"Not allowed to use the microwave" Never heard such a ridiculous excuse, so got cold croissants - but reduced price! Coffee was v good as large cups (regular) No cheese scone today.

No heating facilities for warming the croissant. Doughnut was dry, but cheese scone was tasty. On top of that the loos were out of order

The cafe is always clean the staff friendly and best of all I managed to gain three friends at this table. Highly recommended and you can spend as long as you wish. There is an excellent car park which you can stay for up to two hours.

Very limited range. Waitrose wasted an opportunity in their rebuild by not putting the cafe in the old side entrance area. What the management need to do is go to Waitrose Sevenoaks cafe, and copy their food range which is immeasurably better.

Recommend the cafe before shopping in the store. Delicious cakes as well, even some gluten free ones.

Great place to drop into for a drink and/or a snack. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of snacks on the menu with cakes also available. Good value for money and, an added bonus, it's dog friendly. extremely convenient if you're visiting either Charity Farm Countrystore or the adjacent garden centre.

We stopped here for a coffee and cake while on our walk into Taunton. Very nice cafe. Nice food and plenty of different drinks

Visiting the area and was recommended by our B&B host. Rang in advance to book a table and we did ask if there were veggie options as one of us is vegetarian. We were told there were but not as many as the meat and fish options. When we arrived there was only one vegetarian main course of Arranchini I asked if there was anything else and was told there wasn’t much call for veggie food there. Food was okay, expensive for the portion size and served without the option for extra vegetables, salads or breads. Decidedly average
