Waitrose in Surrey Heath

Very average . Felt like eating on an aeroplane. Prepacked egg sandwich heated to a temperature which would melt steel.

Waitrose in Bagshot is a very good supermarket as well as a coffee house / somewhere to eat. The range of products within the supermarket is great, and it is spacious, so able to move about easily without having to squeeze past others or staff. When I've wanted to ask a member of staff a question (such as where I may find something specific), the staff member as always, very helpful and apologetic if the item was not available. Very clean supermarket, and of course, none of the loud music which so many supermarkets force upon shoppers. Absolutely perfect supermarket - and coffee place. Heartily recommend.

Open early, clean, clear aisles and very helpful staff. Large car park with lots of spaces. I would recommend

Called in for a few items. Well managed, with restricted customer numbers due to Covid. Helpfull staff and a good customer experience.

Staff do help you when you need help and they smile to. Easy to park and move around the store as there is plenty of room

We come here on a semi regular basis as is handy and you can always find a table with quick service. Cakes are okay and prices as expected with no difficulties with parking. It is within a supermarket so hard to make any decent ambience but my major issue is the poor quality of coffee which is often bitter and unpleasant - I avoid this and often drink not chocolate which is better but still from own brand powder which is bitter towards the bottom. There are far better places to go but is handy and staff are generally cordial.

I love a good bit of Waitrose food and their cafe/bakery food is lovely as well as their great selection of sandwiches. HOWEVER I did not approve of their chicken tikka curry bag. It had a very small amount of chicken in it with so much grizzle that it tasted disgusting! I’m very very disappointed and will certainly NOT be buying any more ready meals or curries from Waitrose any time soon!

I am a huge fan of Waitrose, the Staff here are so pleasant and helpful and their produce is always of a very high standard.

A small cafe inside Waitrose supermarket. Nice coffe and a choice of light bites and cakes. Always found a table, sometimes had to clear it myself. Service reasonable. Does what it says on the tin. OK for a coffee and light bite

Reviews are supposed to be about the cafe and not store in general but hey ho - it’s probably because the cafe is quite small and hidden away in the far corner next to bakery area, with small area of seating overlooking car park. However, it’s handy for a quick hot drink/light snack and as a bonus, there’s usually sufficient papers to go round if you want a quick update on the days news. There’s a machine behind the counter for your “free” hot drink and another next to main entrance (don’t forget to take your own refillable cup). I’ve never visited when counter staff are cheerful or quick on their feet clearing tables :-(. Plenty of parking so no need to fight for a space. Alongside the supermarket is a pet store and outdoor clothing shop.

Very convenient and plenty of parking. A lovely place to shop and the staff are always very polite and helpful. You can even pick up some great bargains once the reductions start at the end of the day. As previously stated here thou the only blip are the other shoppers. Very pretentious Daily Mail brigade.

Have become a regular shopper here as the food selection is wonderful and the prices are very good on selected lines. I love my free coffee on the way home

We purchased and moved to Ascot 2 years ago. We spend approx 1200 a month in this Waitrose. Checkout staff are brilliant, management need work. Chaotic, poorly trained and far too rural in terms of tone, approach and thinking for the area. Need to lift their game.

Out of town so loads of parking. Good disabled access. A modern design so very smart. Inside its what you expect from a Waitrose. I am always amused that Waitrose has gained a reputation that supposedly says something about the customer. At the end of the day it's just a supermarket and slightly overpriced for what is often the same goods as the other supermarkets. I know a women who takes Waitrose bags to do shopping at Lidl because she thinks it looks better when unloading the car. Overall it's a good branch but I would not drive out of my way to go there

Popped in as forgot the main ingredients for my fish pie!! Was met by a lovely young man with a huge smile explained what I needed and how much (pie for 6). He pointed out that the cod I had picked wasn't to fleshy and he pulled out a beautiful piece all fat and and lovely. He had suggested buying the ready mixed fish but I wanted to choose mine. He even pointed me in the right direction for wine and gin!! I think he was called Jordan softly spoken well groomed young man! Well done Waitrose and well done young man

I shouldn't be too hard on this basic eatery. Noisy, very plain choice of snacks, route to the toilet, barely comfortable tables and chairs, view of car park. All this makes it no more than average and if I wasn't feeling generous, I could easily say it was poor. The only consolation is that it is a quick stop before driving home with the shopping. So, nothing to shout about.

Charming staff, shame about the clientèle. Those lovely keen, bright, patient helpful Waitrose staff. But bagshot waitrose customers are... bagshot waitrose.. Shame, but there you go

Waitrose is the best UK brand for supermarket shopping Easy parking and opposite the Sunningdale Railway station it is easily accessed.We stay nearly every year and shop locally here for food and wine. Can we recommend the mini Pork pies from Milton Mowbray and their excellent wine selection? Laithwaites Wine is just over the road as well. Everything you would nbeed in food and wine and dry cleaning and laundry is here and the shop itself is a pleasant venue for meeting people.

Had to buy an item to get a drink with my Waitrose card even so i had shopping and ofc was buying in the shop. Had a drink before without problems and the tables where all most clear so was mot taking up to much space.

Not my normal Waitrose but has a good coffee shop and friendly staff everything in stock and great car park

Always friendly and helpful staff in the very clean and tidy shop, nothing is ever too much trouble. The café is very pleasant, with a variety of cakes and pastries to eat. Other reviewers have said about the paper cups, well another Waitrose I go to doesn't have seats to sit as they don't have a café. This café is always welcoming and has never been noisy when I've been in there even after school with children in there. Keep up the good work Waitrose Bagshot, one of the best Waitrose stores there are. Thank you.

Good well stocked but... not impressed with the café as they only serve from disposable cups, not Waitrose usual ambience.

Whenever you do shopping, it is always nice to have a break and to enjoy a cup and f tea or coffee. Here at Waitrose in Bagshot you can always find a great selection of freshly made cakes and rolls.

Small coffee area with seats and tables. Disappointed that coffee was not served in china. Noisy small area, though there are seats outside.

Not the usual Café for Waitrose .... more a Coffee shop? Self service with tables, with Waitrose own cakes etc being served.
