening hours change so frequently and have now changed to closing at 5.30 which is such a shame and seems pointless as closed by the time most people have finished work and come back to Wandsworth. Staff are so lovely but some of the managers are super unfriendly and have been rude on occasions to myself and to others that I have witnessed

Rude and highly likely racist women on the till, giving attitude making noises to indicate towards the scanner for me to scan the app, not saying anything, just grunting.

Mostly its amazing, but alot of the time they have issues making cold drinks , like sometimes theres no cups, sometimes their machine is broken, sometimes the drinks have just run out and its extremely annoying, but the food is amazing.

Quick service and amble of space to sit inside the store. There are tables outside as well and the ambience is also good during summer.

A lot of the staff always are miserable. Also during summer almost never have iced drinks and frappes. Much worse than other Prets, probably bad management.

Super slow service, needs more staff

I paid almost 5 pounds for a frappe which was less than half full when it arrived (and it hadn’t spilled) it was very very late and when I opened it was just foam there was hardly any liquid in it, I’d like a partial refund as the amount I received was pretty extortionate for the price. Everything else was great.

Great place to eat breakfast, drink coffee and maybe something sweet. To be honest it is my favorite place to drink a coffee when I'm in London.

DO NOT BLAME THE BARISTA The problem of this Pret is lack of staff and management, the new employee who stand in the till to take orders are not well trained Therefore, miscommunications always happened and slower the process I arrived and only one little Asian girl barista (who was also struggling with old coffee machine) was trying to serve the long queue of customers Need to improve !

Staff don't seem to mind letting people jump the queue and take ages processing just a few items. Not up to Pret's usual standards.

Quick and efficient. Have a good selection of food. Barista drinks sometimes take a long time to wait, ; I won’t order barista drink if in a hurry. Other than that it’s all good. Standard pret quality .

Fast friendly service, great coffee, and I love their lunch time soup which also supports homeless charities. The Pret subscription deal is a bargain and the berry blast makes a healthy change from coffee when you want a different kind of boost

I kid you not, about 10 people who ordered after me received their coffee before me. Maybe a matcha latte was too complicated for the baristas to make? Anyways, here's a photo of my swamp water matcha latte :))

If you don't have the all day to spend there don't ho to pret Wandsworth, don't expect even the simpler coffe to be ready for at least 10 minutes, I had to walk out the shop without my coffe cuz I was missing my bus, with not many customer in the shop they couldn't make a black Americano inside the 8min in mich my bus was suppose to arrive, so final result I paid almost 3 pound for nothing.

I visited this place few times and every time they had no smoothie either machines broken or sold out . You could take out smoothie from the subscription but don’t lie to your customers please

Very disappointing. We waited 15 minutes to get a coffee, they gave it to another person first, and then to another one. If you don’t have much time to wait, please do not go there, as it takes 15 minutes to get a coffee.
