£5.75 for a cheese and ham toastie! It was okay (no more than that). I’m struggling to understand how they think this is good value food.

Pre Covid, this place was buzzing, we went in for a full English Breakfast many times, always friendly and pretty full. Now the full English is no more............Just a Bacon roll ( no Sausage ones there , although on the Menu ), which you pick out and they heat up for you, which I must admit we enjoyed and the Coffee was fine , I think Toasties were also available. the place was virtually empty and totally devoid of any atmosphere , sorry, will not return.

I visited Warminster yesterday and got overcharged on the till. I will go in and rectify the problem later today. I called the store and the Welcome desk will sort that issue out. The shelves were on this occasion half full this being a Tuesday, and about a week ago when I went in on a Sunday to avoid the crowds, it was like they were having a shop refit, nothing on the shelves, the freezers were empty, only a few pieces and I spent just over £10.00 because there was nothing to be had. That was the Sunday before the Queens Jubilee. Price-wise, Waitrose has always been more expensive than the rest of the supermarkets, but the brand is better quality and noticeably a better customer service, but Warminster needs to work on that Customer service side. Nowadays with the cost of living going crazy, Waitrose prices are very similar to other supermarkets for prices, including Sainsbury's, Asda, Lidl, and Morrisons. They are all much of a muchness, but the quality in Waitrose stands out a lot more I must admit that Waitrose normally has quite a few cheery faces, but Warminster is quite the opposite, and its poor wages and bad management of the store give staff bad morale for working. There seems to be a shortage of staff everywhere at present, wages in Waitrose shop floor are so pants, no one wants to work for peanuts!

Visited for a mid week shop; purchased some vegetables and other Waitrose branded products. Price was noticeably higher than other supermarkets and quality was way lower, the veg was particularly poor. Waitrose tends to market itself as a middle class store and prices the products accordingly even though the actual quality is lower than other comparable stores. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

This is normally an excellent supermarket and the up until now they have been very good in controlling people in the store during COVID-19. The staff also friendly. However yesterday was a disaster. There was a queue of about 10 people which is fine as they are currently limiting the no. of people in the store. However for some reason the staff decided they were going to start the plants and garden items on the trolleys just by the entrance where people were queuing. Customer were having to suddenly jump out the way as the wanted to hose down these plants. Word of advice to Waitrose - dump all the plants and garden items they are not appropriate during this time and it did cause distancing issues. Once inside the store it went from bad to worse. Too many staff getting in the way stacking shelves and getting too close to one another doing it whilst chatting. One member of staff walked straight into me. It was as if everyone had just given up on the idea of distancing and both staff and customer were making no efforts to keep 2m away. Like I said I am normally impressed with this store but not yesterday. Get it sorted out and remove those plants.

On the menu it has for small breakfast with the word Sausage. For the big breakfast it says sausages. As I was eating it to cover dinner and evening meal I had the large breakfast. Sausages to me means either two or more, plural. Waitrose got over the problem by cutting A single sausage length ways and so on first glance you thought you had two, but as far as I’m concerned totally disgusting that they are getting away with fraud.... only reason I didn’t complain at the time was because I had only just been to see My dying mother in hospital....Shame on you Waitrose

The cafe is worth a visit. We had three main courses. All of which were good, especially the quiche.

Waitrose staff need to be trained how to serve a cup of coffee to customers , as I watched a member of the cafe staff last Wednesday, hand the 2 customers in front of me ,2 cups of hot coffee with her fingers holding the cup where they had to drink from , now I find this totally unacceptable as I don't know if her hands were clean !!! But luckily for me the second member of staff who made my coffee held the handle of my cup.

I find this store fantastic The staff are second to none they are always helpful and one time when I couldn't find what I needed I got a free Item as a because they couldn't provide what I asked for. My only bug bear is that the Free coffee is not Decaf. a small thing really.

Yesterday the Warminster branch of Waitrose was grubby and chaotic with a nauseating smell throughout the store. Not up to standard. I won't shop there again

We regularly visit Waitrose for coffee whilst shopping in the store. This one is particularly well laid out.

If there's an opposite to a 'flagship store' in the Waitrose family then the Warminster store is it. The shelves in certain sections are often empty or poorly stocked, despite the fact that very few people seem to shop here. One or two of the staff are also extremely obnoxious! Avoid, go to Lidl over the road and save yourself a fortune.

I wouldn't normally visit restaurants within supermarkets, but today was an exception as part of a business trip. The restaurant was not that busy, but the service was very slow with only one person apparently taking orders, payment AND making the drinks! On arrival there were several tables that had not been cleared, but even when these were cleared the surfaces remained dirty. The cake selection was limited but, in fairness, those chosen tasted okay. However, the coffee was bitter and several sugars did not reduce the after taste (and that's from someone who wouldn't normally have sugar in coffee!). There were no serviettes available. It was also totally unacceptable to see one member of staff open an fire exit within view of customers so that another member of staff, wearing catering uniform, could go outside for a cigarette. Very disappointed in what was a first and now last visit. Definitely not what should be expected from Waitrose/John Lewis.

On a Saturday, early afternoon there was no pork except a couple of huge leg joints (about £25 and would feed about thirty people!). The quality of vegetables were very poor, the aisles are poorly marked out and there seems to be no order to the layout. Although I did pick up a lovely Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon but I can do that in Tesco in Shaftesbury. The girl on our checkout was very friendly. I actually prefer Tesco in Shaftesbury!

A nice clean and tidy small cafe, food is really nice and the drinks excellent. A usual waitrose with excellent produce and staff that put the customer first.

A great lunch or casual dinner place is right in the supermarket! We had a great meal when we just went in for a quick snack after a successful food shopping trip. Kudos to the kitchen staff, especially JASON, who made us feel welcome and served up some great food (fish and chips, cheeseburgers, fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets for the children). I'd go back any time we're shopping in Chippenham.

As I’m a northerner Harry Ramsdens is very close to my heart,so when I visited the one in Swindon I was a little apprehensive about what they would serve up. It was all superb, and the staff were so friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Have stayed here 3 times before.also have stayed in numerous wetherspoons hotels and recommended them to everyone.i have to say we were quite disappointed this time.the staff were very helpful but this hotel needs a serious makeover.our room although bed and very quite wasn't the best.air con not working although we had a heater which was sufficient heating the room.and in all fairness the lovely guy who checked us in told us about it and said if we needed another heater to let him know.towel heater didn't work and tv lost tv channels!!!.OK if you wanted to watch kids cctv.the shower took a age to drain.sad to say but next visit to Salisbury won't be staying here unless major refurbishment.

We booked for a family lunch yesterday. Restaurant is lovely and staff were very welcoming. Our starters were amazing, absolutely delicious. Though the roast was very average in my opinion. We had roast pork which stated it came with stuffing. It wasn’t on the plate so we had to ask for that. The lady did bring out 2 stuffing balls but we had 3 roasts. Carrots were very hard. Very average for the price I would say. We did have a lovely time and we will definitely be back, but will just probably go for something else other than a roast next time.
